Fraudulent activity on my account
Hello,
I noticed fraudulant activity on my skype account. I received some email about recharge, which never reached my account. Anyway 57.5€ in 5 transactions were recorded on my credit card (mastercard, belfius). Obviously skype is saying i should go to the credit card company, and the credit card company says i should get in contact with skype and the police,... How to get in contact with skype? Impossible to send any email to any customer service? Writing this message seems to be the only contact option possible!
So how can i contact skype and do something?

My account is not working properly. There is a message on my account telling me to contact customer support quoting a reference number. But I am unable to contact customer support. I am following all the instructions, but I just end up back at this community support site. Even the 'reporting fraudulent activity' tab refers me back here. Skype is telling me to contact them. But I can't!! Can anyone help? I am now getting more and more concerned that there is something fraudulent going on. Money has been deducted from my credit card, but I am being told I have no credit.
Hello - can anyone help me? I have bought a Europe Unlimited subscription (for calls to mobiles/landlines). It worked for fine for about 3 days, but has stopped working. When I checked my account it tells me I have no skype credit (which doesn't make sense as I definitely paid for a month and have used nothing like that). But when I try to add a new subscription, it tells me I stil have an active Europe Unlimited subscription.
I also get a message saying there is a technical problem with my account, and to contact customer support. But there is no customer support. I just get stuck in an endless loop of faqs and 'community support'. How is that possible? How can a company take money from you, and then simply refuse to provide an e-mail or phone number for support when things go wrong? It's totally unethical. I can understand FAQs for people looking to join Skype. But once you've paid for a service surely you're entitled to a basic level of support.
Very very angry and frustrated customer who has just wasted about 2 hours trawling through totally unhelpful FAQs! -

I have successfully setup SharePoint Foundation 2013 as single server farm with SQL Server Standard database in a DMZ environment using local accounts since DMZ doesn't have an Active Directory and hence Domain accounts using powershell as described

When I run Farm configuration wizard to provision search service application, I get an error:
ERROR: "The service application(s) for the service "Search Service Application" could not be provisioned because of the following error: I/O error occurred."
The log file logged the details of this error as:
ERROR: "Failed to create file share Analytics_e441aa1c-1a8d-4f0a-a079-58b499eb4c50 at D:\SharePoint Search\Office Server\Analytics_e441aa1c-1a8d-4f0a-a079-58b499eb4c50 (System.ArgumentException: The SDDL string contains an invalid sid or a sid
that cannot be translated."
After investigation, I found that potentially the error could be because the timer service is trying to setup a network share for analytics component (as part of provisioning search). It is trying to setup that share with a domain account that happens to
be a local user instead in this case and fails with error “System.ArgumentException: The SDDL string contains an invalid sid or a sid that cannot be translated”.
I got some pointer from the below thread

However, the above thread doesn't state that the solution worked.
I have tried creating share manually for Analytics_<Guid> folder but it doesn't work since every time farm configuration wizards is run it creates a new Analytics_<Guid> folder.
Since, I have setup SharePoint Foundation 2013 on a production environment I cannot test and trial various solutions.
Can some please guide me on how to successfully provision search for SharePoint Foundation 2013 setup as a single server farm with SQL Server Standard database in a DMZ environment using local accounts (without Active Directory - domain accounts).

HimanshuMicrosoft documentation doesn't always specifically call out all products (Project Server isn't there, either). But it does apply. You'll need to stand up at least one Domain Controller, or allow port access back to a DC.
Preferably, set up SharePoint on the internal network and use a reverse proxy (which will terminate client connections at the reverse proxy) present in the DMZ.

