hello, i heard that skype members got 30 free days of calling via email, however, i didnt get the email. my email is [email protected]

usually 30 days after first installing (or opening) each. ie, you could use adobe trials each month of the year for a few years before you used all their trials.

My service was interupted DAILY between 2:45pm - 6pm and sometimes 7pm. They sent someone out-around 12pm, and said, oh the coaxial connecters are a "little loose". Well, he tightened them...a few minute "fix". Well, 2:45pm rolls around and AGAIN SIGNAL LOSS, no internet and NO TV till 6:30pm. Well, I've had enough so I cancelled service..Now I check my bill and 2 service calls for $70 each plus $15 tax totalling $155. I talked to someone in the chat room and told them this scenario. Well, they said they can waive 1 of the service call, but since my equipment is owned by me and not rented, I have to pay and that in their notes, it never said that I would get a free service call. The problem is that it NEVER was fixed and the problem had nothing to do with the signal splitter or connections, but something in the neighborhood, in which I saw 2 Xfinity service trucks on my street when I came home. So I am out $85 for something they did not fix-apparently something going on connectionwise in the neighborhood. ALSO WATCH OUT FOR CHAT ROOM REPS THAT SAY IT WILL BE A FREE SERVICE CALL. THEY LIE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was also billed on July 15, 2014 for tech support that did not fix my computer problem.
I was billed $99.99 to my credit card to a tech in the country of India.
I tried to get my money back but the number I was referred to would not answer.
I immediately went to my bank which took all of the info and changed my credit card number.
The bank also did their own investigation and said it seemed to be a scam. My money was redeposited into my account within 36 hours - not because of anything Verizon did, but my BANK!! I was so grateful.
Such service from Verizon's tech department is unethical and inexcusable.
Verizon customers deserve better tech service than this. "Ma Bell" would turn over in her grave if she knew how far down the service of the original phone company has gone. It's a disgrace!! A SCAM perpetuated and sanctioned by Verizon.
I complained to the Verizon Customer Correspondance Claim Dept. Do you think they will straighten this mess out? I doubt it - I am a retiree with an excellent payment record.
They don't care. This hurts the American economy.

Free worldwide calls to mobiles and landlines for a month

Hi,I have received an email saying that I can have free Worldwide calls for one month. I am going to Tunisia at the end of April and want to ring UK every day because my parents both have cancer.So if I use my UK mobile phone in Tunisia to ring a UK landline number will it be completely free? or will I have to pay a rate per minute. I can't believe it'll be completely free. In fact if the calls don't have to be paid for, at £8.49 a month it'll be worth doing every time I go on holiday. Thanks in advance

Hello, I moved to Amsterdam recently and the "pay as you go" plan is now not practical.I attempted to sign up for Unlimited World calls to landline and mobiles but when I selected Free trial button, I received a message that the offer expired or is not available to my skype login. I only have one Skype login.I just signed up for Premium service thinking maybe I need to do this first, then I can upgrade to Unlimited World but that didn't work either.How can I sign up for Unlimited World? I don't care about the free trial, I want to sign for a monthly subscription that best meets my current international mobile and landline calling needs. Thanks for you helpNancy

I downloaded a free App called ThaiPad from Bangkok Post newspaper. I downloaded on my PC running Windows 7. The Bangkok Post recommended itunes for downloading. I completed download but it would not open. I am assuming that perhaps this App. was for iPod

Any app that you download using iTunes is for use only on iPad, iPhone, or iPod Touch, and not on a PC. It's possible they have a separate app for PC, as some companies do, but the one you downloaded via iTunes definitely will not open in Windows 7.

I want to view a report which will display the calls created 30 days before the current date.
Can anyone tell how do I get the (Current Date - 30 days) call details in the report please. I do not want to write any routines for it.

Trigger that sums free days

Hi to all,
I try to write a trigger that fires after an insert or update that drives me crazy!
My problem is the following: I have a table HOLIDAYS where I have all my free days in a year, always the name and than the number of days, e.g. ('smith', 5). Totally I have 30 days free a year which I can plan. But when I take at least 20 days free from january to march and / or from october to december I get one more day free, so I have 31 days then. I tried to write the trigger that it sums all the free days with the updated or inserted name with the time conditions in the where clause. But nothing works.

Now I've got that off my chest I'm prepared to take a wild guess. It's ORA-4088, the mutating table bomb. The problem is you are querying the table you are inserting, which causes problems for transactional integrity. When Oracle sums the rows should it include the row that's currently being inserted? What if the next row inserted is also for 'SMITH' - should Oracle go back and recalculate the previous row? These are not simple questions to answer. Processing the SUM() statement leaves the database in an unpredictable statement and that's not allowed. So Oracle hurls ORA-4088 instead.
There are solutions to this problem around. They tend to involve flag setting, packages, even jobs - all gnarly stuff. The reason it's so difficult is because the information you are trying to capture is not normal (i.e. not 3NF). It is entirely derivable:
no_of_days free = allowance - sum(END-BEGIN).
Ah, you say, but what about weekends, etc. Well, the inimitable Connor MacDonald has a solution for calculating Business Days on his website (find it here). I also suggest you take his advice about a table for holding public holidays.
Now you know how to calculate the amount of holiday taken, you can include the calculation as a function in a view over the HOLIDAYS table. This (in my opinion) is a more elegant solution than pfaffing around with flags, triggers and packages.

month subscription. However when I dial a number it is rejected and I am requested to
