Free of Charge Billing - Accounting Documents

Hello,
We want to raise accounting document for Free Of Charge Billing where we are debitting the excise duties and crediting the same value to clearing account. These conditions are marked as real in our pricing.
know still bcoz of total credit and debit being same , my document value is ZERO and I am bnot able to generate accounting document for it . I have to manually release it.
Is there a way to tweak the system or by soem config to make the accounting documents created automatically like it does for regular sales?

one method is to have a background job schedle to release the accounting document. Avoid as much exit as possible.

Returns order created w.r.t Free of charge billing

hi,
We are providing free of charge delivery to customer.if at any point of time the goods are damaged in transit the goods are returned w.r.t free of charge billing.
Free of charge Order type- FD
Item category used - ZKLN
Pricing at Item category- X
Billing type -ZF4
Returns order type -ZRE
Item category used-REN
Pricing at Item category-X
When i try to create the sales order (ZRE)referring ZF4 is giving an error "Net value missing".
Please advice.

Hi there,
When you do returns to free goods, why do you want to carry pricing? So at item level, pricing shouuld be blank. Not X.
Your free goods itself is not relevant for pricing, why will return free goods relevant for pricing?
If you want to do pricing for freight & taxes, then this is what you will have to do.
In the item catg RENN, donot select pricing X. In the copy control from FD to RE, at the item level, select the priciing type G to copy teh pricing elements unchanged & redetermine taxes.

Auto bill Passing Of IV

In our company we are Trying the option of Auto bill passing of IV through a work around , That is running the BDC for IV . Although the Query I Post looks like Function Oriented Pls help me out if Possible .
While making an LIV with refernce to Delivery note , the planned cost i.e the freight condition are not brought in , We also know that it can be done through bill of ladding refernce ,but we need to make the payment for the freight to the vendor account so he can settle with freight party later. If we proceed with refernce to the PO all the GR's whatver made are proposed , which we do not want , So pls advice me on how to proceed .

This does sounds like an option with Auto Pay set up on a PrePaid ALLSET plan. Is that the plan you're on now? To reach our Prepay Team, please dial 888-294-6804 from a number other than your prepaid phone. When prompted, enter your prepaid phone number. Address to pay bill through bank auto bill pay?

I am trying to set-up auto bill pay through my bank in Oregon and need the address that verizon uses for this type of payment.

I have been using my bank's bill pay service for 20+ years with no problems, and no missed payments.
The simplest thing to do is to set up the bill payment using the same address that you would mail your personal check to.
Make sure that you use your proper account number --not just your telephone number.
Your bank will then either use that address, or they will decide to use an electronic address provided to them by Verizon.
Note: when you set up that particular payment option they may automatically offer you the option to use the 'address' they have 'on file'.

Still awaiting bill credit for iphone 5c "free after $100 bill credit" promo 3/1/14-3/3/14

upgraded to iphone 5c on 3/1/14, special offer for that weekend was "free after $100 bill credit" (purchase price was $99.99). have not recvd the $100 credit yet.

I have been going back and forth with them. They do not like giving big credits so they keep saying it will be on the next bill and the next bill etc. I even had a rep text me the details of the promotion telling me I would get it last week. Every rep I speak with tells me I am not eligible, puts me on repeated holds, then I have to tell them the exact name of the promo to look up in their system. Thank god I know the exact name. Here is the screenshot I took.
I any of you have any luck with this let me know.

Auto billing

I'm getting billed on my credit card every year for a subscription to a magazine I don't even have on my iPad any longer. It was an auto-billing that I knew notthing about until I view my bank statement. Do I get anything in return for paying for nothing or did I just get screwed?

Mavericks is a free update - if you're seeing a charge on your account, that does sound like an error.
It's not uncommon for a $1 or so charge to show up on your account - this happens just to make sure you have a valid card on file. It will generally go away fairly quickly.

PO,we have some free items.After doing the picking,we bill this cc

free item like TANN item category in sales order.Can SAP implement this

Hi,
With t-code VTFL to define a copy control from delivery document to billing document, assign the free item category TANN into the list of copy item, then you can find them in the billing document.

      I have done the customizing for free samples - i am able to do both sales order and delivery - i am not able to do the billing - as there is excise duty involved in the material sold,
kindly some one help me. i tried and search the forum - i am not able to find the answer.

Reshmi this is the configuration steps you need:
1) create a new item category copying TAN and set the pricing relevance to B (free goods)
2) create a pricing procedure like this:
11     0     PR00     Price
100     0          Gross
915     0     MWST     VAT
920     0          Total
925     0     R100     Discount 100%     100
926     0          Grand Total
In this way you will be able to calculate the VAT only on the gross value and then post only the VAT amount to bill to the customer.

I haven't been able to find where to turn off Paypal billing!
This problem has me pissed! I added $80 in Jan to my Skype credit and can not turn off auto charge to my Paypal and they wont take my payment from my available credit!
After paying for text messages I'm down to $76 but still that is where they should take my subscription charge.
No phone number to call to get help and FAQs are a lousy replacement for customer service. This is smelling more like Microsoft everyday where when you need help you go to Helen Wait.
I have been a paid user for a decade and my service was interuptted yesterday when I told Paypal to refuse the charge.

Please note that the Mac's OS X has this folder pop-open feature, but (1) it is an OPTION that can be disabled in the Finder Preferences. And even if enabled, the user can set how much delay ioccurs before folders pop-open.

My requiremt is i want give free goods with Bom materials.example i maintained condition record for BOM cs01 is material A I is main item and BC D materials are subitems. Now i want give free good for material B
In back ground i maintained VBNA for free goods
When raising sales order Bom only explodes and free good not determined at sales order level i am facing this problem .

Contact order: I sort first names/Last: I enter phone numbers by priority, Most used (home or mobile), then work, then fax, and save. The next time I use the phone, the order has been changed to work fax, home, mobile. Using hands free in auto is a trip

This is a pain when the phone re-sorts the order, when I need the most used number to be first using hands free in my car. Who can get this corrected in the iphone software to leave the order in which I imput numbers alone.

My daughter has had her Razr for about 9 months now. About two weeks ago she picked up her phone in the morning on her way to school when she noticed two cracks, both starting at the camera lens. One goes completely to the bottom and the other goes sharply to the side. She has never dropped it and me and my husband went over it with a fine tooth comb. We looked under a magnifying glass and could no find any reason for the glass to crack. Not one ding, scratch or bang. Our daughter really takes good care of her stuff, but we still wanted to make sure before we sent it in for repairs. Well we did and we got a reply from Motorola with a picture of the cracks saying this was customer abuse and that it is not covered under warranty. Even though they did not find any physical damage to back it up. Well I e-mailed them back and told them I did a little research and found pages of people having the same problems. Well I did not hear from them until I received a notice from Fed Ex that they were sending the phone back. NOT FIXED!!! I went to look up why and guess what there is no case open any more for the phone. It has been wiped clean. I put in the RMA # it comes back not found, I put in the ID #, the SN# and all comes back not found. Yet a day earlier all the info was there. I know there is a lot more people like me and all of you, but they just don't want to be bothered so they pay to have it fix, just to have it do it again. Unless they have found the problem and only fixing it on a customer pay only set up. I am furious and will not be recommending this phone to anyone. And to think I was considering this phone for my next up grade! NOT!!!!