I have changed my password and still can't get home sharing to work. Get the message "Home sharing could not be activated because the account or password was incorrect." It's what I have used to sign in here! Any help much appreciated.
So I reset my Apple ID password. Which then stopped my MobileMe account from working. Hang on - these were 2 different accounts a while ago, with different passwords!!!
So I have logged back in to MobileMe with my AppleID, and that's working again. After a short wait I can now create Home Sharing again.
Folks, I think we have just had our Apple IDs merged with our MobileMe accounts!! With no consultation or warning.
My guess is that this is the most seamless way for Apple to do it, as the vast majority of people use only one email address and one password for everything. Only those of us who had the same email adress but different a different passwords for MobileMe and Apple ID will have noticed. Annoying for us few, but a clever strategy on Apple's part, becasue we have been driven to fix the issue ourselves by chaning the password, and in doing so we have realised that our mobileme account is now the same thing as our Apple ID. -
While sending an email message to someone a pop up that says there is suspicious activity in my account.
It says that I cannot send. What can I do?This might be caused by corrupted cookies.
Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.

However, everytime I try to follow the link to report this fraudulent activity I get a message saying the page is down and to try back later. How long to I have to keep waiting for them to fix this problem so that I can report this issue. I really don't want to have to re-apply for a new visa card as it means lot of work re-organising my direct debits.

Adobe Form that Creates Active Directory User Account
Hello all! Hopefully someone can help me with this. I am using Adobe LiveCycle Designer ES 8.2 to create a user account request form. I have the form created and now am working on a submit button that will email the form to the approving officials. Once its emailed to the approving officials I would like to have a button available in which the approval person can select resulting in the creation of an Active Directory user account. I need the fields in the form to populate cooresponding fields inside of Active Directory. Current AD structure is on Server 2003. Are there any ideas for how to accomplish this?

We have a 5s active on our account. After turning on a previously active 4s (it had the same number) The 5s can no longer place call and when you call it from another phone the 4s rings, but will not pick up. Texting over the cell networks works fine. Any suggestions??

I recently uploaded a gift card with a balance of $25.00, I make a purchase in a game for $5.99 and my balance on my gift card is now $12.18. I did not receive an email confirming the purchase and do not see any activity on my account. Where did my money go? How can I get it returned??
The receipt usually takes more time to receive. I got my receipt from about 7:00pm yesterday at about 10:00pm today.

Cannot Set Exchange Active Sync Email Account ot Default
OK, I am having a problem setting the Default Email Account as Exchange Active Sync. I am seeing this in iPhone and IPad both running 6.1.2. The Active Sync Mail account is installed on both devices and works fine. The problem is I am unable for some reason to change the Default Email Account from iCloud to the Exchange Active Sync Account installed. When I select the option to change Default Email Account, iCloud is there and checked however the Active Sync Account does not even show up as a selectable option here. Please help! Thanks

Im having the same issue on a couple of devices. I am unable to select my exchange mail on my iphone 5 on ios 6.1.2 but on a colleague of mines iphone 4 we are able to select it. he is also on 6.1.2. on my iphone 5 it also not shows up as an option.
Would like to hear a solution for this.

Active directory mobile accounts
Hi,
Just did a clean install of Lion, joined it to my active directory (Windows SBS 2003). No issues with this part...
But when I log in as a domain user, I get:
the home folder for user is not located in the usual place or cannot be accessed
Strangely enough, if I turn off mobile account creation, it works, and /Users/domainuser is created. If I then turn back on mobile account creation I get the error again.
Anybody else experience this? Any pointers on how to troubleshoot?WORKAROUND for "Error: The home folder for user "ActiveDirectoryUser" isn't located in the usual place or can't be accessed. The home or Users folder may have been moved or deleted. If the home...."
I was able to "Fix" the Mobile Account issue above in Lion -for now. (Valid as of 8/18/11 on Lion 10.7.1)
- In Directory Utility -> Active Directory -> Advanced Options, I unchecked "Create mobile account at login" and left "Force local home directory on startup disk" checked
- Log out then back in as a networked user, -A local home directory will be created under /Users but will not be accessible if network is offline (non-mobile)
- Open Terminal
--- Type: cd /System/Library/CoreServices/ManagedClient.app/Contents/Resources/
--- Type: ./createmobileaccount -n username
The username you specify with the createmobileaccount command will turn it from a standard account into a mobile account.
This fixes Active Directory mobile accounts for the time being so now its on to Open Directory which refuses to stay bound after a reboot. -
