Free 30 day trial

I recentally signed up for a free 30 day trial on adobe illustrator.  I shut my computer off yesterday and when I went to reopen adobe it said that my 30 day trial was up and i needed to start paying when i still should have two to three weeks left of my free trial.  How do I get my free 30 day trail back?

Maggie,
I believe this may be one for Customer Care (tick I Still Need Help and hope for an agent available for a chat),

I have a monthly subscription for PS and Lightroom.
When I opened Lightroom this morning, it told me an upgrade was available through CC. I probably did something wrong, butI couldn't get it to download.
I came on the forum and read a couple of discussions on your pages and found a reply that posted links to the pages where Lightroom 5.7 could be downloaded.
I clicked the link and downloaded the update fine.
However, now when Lightroom opens, it is asking whether I want to BUY or have a free 30 day trial and won't progress any further into the app.
My CC icon reveals that my software is up to date but I can't get past this register screen, without selecting BUY or FREE 30 TRIAL .
    can anyone help please?

I was directed to adobe to download CS4 on my new iMAC after hardware failure on PC.  The valid CS4 serial number for the PC is now not recognized by Adobe, even though I downloaded all the software successfully on the new iMac..  They gave me a free 30 day trial on the new iMAC.........Does this mean I have to spend a lot of money to update and activate the latest CS release on the new machine ??????

Purple Lobster your Creative Suite 4 serial number is for Windows or Mac only.  If you were previously using it on Windows then it is likely you have a Windows license.  You can verify by checking your serial number at http://www.adobe.com/.  You can find more details at Find your serial number quickly - http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/find-serial-number.html.
If you wish to run Adobe Creative software on your new iMac then I would recommend a Creative Cloud complete or single application membership.  You can find more details at https://creative.adobe.com/plans.  There is also a 30 day trial available for the Creative Cloud if you wish to evaluate the newest versions of the Adobe Creative applications.

  • FAQ: What are the limitations of the free, 30-day trial version of Premiere Pro?

The free, 30-day trial version of Adobe Premiere Pro CS5 and earlier lacked many of the most useful and popular codecs,  including codecs for MPEG-2, AVCHD, and RED media. This meant that  people had a hard time evaluating the software for real-world use.
    Not any longer.
The trial version of Adobe Premiere Pro CS5.5, and later includes all of the  codecs that are included with the full version of Adobe Premiere Pro  CS5.5. This means that you can import and export to all of the supported  file formats using the trial version.
See this page for more details about the trial version.
For lists of formats that you can import into and export from Adobe Premiere Pro, see these pages:
formats that you can import into Adobe Premiere Pro CS5.5
formats that you can export from Adobe Premiere Pro CS5.5 through Adobe Media Encoder
formats that you can export directly from Adobe Premiere Pro CS5.5

There are no limitations for 30 days, it will work exactly as if you have a subscription. But if you don't get a subscription, after 30 days, you will no longer be able to launch the program.

    Hi Tammy Havlik,
Try Downloading the Installer Package from this Link ( Download Acrobat products | Standard, Pro | XI, X) and Let me know if this helps.

  • Upgrading from free 30 day trial to  paid membership

I have downloaded the free 30 day trail of CC now I am trying to purchase the membership and the page will not open when clicking join or when I go through the Adobe website.

    Hello Penny,
till you find out the cause of non-function you could use Explore Adobe desktop apps | Adobe Creative Cloud and load it down from there, because your 30 day trial ends without any consequences. Or use this way (I quote: Simply select Download from the Delivery Method pull-down menu on the Adobe Store page. And if necessary: When your purchase is complete, you’ll receive a product serial number via email that allows you to easily convert your trial version without reinstalling the software. Enter the serial number in the Software Setup screen within your trial product and follow the prompts to complete the process.)

    Hi oj1,
Since you mention a free trial, I'm guessing that you have an Acrobat trial (Adobe doesn't offer free trials of the Acrobat.com online services).
If you do have Acrobat, you can use the Save As command in that application to save directly to Word format.
Please let us know how it goes.

  • Verizon offering free 30-day trial of the new VZ Navigator

Check out this new information about VZ Navigator, I know most users perfer Google Navigation but this does look worth a look..
    http://products.verizonwireless.com/index.aspx?id=fnd_navigator
Verizon has updated their VZ Navigator application, and along with the new name of Verizon Navigator VX, comes a free 30 day trial for new users, and some cool new features, the highlights of which we've outlined below:
Smart Routes with Real-Time Traffic – Updated every 60 seconds, telling you when traffic is ahead and mapping out detours to get you around it
Voice Turn-by-Turn Directions – Even with other apps open, you will continue hearing where to turn to keep you on track
“Real” signs and road views – Accurate highway signs guide you into the correct lanes and prevent last minute lane changes
Location Sharing – Use Place Messaging or Facebook to share your real-time location or the place of an upcoming meeting
Virtual city driving with 3D buildings and graphics
Satellite view that moves with your location
    Local search with Bing
Real-time weather, gas prices, movie times and other local information
Ability to add addresses to "favorites" for easy bookmarks of the places you frequent
The 30 day free trial is open for new VZ navigator subscribers only, and available on the HTC Droid Incredible, Motorola Droid X, Samsung Fascinate, Samsung Droid Charge, HTC Droid Incredible 2, and the HTC Thunderbolt.  To give it a try, fire up your phone and head over to http://nav.vzw.com/vznav to download the app.  Choose the 30 day trial option, and you're set.
Some of these new features look really nice.  I'm especially loving the overhead freeway signs, which could save many a headache while tooling around an unfamiliar city.  To see a short video overview, be sure to visit the source link.

I do agree about the price when Google Maps works well for me, actually I perfered iGO Navigation but for some reason they only have Android version for corporate accounts and hasnt consider a retail build like I had on my WM devices..
TomTom and Garmin are nice as well plus I perfer a app that stores maps on device so if you get lost in a low reception area you can still use it

  • Having trouble downloading free 30 day trial. Need help.

Trying to download the free 30 day trial. I get error message saying "Update Failed - Download error. Press Retry to try again or contact customer support. (49)" When I press Retry, I get the same error message. What else can I do?

Does the download run for several minutes and then fail or fail immediately?
Failing after some minutes usually means an iffy internet connection or a global internet outage.
Failing immediately usually indicates an issue on the local computer with an internet security app or firewall blocking the download, though if the download is finishing, sometimes an internet security product will block the executable from running.
A suggestion would be to turn off any internet security apps temporarily and retry the update process.

  • What happened to my free 30 day trial

How do you use the free 30 day trial?

    Hi martydk,
What did you get a trial of? Was it Acrobat? If so, you need to download the software, and install it. If you already downloaded software, look for a .dmg file (Mac OS) or .exe file (Windows), and then double-click to run the installer.
If that doesn't answer your question, please let us know what trial you're trying to get started.
    Best,
    Sara

  • If I already have CS5, but want to do a free 30 day trial of CS6 will it interfere with my cs5?

If I already have CS5, but want to do a free 30 day trial of CS6 will it interfere with my copy of CS6? Does it download separately?

Separate versions, separat install and licensing. CS6 will do nothing to your existing software and as a matter of fact your CS5 will remain in place even with the full version of CS6 unless you explicitly uninstall it....
