I have downloaded a free trial version of photoshop and they ask for a serail number in the installation that I don't have...

click "install as trial".

Hi,
I downloaded first the trial version of Photoshop, after 30 days finished but the icon still remained.
Now, when purchased a creative suite 4 Designe premium, installed, all programs are fine, just the photoshop not working, asking for serial number but when I type the right numbers, doesn`t accept.
What can I do? any idea?
to uninstall the photoshop and install again?
but if I have the other programs working and installed?

Aperture trial serial number never arrives

I'm sure there's a sensible reason for this. I'd like to give Aperture a trial, and despite having gotten as far as the "Thank you" screen that assures me a trial serial number will soon be sent, I've yet to get one. Yes, I'm relatively certain I typed my email address correctly the four times I've tried. Yes, I regularly check my email junk/trash folders. Yes, Apple is on my white list. Any suggestions welcome for how to get the test serial number delivered!

I had this issue. The answer was to logon to the apple site first using your apple id.
Then once logged in then go to the trial webpage and request a serial number. I got my serial number in seconds.

Adobe free trial license number

I finished downloading the free trial for the adobe CS6 extended version and it asked for a license number.
I checked my email and there was nothing. What should it do?

Well, I found by accident another application I had to download and I think it is working now! Thank you.

Creative cloud -- 30 days trial -- serial number?

Why am I getting a 30 days trial when I download the apps in creative cloud? I've used the 30 days and now I can't use illustrator and indesign without a serial number... Tried to uninstall and reinstall...

It seems fixed after reinstalling the English version of the apps

This really does not sound like an Apex issue at all.
Can they reach other websites?
Is it an internal hostname or external? i.e.- do they get there by typing a server name or do they have to type a fully qualified url?
Can they ping the host?
I think you may need your IT department to look into this. By that error, the client PC is not even getting a request to the Apex server. Afraid this isn't one for the Apex forum.

Aperture trial serial number not valid

Apple sent me a mail: Try Aperture for free.
Unhappily the serial number Apple ([email protected]) has sent to me for Aperture Trial is not valid!
Was that a spam? Does Apple want that nobody try Aperture? What can I do?

I have a similar problem. I installed the trial, and
it worked okay, until I updated it through Software
Update. So I trashed the program and thought I would
reinstall the version which was linked in the e-mail
that contained my serial number. Now I can't
reinstall it because it says that it was installed
before.
Grrrrrrrrrrr...
If you want to reinstall you have to delete the aperture files in system/receipts. These files tell the system what has been installed and will not allow a reinstall if they are present.

Trial serial number doesn't work.

Just downloaded a trial of Aperture 3.0.3, and got emailed the serial number.
Click to install, enter my name and the supplied serial number, but the installer just says "The serial number you entered is not valid." and will not proceed.
I've double and triple checked, the number is exactly as per the email, with upper case, no confusion between letters and numbers, but it doesn't work.
Any ideas?

I downloaded the trial version of Aperture to try on my new MacBook (this is my first Mac). I received a serial number in an email but when I enter the number during the installation process I was told that the serial number is not valid. How do I install this software trial? Many thanks!

You could try downloading another trial and use the key that comes with it.

I am in Canada and heard about the trial offer
yesterday. I can't find a trial download button that
will actually download the program. I keep getting
stuck on a page that asks for my personal information
but that page doesn't have a button to click to
download the program.
Does anyone know what I am doing wrong?? Does anyone
have a link to the correct page (if I am in the wrong
area as I have looked everywhere!)

Was the same for me. This is actually because the field where you put in your personal information is no scrollable window. Mark the text with the additional information at the bottom of this white screen with the mouse and pull it further down. This "scrolls" the window down and revels the download button. This solved it for me.
But still the serial number is not working for me.

Lightroom trial serial number

I'm in the process of upgrading Lightroom 5 from a trial version. I have entered the serial number but then lightroom asks me for the original serial number which I don't recall receiving with the trial version of lightroom.
Any ideas??

Thanks for this. It seems that using two web based email accounts (one of them .mac!) did not work. When I put in a normal email address I got a serial number immediately.
Come on Apple, get your act together!!! We've been waiting months to get this trial and you can't get the download of serial numbers to work properly.

Shouldn't I receive a serial number with the PSE trial version?

But when i try to download PDFs that i have purchased, the screen still pops up asking me to enter serial number for PSE. Help! I am a teacher and just spent money on some downloadable images for my classroom only to not be able to download and print any of them.
