Free Trial issue

How to reactivate the free trial after canceling?
I found it 30 days only so i cancelled it, then try to subcripe for it again using the msdn subscription to get the 90 days trails but i got the error:
Free Trial is not available.
You already used your one free trial or you are not eligible for it.
I tried to make another hotmail account with the same credit card but i got the error:
Sorry! We could not complete the transaction using this payment method. Please contact support.

Or if that doesn't work because you don't have an active subscription you will need to contact general customer support to have them create a support ticket for you

    Kindly refer : CC desktop lists applications as "Up to Date" when not installed.

  • I am unable to download free trial of cc? when will this issue be resolved?

    On the website the links for free trial take you to a page that states there is an issue with the server. This has been the case since last night, can anyone shine some light on this?

    You can try to download & install by the below mentioned steps.
    if you follow all 7 steps you can directly download a trial here: http://prodesigntools.com/adobe-cc-direct-download-links.html
    if you have a problem downloading, you didn't follow all 7 steps, or your browser does not accept cookies.
    the most common problem is caused by failing to meticulously follow steps 1,2 and/or 3 (which adds a cookie to your system enabling you to download the correct version from adobe.com).
    failure to obtain that cookie results in an error page being displayed after clicking a link on prodesigntools.com

    Hi, I am having issues downloading the free trial of Photoshop. I get the errors below occurring whenever I try and download. I have managed to download lightroom without any issues but was wanting to try them both out to then look at purchasing the monthly option. However would be a bit difficult if I can't download Photoshop! Any advice much appreciated.
    The error code says "ERROR: third party payload installer vcredist_x64 failed with exit code: - 2147024546

    "ERROR: Failed to install Microsofy Visual C ++ 2012 Redistributable Package (x64)"

    Rebeccafield2012 from the error you posted it would appear that the Microsoft Visual C ++ 2012 Redistributable Package (x64) component of your operating system is damaged.  I would recommend that you reinstall the most recent Redistributable from Latest Supported Visual C++ Downloads - Microsoft Support.

      Its an ADOBE advertisement with their name on it.Product has activation code with it and is still valid.Adobe WONT LIKE ME by the time its over.

    If you have issues downloading the trail for whatever reason, you can use the website from Prodesign tools:
    Adobe CC 2014 Direct Download Links: Creative Cloud 2014 Release | ProDesignTools
    They share all the direct links for downloading the Media. Once Downloaded (can even use this to download from another computer)
    and then run the installer on the system you want to install.

    Did you have an Adobe trial running on this same computer before?  Maybe your previous trial was used for 3 weeks and then you uninstalled it?  If so, you're only eligible for a 1 week trial on this computer.

    check the file size to see if you have an imcomplete download.
    if incomplete, use a wired connection and consider a download manager.
    if complete, use a different browser.

    I had a free trial of Adobe CC on my mac at home, which I since uninstalled
    .  Later, I purchased on the PC I use at work with a Different email address than home. I have not been able to install at home.  When I log in the email address is preprinted and I cannot change it to the other one that I used when I made the purchase. Also the time for the email that was sent when I joined has expired. I tried changing the email and password at home and have only been able to get access to another free trial.

    If you are facing issue with changing the email address your Home mac computer, then you may try below steps once.
    Click Gear icon on the top Right corner and Quit Creative Cloud App
    Click on Finder and then hold Command + Shift + G keys on your keypad
    It will open Go to folder window, type  exactly ~/Library and click on Go
    Then open Application Support > Adobe > OOBE folders
    Delete opm.db file.
    Then relaunch Creative Cloud App and check if you are sign in page.

    "Oops - it looks like this trial has either expired or isn’t available for this Skype Name".
    I'll appreciate your support o fix this issue ASAP.
    It's important to mention that I got this error message few times in the last month and the registration for the trial should only expire today, the 31/1/12.

    Why does my free trial not work?  This is intentially misleading.

    You need to provide a better description of what isn't working, system info and all that. This could be all sorts of technical issues or your trial could simply have bombed itself. In the latter case there is nothing you can do:
    Adobe trial software expired early
    Anything else like iunstall issues can in most cases be sorted out...
