Free trial account, but no subscriptions

I just made an account on Windows Azure and when i try to acces the management portal, it says:"If you have subscriptions that are not active, please contact
Microsoft Support."

Firstly, I suggest you  could try David Messner's solution from this thread (

  • Credit Card Charged By 1.00 USD while trying to create free trial account

    Hi,
    I don't have any Microsoft Subscription & I was trying to create free trial account, on that registration form they asked for Credit Card information for verification information only also they are saying they will not charge anything for this trial
    account. After providing all valid card details once I submitted the form it is saying below error message:
    "Sorry! We could not complete the transaction using this payment method. Please contact support."
    And at the same time I got the SMS from my Bank saying that 
    "1.00
    USD was spent on your Credit Card XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX on 24-JUL-14 at MSFT   *ONLINE.Final FX rates and charges are applicable."
    This is very strange specially from Microsoft.
    Please anyone can do the needful to resolve this issue. Also please do not suggest to call to support.

    Sorry for any inconvenience.
    Based on my understanding, you have been failed in creating azure account, but 1.00 USD was spent, as far as I know, this 1.00 USD is used to valid the credit card, if you could receive this message, it proved your credit card is useful, about this situation,
    the best choice is contact with support, as this is technical forum, this issue is out of our range.

    The welcome email can end up in your spam/junk box. Also it can take 24 hours to get the trial account up and ready for your use.

    Tested FF XIV for 14 days on free trial account. Bought physical copy of the game from shop and in square enix website they tell me to register the code from game box in Sony Playstation Network pages.     Last Week I subscribed to the free trial of MS AZURE ,
    created an account , used a credit crd , got confirmation from MS Azure,
    with link http://account.windowsazure.com
    I logged in and was able to go to portal no problem.
    Today I log in but cant get access to portal.
    Get I have no Subscription but when on Subscriptions it says Free Trial , Your free trial expires in 26 days.

    I see that you are trying to log into the accounts portal. Please try logging into the management portal ( Old azure portal ) / Ibiza portal ( New Azure Portal ) using the below links.
    1. Management Portal https://manage.windowsazure.com
    2. Ibiza Portal https://portal.azure.com/ 
    https://account.windowsazure.com is an accounts portal,  only the account owner can login to the account for viewing the billing details etc.,

  • Free Trial expired but still can use is this charging me?

    So i had a free trial for creative cloud and downloaded photoshop 80 days ago.. on my creative cloud it says photoshop has expired but it still lets me open and use it? Does this mean its now charging my account?
    As i am a student i was thinking about purchasing the creative cloud soft wear student account but i don't want to be charged full amount for this free trail??
    can anyone help ASAP!

    There are no orders associated to Cc under this Adobe ID here in Forums, this ID has 2 GB of space allocated only. Please check with which ID you are logged in to CC.

    My 1 month unlimited free trial has been activated but when I tried to call, it says I have no credit. Do I have to buy credits for the free trial? The number I call is a landline and is one of the destinations listed.

    Your account shows that your call to a landline in Korea was successful. Your call to a cellphone in Korea was not successful as this call was not included in Unlimited World. To call cellphones in Korea you require Skype Credit.

    I have Adobe Standard.  I'd like a free trial of Adobe Pro because moving pages around in a 400 page document in Standard seems to be a nightmare.  It says Pro downloaded but it won't install because it says I already have a superior product.

    I think the point is that you have a registered product and that is being interpreted as superior. Anyway, you may have to uninstall (after deactivating) Std to look at Pro. Don't do this if you do not have a backup of the Std install file and S/N that you should have saved to a backup CD and/or backup HD.

  • CS6 Free Trial opens but crashes as soon as I try to do anything.

    Did you receive any error messages during the installation process?  You can review your installation log to double check by following the directions listed at Troubleshoot with install logs | CS5, CS5.5, CS6 - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/troubleshoot-install-logs-cs5-cs5.html.  What operating system are you using btw?
