Fraudulent calls on my account. Need refund of $12...

Hello,
I have a Skype account (mosaicsteph) that I have not used in 6 months. I have a credit card on file and when my account is below 50 cents it automatically adds funds back to the account.
On November 11, 2012 my account was accessed by an unknown user and there are pages and pages of calls to Demark on my account. The calls are for 1 minute each and each call is to a different number. This is clearly not my doing.
In addition, if you look at my card charges you can see where it would have kept pulling money, had money been in that account. Luckily, there wasn't much in this account. It has cost me additional bank fees on top of the $120.
I have tried to work with Chase and their claims department, but you have denied their claim twice.
Please credit my account immediately. This activity is from someone accessing my account fraudulantly.

Your account has been hacked. Please change your password IMMEDIATELY.
Skype doesn't refund any loss due to account hacking as the only way an account can be hacked is by the hacker either knowing or guessing your password.
TIME ZONE - US EASTERN. LOCATION - PHILADELPHIA, PA, USA.
I recommend that you always run the latest Skype version: Windows & Mac

    If you experience difficulty reaching Skype Customer Service, try again using a different web browser and choosing a different path through the various drop-down menu options presented. Also, look to approve a pop-up dialogue box which would connect you to start an instant message chat with a customer service agent. If you have pop-ups blocked in your browser settings, this will also impede reaching an agent.
    Skype is aware of problems with the website when contacting their customer service unit.  Skype is working on resolving the issue; more people seem to be getting through and more quickly than in previous weeks since the issue appeared in June 2014. 
    The goal is to reach a customer service agent in order to start an instant message chat session with an agent, so several attempts and taking different paths through the various drop-down menu choices presented seems to be working.

    You will need to have the serial number to activate the products. Please have then handy & also check the compatibility of the operating systems.

    How do I request credit for fraudulent phone calls from my account?  My account was locked, so Skype figured out my account was hacked, but how do I contest the calls and charges? 
    After this event, there is no way in hell I am keeping more then a few dollars tied to this account. 
    Hadn't used or logged into my account in over 4 months, then receive a notice out of the blue of my account being suspended after recent use.

    That is not legit, it is a scam to gain access to your computer and information.

    Yes. AIFF performs no compression so your copy will be bit for bit identical: no loss. It uses a lot of disk space too. Apple Lossless (ALAC) will compress, but also with no loss. Expect file sizes about 50% of the original.
    The sample rate of 44.1 KHz is identical to that of every commercially produced audio CDs that I am aware of. There is no benefit in increasing it or attempting to "tweak" its settings.
    I used Toast for many years and consider it a well designed product. I have not had any reason to upgrade to more recent versions though. If you copy the CD audio with no loss (AIFF or ALAC), then that obviates any question about sound quality since it will be identical to the original. Toast may be able to alter the sound quality but I don't advocate trying to improve upon what is essentially your only "master" - the audio CD. As I recall Toast had features such as noise reduction. That may be valuable for magnetic tape, but it's not a concern with a CD. Even very good noise reduction alters the original to some extent, and it seems to me that you want an exact duplicate. Any alteration will be contrary to your stated goal of bit-for-bit reproduction.

    Open the Finder. From the Finder menu bar click Go > Go to Folder
    Type or copy paste the following:
    /Library/Application Support/Conduit/Library/InputManagers/CTLoader 
    Click Go then move the Conduit/Library/InputManagers/CTloader file to the Trash.
    The same for /Library/Receipts and /Library/Application Support
    Check these folders as well.
    /Library/InputManagers/CTLoader
    /Library/ScriptingAddtions (anything CTLoader realted)

    Ah.   I understand now.   I suspect it is the technical problem that the money keeps the account alive.
    Go to  http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/  - and click on Express lane followed by iTunes > iTunes store.   Explain to them and see if they will help you raise a new account.
    Remember, your account and means of payment must relate to the country you permanently reside in.

    When using an account for Home Sharing does that account need to be the one that the content was purchased on?  Reason I ask is I have my account and my kids each have their own. If I give them my username and password they essentially can purchase anything they want on my account. I trust the older but the youngest will purchase with no reservations.

              I tried this in opportunity application too,it is calling the same application which calls it.

    It's a disgraceful failure of any customer service by BT.  Had my Btinternet email account since they launched backin ... was it 1997?  Everything digital in my life is spidered into the account now.  Its been used as my registration point for virtually everything for the past fifteen years.  And now getting less than 30 days notice to try and find every single product and website I have registered with and then change all my details?!?!?  Hell, I'd need about a year to do so; and then I would still probably have missed some!  By their actions, they potentially cutting me off from products that I have purchased & tied to this email address.
    Add to that the fact that their email that comes into your inbox sources from some dodgy 'analytics planning' website, as all the links route through there... I had serious doubts as to its legitimacy and forwarded it to their abuse contact & opened a case regarding it.  Highly unprofessional of them - especially when you consider that we are repeatedly advised by BT to never click on links unless we are sure of their validity.  And should never, ever, enter our account details on any other site other than theirs.
    Shoddy BT, very very shoddy.  I would expect a higher standard of business from such a company.  And would definitely expect a proper notification click through to come up regarding this service change when I log into email.  I would say a good proportion of their users will deregard the email as a phishing attempt.  **bleep** cowboy operation.

    What rights does this Run as account need to successfully monitor 2012R2 DC's. In my environment use of Domain Admin is serverly restricted - do I really need domain admin rights to monitor an 2012R2.
    I'm alos having touble using Local System with agents on 2012R2. Is there a restriction here? What rights should an action account have on 2012R2 servers? I get a lot of errors saying that teh agent need "rights to log on locally".
    Any help apprecited.
