all I'm trying to do is find out how to open my free lightroom download
Since you have what seems to be a valid serial number, I suggest that you download the trial version of Lightroom from this website:
Adobe - Lightroom : For Windows : Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 5.7
the trial version is the full version after you enter the serial number. After installation a screen will appear indicating that you are using the trial. On that screen there is an option to indicate that you have a serial number. Choose that option and provisions will be provided for you to enter the serial number that you have.

Indesign downloaded but wont open in creative cloud
i have downloaded creative cloud and through that i have downloaded indesign. everything says its up to date, but nothing will open so that i can begin my free trial. what do i do?
you need to go ahead and manually launch the application.
On windows from Start>All Programs>InDesign CC

Itunes and quicktime downloads but wont open
Ok so the other day I turned my cumputer back on and when i turned my cumputer off itunes was working just fine.but when it i turned it back on it wasnt working. So i reinstalled quicktime because everytime i tried to open itunes it said quicktime needed to be installed. So i did so. well that didnt work so, then i uninstalled it all and put it all back on my computer. I have done this a bunch of times and wel its not working and i need itunes. SO PLEASE HELP ME.
compaq Windows XPI have error 2378.
I tried all the fixes (uninstal completely) I've tried installing Quicktime standalone, same error.
One day my computer installed some windows updates. next time i tried i tunes, it said it couldnt' find RICHED20.dll.
Tried removing the updates. then tried removing/reinstalling itunes. Everytime I try to run the install package I get "error with package 2378". I tried restoring my system to before the windows updates. No luck.

photoshop elements 13 and premiere 13 purchased, downloaded and installed... but wont OPEN/LAUNCH.. HELLP!!?

My "os" is windows 8.1
When I clicked on the PHOTOSHOP 13 executable the photo editor popped up
along with an install option. Then I clicked install and then a update
failed message popped up. (I've attached a screen shot photo of that) Then
I clicked on error log and a "please quit and try again error code" message
popped up. (I've also attached a screen shot photo of that as well) so
after all that I closed everything and restarted my computer and clicked on
the PHOTOSHOP 13 executable again and it went straight to the photo editor
not the welcome screen (where I can choose either organizer or photo
editor)... why isn't there a welcome screen like before?
When I clicked on the executable for PREMIERE 13 there was two executable
options.. one that was labeled (PREMIERE 13 exe) and another that was
labeled just (PREMIERE exe) without the "13" so first I clicked on PREMIERE
13 exe and it took me to the welcome screen so then I clicked on video
editor the new project but nothing happened. ... the loading bar moves then
stops. So after that I closed it and went back to click the PREMIERE exe
and it took me straight to the video editor, again no welcome screen (were
i can choose either organizer or video editor) just like the photoshop....
so in the end I am able to click on the executable options for both
photoshop 13 and premiere and it takes me straight to the editor but
without the welcome screen...
Clicking on the shortcut icons on my desk top still won't launch though....
So does this mean it's working because clicking on the executable options
takes me straight to the editor? Or is something still not right because
the program won't open/launch when i click on the desktop shortcuts and
welcome screen won't pop up when clicking on executable options?

Hi I already used apple's link to remove u2's free album from my account but it has still been on my phone for the past few weeks. Can anyone help me? I can't swipe-delete because I have never downloaded it.

If they are download from within iTunes, they are meant for iDevices (iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch) and will not work on a computer.

what do you need to do to get your pictures that you took awhile ago back on your iphone 4s after you just restored your phone it? it says "downloading" but wont give me any of my pictures back that i took awhile ago. I backed everythign up at the apple store while the person who helped me watched me do it. i have 1,796 pictures i took before i restored my phone, but it wont let me see them. it just says "downoading" and i will be devestated if all of my pictures are gone. please help me!
You would have received a prompt telling you that you didn't have sufficient space to beck up your phone if that was the case. Also, not everything on your phone is stored in the backup so you wouldn't need 11.7GB to back it up. You can see the size of your backup by going to Settings>iCloud>Storage & Backup>Manage Storage, tap the name of your phone under Backups and look under Options.
If it says "downloading" it's probably still downloading your pictures from iCoud. Check Settings>iCloud>Storage & Backup at the bottom to see the status of the restore process. -

My Ipad2 has messages in App Store that says I have 22 updates. When I chose to update any of those 22 I receive this message "Cannot Connect to Itunes Store". I am able to make new purchase or free downloads but no updates.

I tryed to download a movie off of itunes and it downloaded but wont sync into my ipod
i downloaded a movie off of itunes and it downloaded but wont sync it says the ipod is synced with another itunes library do you want to erase this ipod and sync with this itunes library .an ipod can be synced with only one itunes library at a time erasing and syncing replaces the contense of this ipod with the contense with this itunes library does that mean that if i sync the movie it will erase everything on the ipod and only put the movie and if it does can i put it back on with the movie still on it
You can do it by manually managing music and videos. See:

If you have iTunes 11 turn on the Sidebar. Go to iTunes>View and click on Show Sidebar. You can also do a Crtl+S to show the sidebar.
To sync to your iPod go to iTunes>Help>iTunes Help>Sync your iPod....>Sync You Device>Set up Syncing>Sync your device manually and follow the instructions -
My iPhone apps wouldn't open they just blink for a second and the home screen comes back again...i tried installing a free app from the AppStore but it didn't work and also tried resetting the iPhone but ddnt work as well please help what do i do??
Oh my gosh I had the EXACT same problem, and for ages I couldn't figure out how to fix it until today. Here's what I did:
First I went onto my computer, opened itunes, and un-installed tumblr, vine and kik. These were the apps I was having problems with (it said I had them on my phone but, like you, they didn't show).
Then I went to the itunes store, searched for each one, and it said I could update them so I did (just FYI: for tumblr a window popped up saying "please click ok to confirm you are 17 years or older", so I did that also)
When I went back to my phone and tried installing them again (still on my computer), it worked!

That is correct...sort of.
The application Adobe Reader is strictly for reading/printing PDF's (hence the name). You can extend the abilities and use it to create PDF's by subscribing to a service.
It's really not a bad deal since the application that is normally used for creating PDF's (Adobe Acrobat) costs hundreds of dollars. Of course it does a lot more than the CreatePDF service... -

If yes click on sign in/License this software to proceed further and activate it. If it is perpetual license activate by entering your serial key and signing in and if it is a subscription then just sign in with your Adobe it an dit will get activated.
