Hi how can I change my 'free skype to go number' I'm subscribe with monthly subscription. The thing is My friend has her own skype account and also me then we are both subscribe to 400min monthly subscription (Philippines) and we are here in Singapore. We have the same 'free skype to go number' but diffirent skype account and we are using one common the same Home Landline number. I just wonder how will skype know which is which to charge. Can you please help me. thanks in advance

Your Subscription covers calls to Greek landlines. Calls to other countries and/or phone types (e.g. cellphones) require either a Subscription which includes those call types OR Skype Credit.

Hi. I have Skype credit (Australian $) which I bought for ringing various countries.
However, I also have a monthly subscription for calls from New Zealand to Sweden. Whenever I call Sweden, Skype deducts from my Skype credit rather than from my monthly 120 minutes allowance provided by my monthly subscripition.

Please check that your subscription covers calls to the Swedish number you are trying to reach - some subscriptions cover calls to land lines (also known as fixed lines), for example, and not mobile numbers. If it does, please contact Skype customer service to report this issue.

I have been using the teacher version of Photoshop CS6 on my PC. I am asked to sign n regularly but today I was asked to add a serial number too. AsI bought it online via adobe and do not have a serial number how do I log in?

Left over minutes on Skype Monthly Subscription

I recently purchased a monthly Skype subscription to call Vietnam while my partner was there for his job. It was a 400 minute package and due to a change of work plans, he is leaving Vietnam and there are still 60 minutes left on the month's subscription. I know rates vary from country to country, but is there anyway that this credit could somehow be transferred to my normal Skype credit outside of the subscription? It just seems like a waste of money to not be able to utilize those minutes in some small way since they were paid for. Suggestions? Answers? Has anyone else encountered this? Thanks so much!

I used up all minutes with a monthly subscription ...

My question is if there is a way to continue calling WITHOUT using skype credit after using up all minutes of subscriptions. Is there any?
Here's my situation:
I purchased a monthly subscription and the service started 3/11/15. I used up all the 400 minutes on 4/2/15. With an intension of starting a NEW subscription that would start 4/2, I first cancelled the existing subscription (that started on 3/11/15 and was scheduled to renew on 4/11/15) and received an email confirmation for that. Then, I got a new subscription (for the same country and for the same duration which is one month as the initial one) and confirmed that it was charged on my paypal account. I also received an email notification for the subscription delivery. It said the transaction date was 4/3/15. So I thought I could start calling on 4/3.
Today is 4/3 and I still can't call. I checked my account, and to my surprise, it has been updated to show that my initial subscription is back!? That is the one that starts on the 11th of the month, and the current remaining minutes shows as 0 (zero.) It tells me that I will be able to start calling on 4/11. It appears that my attempt to cancel one subscription and get a new one (with a new start date) did not work since the initial one appears to keep coming back.
Isn't it possible to cancel an existing subscription completely and sign up a new one with a new start date? I'm trying not to purchase skype credit together with subscriptions.

1. You don't have to cancel your existing 400 minutes Subscription unless you want to. You can have both. Yes - the new one will be activated within 1 to 2 hours of purchase.
2. Subscriptions aren't refundable. If you wish to stop the recurring payments you should cancel the Subscription at your account page. Cancellation will be effective on your current billing period renewal date.
3. One minute after midnight UTC/GMT.

Skype won't let me cancel my monthly subscription!

I followed the steps:
1) Went to my subscription page and clicked on settings. New page opened.
2) There I had two options: View your stored payment details or Cancel subscription. I clicked on Cancel subscription. New page opened.
3) Skype asks if I'm sure I want to give up my subscription. I have two options: Ok, Ill stay or Thanks but no thanks, I still want to cancel. I click on the latter. I click on Thanks but no thanks, I still want to cancel. It couldn't be more clear that i click on that option since that it my entire purpose of being there in the first place. And guess what happened. New page opened. Only this page is my subscription page (see step 1). It is as if skype doesn't acknowledge step 2 and 3. as if my whole journey through page after page never happened and I have to redo the whole thing again and again....with the same devastating results.
I want to CANCEL MY MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION. The link to cancel the subscription, seems to me, is a freaking illusion. And skype is making money off me against my consent.
So I am here begging and pleading with the almighty skype to just cancel my *edited for profanity* monthly subscription before I lose my mind.

Same with me. Skype Pro monthly subscription does not stop after I emailed to Skype support several weeks ago. They simply ignored me.

Paid for $30 12 month subscription on 5/12 but Skype won't make a call...

So I had a Skype number in an area code I no longer wanted so the subscription ran out and I bought a new subscription with a new number for $30 on 5/12 and the order was delivered. I even made a test call and the new number showed up on the caller ID. Today would have been the end of the other subscription I guess and now Skype isn't working at all. When you have an App such as a magazine, or news like The New York Times with a monthly subscription. When you download the app for free are you getting charged for that monthly fee without knowing it? I ask because the app says free download but is not so clear on if you subscribed on a monthly subscription. So is the buyer being fooled or is it really free?
