Free or cheap IDE available ?

Hello All,
Sorry if this question is inappropriate for this group, but I didn't see any others which would be better suited for the question.
I need a Java IDE to use while practicing for the certification tests. I am hoping to find something which is free or cheap with as many features as possible within reason.
JCreator looks to be a good choice but perhaps there is someting even cheaper or free out there which I'm unaware of. If so then please let me know about it.
I will appreciate any feedback, thanks in advance !

certification.Yes, if one isn't resourceful enough to search for
this kind of information instead of posting the same
simple questions like multitudes of other
non-resourceful people do over and over and over
again, then having a certification can't be indicative
of skill.And venting illogical drivel like the above can't be indicative of brainpower. There is little if any connection between resourcefulness and skill at using a programming language. One could be non-resourceful, quite lazy even, and still be quite skilled at programming with Java. In fact one could argue that it's quite resourceful for one to get others to do their research for them while they fry bigger fish (although I can't claim that this was the case with my original request since I did do a search for free/cheap Java IDE's before posting the request for further suggestions).

The boxed packaging is not sold by Adobe direct. If you want to explore that type of purchase which offers the perk of a Windows and a Mac installation disc, you need to purchase from an authorized reseller who is not going to offer you "upgraded pricing". The seller would be its own entity with its own pricing and own return/refund policy. Sometimes the authorized reseller price may be less than the Adobe"upgraded pricing".
Did you purchase your Premiere Elements 13 Mac from Adobe direct and are within 30 days of purchase? If so, you can contact Adobe Chat Orders to ask for return/refund. And, then you can explore the authorized resellers for pricing and availability of the box packaging. Maybe check out the pricing all around before making any final decisions.

Apple mentioned for their products users around the world but many of their free itunes products are available only for USA and not for the users from the other side of the globe?
Is this Apple a fair and customer oriented company or full of bias and Only money oriented company.

Hi Risdian, thanks for the comments and suggestions, however none seemed to lead to any success. When setting the carrier off automatic, after a few seconds of searching the device returns the message, "Unable to load network list", and I have placed my sim into another unlocked iPhone 5 and it worked perfectly, picking up service almost immediately. I can also iMessage and connect to wifi fine, so i don't fully understand the issue.
I guess my iPhone is in need of repair, so if there are no other conceivable 'at home' fixes, i'll have to bring the phone to the apple store for a diagnosis. Any other suggestions or comments would be happily welcomed

Free or cheap readability statistics?

We'd like to start getting readability statistics (like Flesch-Kincaid or Gunning-Fox) on our .PDF docs. We don't have a big budget. Does anyone have any experience with any utilities that can determine readability statistics, work with .PDF docs, and don't cost much?

Exclude free of charge in available stock.

Currently in our system, every sales order created decreases the materials quantity available to sell (before delivery is done). On many occasions we have created free of charge sales orders, which a customer is required to collect within a specified period of time. During this time, the stock of the FOC orders can not be used.
The free of charge order type (ZFD) has been defined for this type of orders.
Is there a way to stop free of charged sales orders from consuming stock until collected (delivery/bill is completed).
Any help would be appreciated.

Am assuming ATP check is active in your system at sales order level. for the FOC, de-activate the TOR(Transfer of requirements) at sales order level and keep in active only at delivery level. You might choose to have different item categories and schedule line categories for FOC and hence can de-activate TOR check at Sales Order level for FOC orders.
check tcode OVZ8.
Or alternatively, you can develop a custom routine in requirements for Transfer of Requirements which filters your FOC orders in tcode OVB8.

Erase Free Space 0 space available Desktop empty

I was running Erase Free Space last night, not for the first time. It was taking forever to create a temporary file so I closed it down and went to bed. Now, I can't see the Dock or the Hard Disk or any of the other icons which were on the Desktop. I can't run Erase Free Space as there is NO space available. I have deleted some items.

I am not sure where the temp files are in 10.6. In earlier OS's like 10.4, I think are located in
/var/root/Library/Caches/TemporaryItems
and will end in ??some characters??.sparseimage. There will likely be several of them.
These files will be owned by root so you will need to preface any command with
sudo
to allow you that access.
If you are not familiar with Terminal, this is not the most opportune time to begin learning to use it, but you will find a lot of useful techniques in,
Francine Schwieder's page on Disappearing Drive Space
Peruse those pages first and get a feel for the command du (disk usage) which is a great search tool for you to find the space, if you are not able to immediately put your finger on the files, her tutorial will, if studied carefully, lead you to your quarry.

How much free ram should be available?

The ram that is available is determined by the applications actively operating right? Therefore if I quit some applications the free space shown in "Activity Monitor" should increase right? But how about the inactive space; Shouldn't that be considered free space too? Please help I think I might need more ram memory. Thanks in advance.

Here's the rundown on memory usage (from the Help menu in Activity Monitor)
"Wired: Wired memory is information that can’t be cached to disk, so it must stay in RAM. The amount depends on what applications you are using.
Active: Active memory is currently in RAM and actively being used.
Inactive: Inactive memory is no longer being used and has been cached to disk. It will remain in RAM until another application needs the space. Leaving this information in RAM is to your advantage if you (or a client of your computer) come back to it later.
Used: Used memory is being used by a process and not immediately available.
Free: Free memory is not being used and is immediately available.
VM size: Virtual memory, or VM, is hard disk space that can be used as memory. VM size is the amount of disk space memory being used. Mac OS X can use more memory than the amount of physical RAM you have. A hard disk is much slower than RAM, so the virtual memory system must automatically distribute information between disk space and RAM for efficient performance.
Page ins/outs: The number of times Mac OS X has moved information between RAM and disk space."
The way I understand it is that as long as you have few or no Page Outs you are fine with the RAM you have. Also, as you can see, the Inactive Memory is available for use by other apps if necessary.
