Will I need to purchase iWork for my iPad if I purchase an iPhone 5s? Everybody knows the iPhone 5s with IOS7 gives iWork for free. I assume that if I buy an iPhone 5s (or 5c) then iWork would be listed as a "purchased" app in my itunes store under my account. My iPad retina is in the same account... or are keynote, pages, and numbers completely seperate between ipad and iphone? I know they would be a seperate purchase for my Powerbook. I am unable to download free apps on my iphone,it ask for credit info.When i try to download it's telling me (There is a billing problem with a previous purchase)So i went into my account.It's showing a purchase inside of pokerist.com which i never made.I have a outstanding balance of 33.00 which i do not have.I only use that card to activate my account, that's why the payment didn't go threw.I do not use that account.So please can someone fix my account so i can get my life back.PLEASE
If you have an existing ID, & you don't want to use a credit card, you'll have to redeem an iTunes gift card. If you don't want to do that, you'll have to create a new ID by following the directions here, EXACTLY:

Can anyone from Apple answer this question? I want to sell my ipod touch but it shows up as "This device is no longer eligible for creating a free iCloud account". What do I do? Can I go to the Apple store and request that they delet all accounts associated with the ipod? Is that possible? Help!!! Really frustrated at Apple right now.

MahfoozI had the same issue on my iPod touch 4th Gen, I noticed the issue after updating the device to 6.1.5. I dont know what device or IOS your running but if it is similar then I think this ma be the cause. My solution to you is to create a free apple ID on their website, https://appleid.apple.com/cgi-bin/WebObjects/MyAppleId.woa/wa/createAppleId. Hope this helped and good luck!

You would have to send your iphone to someone you know in Canada, then that person would have to get the iphone to Apple.
Apple will not accept a shipment from outside the country. -

Maybe this helps:
Open AirPort Utility, select your AirPort Base Station and click Manual Setup.
Select Access Control Tab.
Pick Timed Access from the list.
Now click on the "+" button, enter the MAC adress of the device you want and decide for the network time limits.
Update your Airport.
You can find the MAC adress of an iOS device by going to Settings/General/About. -

You will have a hard time taking it back. Most places will claim you stepped on it accidentally and almost nobody will replace accidental damage for free. 2 months is also a long time. Many places give you 15-30 dys to discover anything wrong and after that it is yours.

In Messages on the Mac do you have the Preferences > Messages section set to "Save History when Conversations are Closed" ?
This will store all IMs and iMessages in ~/Library/Messages/Archive.
Use the Finder > Go Menu > Go to Folder and type that path into the Dialogue box that appears. (~/Library/Messages/Archive).
They are stored in dated folders so some guessing/trail and error will be needed.
You may find that if this was an iMessage and you send the person a new message that the whole History with that Contact since you installed Mountain Lion/Started Messages may appear and that it is scrollable the closer you get to the "top" and the top may keep moving until all is on show.

why when i want to download a free app from app store it asks for my apple id and when i give my apple id it then says "this apple id has not yet been used in the itunes store". i dont even know what that means and it will this happen everytime?
If you are within 14 days of purchase you can still return the iPhone and get the phone that suits your needs, however, I think you will find that no matter which phone you get the content provider will want to know how you are going to pay for future purchases. For Android phones it is Google, and they will certainly want to know.
