Free Flex 3 Activation Key with CS4

I recently installed Creative Suite 4 Web Premium and inside the box was an insert giving me an instructions on how to submit for a free Flex 3 activation key. I did that a week ago but unfortunately I haven't heard anything back. The confirmation screen told me to contact Adobe by a specific email address ([email protected]) if I didn't hear anything back. So I emailed them as well but still nothing. I was hoping an Adobe employee might see this post and be able to help me out. Or if anyone else has any suggestions feel free to drop me a line.

It clearly means that the preloaded contents were locked - and only an activation key can free them. You can get them by either downloading the key(the file should have an option) or asking it from O2.

Will the free OSX Mavericks work with CS4?

I am using OSX 10.6.8 and want to take advantage of the new free offer for OSX Mavericks. I am a graphic designer and am currently using CS4 on a daily basis for my business. Will I be able to use it with OSX Mavericks or will I have to upgrade?

I work for a web development company. Some of our clients use
Contribute for content management. In the office, we use Contribute
CS3 to create keys to send to the users. We had a user report that
no connection was created when they used a key we made in CS3. The
user just got Contribute, so I assume she purchased CS4. I looked
online and sent a support request to Adobe, but wondered if any of
you fine people have seen or heard anything like this. We don't
have CS4 yet, so I can't test this in house. I could download the
demo, but that's more work than I want to do, lol!

Unless the users can publish by themselves, you will have
issues when CS4 users submit drafts to CS3 admins.
Better upgrade soon.

Where can I find my activation key?

I am ready to completely reinstall Mac OS 10.9 on my macbook pro in order to clean it up.
I bought Aperture a long time ago, in a shop (not the online store), and I do not have its box (in which there is the activation key) with me.
Do you know, before reinstalling Mac OS, where I can find my activation key in the software or in the system. I would copy it on a paper and everything would be solved.
When I will reinstall Aperture, will it ask the key, or is it someway linked to my apple account, even though I did not initially bought it on the Apple Store?

Which Aperture version are you currently running, Nicolas?
If it is not an AppStore version, you need the installer DVD to reinstall. The earlier Aperture versions are best installed and not migrated.
As to the registration key:
Earlier Aperture versions up to version Aperture 3.4.5 will show the registration key in the "About" panel - in the main menu bar: Aperture > About Aperture.
(added: It will only show the last registration key. If you have an upgrade key, you will need the keys of the previous versions as well).
If you already updated to Aperture 3.5.1, you do not need your Aperture serial number any longer. Aperture will have been associated with your Apple ID and it will show on the "Purchases" tab of the App Store, when you sign into the Store menu with the Apple ID, that you used, when you updated Aperture. Check the App Store and the Purchases, before you wipe your drive. I strongly recommend to update to Aperture 3.5.1 and to associate Aperture with your AppleID, if you have not yet done that. Then you should be able to reinstall from the AppleStore. But keep a backup copy of Aperture 3.5.1 just in case, since the current version at the AppStore is Aperture 3.6, that will require Yosemite.

I'm having the same problem for my cousin(andrew) Ipod too. It just won't activate because it requires us to log in with the appleID and password, which we don't remember. It will not send it to the email because the ipod activation username is link to the icloud instead. I would understand if it sends to the email and we will be able to get a hold of it, but it is link to the icloud and when we put the Icloud username on the "forgot password," it will send us straight to the recovery key, which we do not know either. I think it is just best if we call and reset the password with the apple technician. It's a bummer. Especially when my cousin do not remember any emails or any password he used. I tried many different ways to help him but it doesn't work. When we tried his email, it works to log in apple browser but it does not work on the activation.

Problem with CS4 activation using student users

Hi,
I am working at a school and over the last few weeks we have rebuilt our network from a 2003/xp to 2008R2/Win7 network so have had to remake a lot of software packages. We have created and deployed CS4 with success across the network but seem to have an activation problem with a specific user type.
This user type is with student accounts which use a seperate group policy to the staff accounts. When students log in and the PC has not had any CS4 programs started before, it comes up with the activation window prompting to start a trial (does not work) or activate with a serial number (also does not work), which should not happen as the serial is built into the deployment. When staff log in and run the software it works fine and activates with no problem. So this is not an activation issue, more of a technical issue.
This is causing a problem as for us to activate all of the CS4 software we have to log onto each pc as a staff member, open Photoshop (or another CS4 program), close it then log in as the student for it to work. (This is only needed once per PC, but is time consuming with over 400 computers.)
The only main difference between the staff and student accounts are that students use mandatory profiles (with roaming appdata) and staff use fully roaming profiles. There are other policies in place for students but none that I can see would stop the activation process from working.
So my question is, does anyone know what could be stopping this activation from working?

Still having the problem, anyone have any ideas what could be causing it? Im at a loss here, ive compared both policies for staff and students but can not work out whats causing the issue.

N91 problem with activation key

i own the N91 but i restored the factory settings and i found that the original songs which came with the device is not running and it says that there is no activation key

It is actually up to you to backup your Phone memory (ROM) using PC suite (and you HDD using USB Mass storage etc) before you bring the device in for repair. Sure these were the promotional sings that came with the phone but how do they know you did not have additional DRM activation keys for ringtones etc in memory
It may have been that the service centre guy the first time was not busy and did you a favour (backed up your phone ROM data, they never will do the HDD) but the reality is the do not backup your data.
The centre I went to was quite clear on this with me (thats why I went home and backed things up before I switched to 1.10)

There is no serial number require for Creative Cloud products, you may activate the products using your email address and password which is associated with Adobe. If your Dreamweaver asking for serial number, then make sure you are signing in with correct email address.

Its an ADOBE advertisement with their name on it.Product has activation code with it and is still valid.Adobe WONT LIKE ME by the time its over.

Trying to reinstall CS4 and I've lost CS3 activation key

I bought CS3 years ago, upgraded to CS4. I'm trying to reinstall CS4 and it's asking for the CS3 activation key. I've lost the CS3 key. Is there any way to recover it?

You need to contact Customer Service ( http://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html ) and they would be able to help you find the serial number if you have registered it.
Else they will help you unlock the serial key after validating.
