Free TV show that I already have is downloading

I'm a fan of damages and have purchased/downloaded the whole series. However this evening Episode is downloading again as a seperate item. If I delete it then restart itunes it downloads again. I just don't want to sync 2 identical episodes onto my overcrowded drives. I had no purchase warnings (hadn't even been near the store this evening). Anyone any ideas why its doing this?

One thing you can try: look for a folder called "Downloads" in your iTunes Music folder. If there is such a folder, look for files that would be the partial download and delete those, so that the download starts over from the beginning. Then try again using the "Check for Available Downloads" ("Check for Purchases" in some versions of iTunes) command under the iTunes Store menu.
If that doesn't work, then submit the problem to the iTunes Store using the link Chris provided.

When you buy an app the app is permanently allocated to the AppleID account you bought it through. You can then download that app on up to five devices, as many times as you want, without buying it again. So deleting an App is not a big problem, you just log into your account in iTunes again, find the app, and instead of showing you a 'BUY' button it shows you a 'DOWNLOAD' or 'INSTALL' button.
If you change the AppleID account you use in your iPad then Apple will think you sold the iPad to someone else, and all the apps with that name will stop working anyway.
But you can change the name and email address for an AppleID account, without moving to a new AppleID account, by following these instructions:

Is it hidden via an app age rating in Settings > General > Restrictions ? If not then you could try a reset and see if it shows after the iPad has restarted : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.

Yes I am looking in the app store. When I look in Itunes on my computer and look at purchased apps it is there. And when I go on my other device and look at apps purchased all apps are there.

You can de-authorize individual computers, but only by using those computers. The only other option is to "de-authorize all" from your iTunes account.
1. Open iTunes on a computer
2. From the Store menu, select "View my Account..."
3. Sign in with your Apple ID and password.
4. Under "Computer Authorizations" select "De-authorize All".
5. Authorize each computer you still have, as you may require.
You may only do this once per year.
After you "de-authorize all" your authorized computers, re-authorize each one as required.
If you have de-authorized all computers and need to do it again, but your year has not elapsed, then contact: Apple - Support - iTunes - Contact Us.

Depends upon the version of Roboform you have. Roboform Pro v.6 needs to be updated to v.7 for Firefox 4.0 compatibility.

Yes the information about a Song if changed will update in iTunes Match, however, the service does not share all information with IOS devices - on occassion if viewing via an IOS device you may experience delays for some information and apparent gaps for other information.

uninstall any acrobat and reader versions, if you have win os clean (Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs) and then install acrobat std.

In iTunes, try changing "album artist" tag to the same name for eack track,
also make sure that "track number" values are correct and different for each.
(select all songs of an album > lmb > get info)

Try this:
Open your iBooks app on your iPad
Select the Store Button at the top
Select Purchased at the bottom
You will see your AppleID on the right at the bottom, then Redeem, then Support
Click on your Apple ID, and when the AppleID window comes up with the options, Sign Out
Then Sign In again and try redownloading your book
