I believe that there is a feature allowing Apps associated with a single Dev account to promote each other via free PubCenter Ads.
I would appreciate a link showing how to take advantage of this feature.

I recently updated my primary email address associated with my Apple ID account.
Now when I go to App store on my iPad it still tries to login to the App store using the old email address I had associated with the account, and naturally my password doesn't work. I can't figure out how to tell my iPad to login using the updated email address.
So in effect I'm locked out of the app store and I currently have 26 updates waiting.
I've tried disconnecting and reconnecting my IPad to iCloud with no luck.. However I cloud happens to show the correct/updated email address.
Does anyone know how to resolve this?

Did you change the email for the Apple ID or did you create a new Apple ID? A new Apple ID cannot be used with content that was bought using a different Apple ID.

If I want to keep some notes only on my device and not in a cloud environment associated with an e-mail account. I've seen reference to the "My iPhone" local storage put no mention on how you create this folder or access this folder within the Notes app. I realize storing information in a local storage like this provides no syncing between other iDevices but that is exactly what I'm looking for. I'm running iOS7.0.4 on a iPhone 5S, and a iPad Air. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you go to Settings > Notes > Default Account you will see "On My iPhone" as the default account and the only choice if you have not enabled syncing Notes in Settings >iCloud or Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars. If you have enabled syncing you can still select "On My iPhone" as the default account. When you are in the Notes app you won't see any accounts listed if you have not enabled syncing because they are all in the On My iPhone account and that is the only place possible. It is not a folder that you create.

UCCX-Max JTAPI triggers that can be associated with a single script

We are on UCCX 7.0(1)SR5 cluster. I would like to know if there is any maximum limit on the number of JTAPI triggers that can be associated with a single UCCX application/script. I have this requirement where in I will have to create 80+ JTAPI triggers and associate all of them to a single UCCX script. Will there be any impact on the performance with this approach?
My second question is- is there a limit on the number of sessions that can be associated with a single UCCX application?

There is no need to have multiple chained CTI Route Points. The call should flow through UCM as follows:
Arrives from a PSTN gateway with a specific DNIS value per number. In most cases carriers will not give you the real toll-free number that was called but either another DNIS value representing each toll-free number; or, a portion of it such as the last four digits.
In many cases - but not necessarily required - customers then use translation patterns to change the provided value into a value that the CCX CTI Route Points are configured in. For example, if the provider is sending you a DNIS of 84XX of the toll-free calls and you want the CTI RPs to be 71XX, you can create a translation pattern that does exactly that.
You create a single trigger (assuming all the toll-free numbers go to the same script/application) and use a wildcard pattern of 71XX when creating it.
(More Optional) If the script needs to know the exact toll-free number that was dialed, you can use the Get Call Contact Info step to get the called number.
Otherwise the script wouldn't be aware that you've used wildcards in the route point.

To delete an app from your iphone, press and hold any icon until they all start wiggling. Apps that you can delete will have a circled x in the top left corner of the icon. Tap that circled x to delete. Tap home button to stop the wiggling.

You can't delete an existing account, you can only choose to stop using it. It will still be there should you decide to use it again in the future.

"This Apple ID isn't Associated with an iTunes Connect Account" Help?

Hi there,
I've been trying to publish a book I've created on iBooks Author to the iBooks Store but I'm having a bit of trouble with iTunes Connect.
I've set it up and signed the contracts and I can access the dashboard on a web browser with my Apple ID however, when I try to log into it from the Publish wizard on iBooks Author it keeps coming up with an alert message saying that "this Apple ID isn't associated with an iTunes Connect account", even though... well... it is.
I was wondering if it was a possibility I might have missed something along the way to connecting my Apple ID to the iTunes Connect? I don't know what to do.
I really want to get my books onto the iBooks Store as soon as I can - I've tried going through publishers like Smashwords and BookBaby but I've not had much luck with them.... I would prefer to go direct through retailers like Apple and Barnes and Noble.

You can sign in to your BlackBerry ID by visiting www.bbid.com . From there you should be able to associate a new device to your BB ID.

Change name associated with a iCloud email account

I am trying to find out how to change a change name associated with a iCloud email account.
for example name displayed Robert with example [email protected] The name Robert is wrong I wish to correct it to David.
What is the process. I am using a MacBook with current OS X and Safari 8.0.3
Second question also dealing with iCloud email. I have tried to set up an account for my wife and every entry I have tried comes back with an error message illegal characters? What is not allowed?

Just open www.icloud.com, open "Mail", open "Preferences..." (in the lower left corner), then open the "Accounts" tab and here change your "Full Name".

I just want an album to be associated with a single artist!!!

I am importing albums and nobody I have talked to thinks I can do what I want to do here!! Any suggestions/tricks would be SO welcome..
When I import an album, I would like for the ALBUM to be associated with a single artist but maintain all the info it has for the song. For example, Elton John Two Rooms, is an album where all these folks got together and did Elton John songs. Elton does not perform any of the songs though. So.. When I import the album I want to be able to go to Elton John and access the album as a single unit - a single Elton John album. Instead, iTunes breaks each song out to the artist who performs each song! I couldn't care less!! I know I could change the info so it shows each song as being performed by Elton and this would be done, but I would like to hold that info!
This also happens on many other albums I have - Jools Holland's Big Band, blah blah blah..

Yeah.. I had figured that out for another album - Jeff Wayne's War of the Worlds.. That is one where I couldn't care less about the artists.. I just want to go to Jeff Wayne and play War of the Worlds..
But in this circumstance - and the Jools Holland one as well - I would really like to maintain the artist information but I still want the album as an album rather than tracks spread all over the place by various artists. This is my first forray into the iTunes and iPod stuff and am just getting frustrated at how useless this "organization" focus for iTunes is. It seems SO individual track focused as opposed to viewing an album as a contiguous item.
Anyone know how to use this "Grouping" thing?

As a librarian, I work in many schools. We slowly start to buy eBook for students with difficulties in learning. Often, books are protected by DRM: we have to use the same account to open the books that the one we use to buy it.
For now, only one person will be allowed to buy eBooks (me), so we will only have one account... but each student have his own computer, so I will have to autorize each computer with the same account.
1. Can I do that?
2. If yes, how many computers can I autorize with a single Adobe account?
3. If no, what else can I do?

(1)You can do that with (2) up to six devices total including your computer.
(3) The only other thing is to try to contact Adobe to see what arrangements they can make.
Alternatively, contact Overdrive, who are the service most libraries use for lending ADE DRM books,
which is effecitvely what you want to do.
I am afraid I can't give any idea of the best contact points for those oarganizations.
Maybe some other public librarian will be able to point you in the right direction.

I would like to delete an account and all the iPhone apps associated with that account off my mac.

A friend of mine bought an iPhone 4 back in Febuary 2011 (pre-iCloud). At the time of her purchase, she was without a computer, so I allowed her to back her iPhone up to my MBP.
Since iCloud, she has no need to use my MBP for backups, restores, etc. Plus she lives 40 miles away. Her apps are still on my MBP and I have been updating them when needed, however I no longer need to have her account OR apps on my MBP.
How can I be rid of all her info and apps from my iTunes. I do have access to her account, with permission.

If by account you mean a user account then open Users & Groups preferences, select her account, click on the Delete [-] button. Choose the last option to fully remove the account. Do not check the box for Secure Erase.
