Free apps (SOMEONE PLEASE HELP)
Okay I do have a credit card on file,but all im trying to do is update my free apps that i have on there.But when i try to do that it says update my billing history because i guess i accidently tried to buy something and didnt have the money on there but it still wont just let me update my free apps?!? why do I need my credit card for that?!? SOMEONE PLEASE HELP oh and my iphone is just the plain black iphone
If you have overdrawn your bank balance, and then tried to order apps, even free ones, you will not be able to download anything untill you put money back in your account. I ordered an app,....for 1.26 and it took apple a week to withdraw it, but by the time they did it overdrafted my account,...so untill I put enough money back into it to pay for the app it wont let me update or download free stuff. my best advice is to just keep a 10 dollar reserve in your account at all times to cover your apps....that way even if it takes a week for apple to debit it your still covered.

I have tried everything, even erasing content on my iPad but I am still being asked to submit credit card information for free apps. I am also being asked the same thing to update apps which I already have. Someone please help!!!!

I'm so frustrated and in desperate need of help, I don't know what else to do! Certain apps such as Tumblr (I've previously had the Tumblr app on my phone) and Vine will NOT dowload on my phone. I've tried deleting all apps from both my iPhone and iTunes, I've tried restoring my phone then backing it up, I've tried downloading the app from iTunes while my phone is plugged into my computer, etc. When I search the apps in the app store they show up but the 'FREE' button is white and unclickable, it's very frustrating. When I download it from iTunes while my phone is plugged in I can watch it download, but when it's done it immediately dissapears from the screen and from my phone. When I plug my phone into iTunes it say I have the Tumblr and Vine apps, but I assure you, I do not. I have deleted and tried to add them so many times but it never works. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!!!
Oh my gosh I had the EXACT same problem, and for ages I couldn't figure out how to fix it until today. Here's what I did:
First I went onto my computer, opened itunes, and un-installed tumblr, vine and kik. These were the apps I was having problems with (it said I had them on my phone but, like you, they didn't show).
Then I went to the itunes store, searched for each one, and it said I could update them so I did (just FYI: for tumblr a window popped up saying "please click ok to confirm you are 17 years or older", so I did that also)
When I went back to my phone and tried installing them again (still on my computer), it worked!

My iPhone 4 will not sync my new voice memos from the "Voice Memos" app to my computer. This is frustrating, should not be so hard, can someone please help. I use PC with windows 7 with iPhone version 6.1.3 and iTunes most recent. Thanks.
In the Music tab of iTunes, do you have 'Include Voice Memos' checked?

Updated my iphone4 with ios6.1 software. App store is not working. Tried rebooting, restoring, changing date, signing with another apple id etc. but no luck. can someone please help?
I guess I will wrap this up. I have abandoned iPhoto and viewing my Photo Streams using it and moved to Adobe products (Bridge + PS). So that's that.

Every time I go on my iTunes account via my iPhone or even my computer, I get notified that my security code is invalid. My account did this a while back, but I ignored it for a while and it eventually accepted my security code. It's not doing that now. It's been a week, I need to update my apps and want to be able to purchase whatever I want. It's extremely fruststing that it won't accept my actual card security code. Someone please help?

My iphone 4 is taking forever to sync...I let it sync all night and only completed about 1/4 of of the songs downloaded. Apps seem to be fine. I have tried restoring it and that didn't do anything. Can someone please help?
how many songs are syncing cuz i only have at most 200 or so and it takes a while so it might be how many songs are syncing to the device

I downloaded FF 4 and now 5 and with neither my screen looks nothing like it shows on the FF page. For instance, I do not have the orange FF tab in the upper left corner, I have no option of "pin as app" nor do I have Panorama. Can someone please help me?
To get the orange FF tab, go to View > Toolbars > Menu Bar. This should uncheck the menu bar and give you the orange button.
Panorama is a box made of 4 grey rectangles that should be on the far right, if it isn't after you enable the orange FF tab, right click on anywhere on a tool bar that doesn't have anything on it, and you should get a menu with a list of your tool bars that you can check and uncheck. go down to customize at the very bottom and it will open a window with all your buttons. Find the panorama/tab groups button and drag it onto the tool bar of your choice.
to pin a tab as an app, right click on it; it's an option in the right-click menu. -
Ok so I'm trying to update my iPad, and it keeps "timing out." I got to the actual update process, and it failed and asked me to restore my iPad, but I just can't lose all of my apps and photos! I payed for a lot of my apps, and my photos are just too important. Someone please help!
If rhe apps and photos are that important you made sure that you took the steps in order to keep them safe in an event like this didn't you?
You did backup the iPad before you decided to update the iPad correct?
And you did transfer all of your apps and other purchases into iTunes before you decided to update correct?
If you did, just restore the iPad and then restore from the backup at the end of fhe process and follow that with a sync with iTunes and you will lose nothing,
Now if you didn't do any of the precautionary steps .... -
Whenever I try to download apps, it says review account info. I click on review but then it won't load. Is there any way I can get around this or can someone please help me?
Is the address on your iTunes account exactly the same (format and spacing etc) as on your credit card bill : http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1646 ? If it is then you could try what it says at the bottom of that page :
If the issue persists, contact your credit card company and verify that they and any company they use to process credit card authorisations have the correct information on file.

The iPad does not use Flash so you will have to search for a TV app or an app that will stream the content that you want to watch. I have apps stream live content. WatchESPN and CNN are two apps that stream live content. You just have to start searching. Use a Google search for starters.

This is a so frustrating. I had an iPadfor over a year now and never had any problems. Changed the computer this months.
Downloaded new iTunes and IOS5 for iPad. It removed everyting from my iPad (photos, music and all apps). I was able to get muisic and phtos back on, however purchased iPad apps are missing in actions. Can someone please help?
