"Free World" Trial - call depleted my credit?

In my Skype Account my available funds were 2.00$
I accepted the free world trial for 30 days
I called my friend in the Phillipines
we spoke for 18 Mins, then we were disconnected
I noticed my available funds have been depleted leaving me with a balance of 2 cents.
So much for the free world trial
How does this work, all over skype you'll see FREE WORLD TRIAL but yet is sucks up whatever funds you have when you think your on a free call,,, - you're really NOT on a free call becuae SKYPE will use your available fund.

The Philippines is not an included country in Unlimited World. The list of available countries is clearly stated in the introductory email.

Can't make this call with Unlimited World trial?

Trying to make a call to Mexico with +52 and am seeing the insufficient credit message but I just got on the Unlimited World trial.

According to this forum: http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/2175165/all, it seems that Siri is expecting a 7-8 digit phone numbers excluding the country code and area code, so adding an extra "0" digit or two at the back of the phone number may be able to fix your problem. The phone number should still connect correctly. Try that, it works for me in Indonesia where some phone numbers are still 6 digits.

OFFICE 365 and SKYPE free world calls free

I have office 365 and activated to skype free calls it shws i have a subscribtion and 60min free but when i try to call first my credis were gone and after that it shows that i have to buy more credits.
When i try to buy once more credits it shows that i allready have this subscibtion.
Whats wrong? Are you people working on this or not? How to use my 60 min free??????????

Your account shows that you were attempting to call a Lithuania cellphone. Your free minutes are for calls to landlines only. To call cellphones you need to purchase Skype Credit.

What happened to 1st trial call free for 10 minute...

After signing up there is a offer of the 1st trial call up to 10 minutes free. I dial the number on the keypad and a pop up screen keeps coming up each time I dial which states I need to buy time. What part of free trial is this?

Apple's new web site structure detects the platform you're running and takes it upon itself to show you only the download for that platform. They neglected to realize that many of us who support both platforms may need to download from a different system. The download can be found if you search, but it's a bit of a pain. Perhaps if enough of us comment through the web site feedback page, they'll put back a direct link.

As an office 365 subscriber I get 60 minutes free world calling. Can these minutes be used as credit towards a Skype subscription plan? thanks.

hello, i heard that skype members got 30 free days of calling via email, however, i didnt get the email. my email is [email protected]

usually 30 days after first installing (or opening) each. ie, you could use adobe trials each month of the year for a few years before you used all their trials.

Free broadband trial with 18 months contract!?????

I've recently signed to a FREE broadband trial over the phone. Although I was very careful the follow-up e-mail came with the 18 months line rental contract I haven't signed for. Are these trials genuine? Anyway, my e-mail (sent within 24 hours)asking to cancel the service (cooling-off period) received the following replay:
"IMPORTANT -Please note that it is important that any reference in communications from BT indicating charges or contract terms should be disregarded. The Fibre to the Home Broadband trial is free of charge and with no contract tie in. We apologise for any confusion and inconvenience."
Well, how come my current bill is 19.90? and, more importantly - do I or don't I have a contract with BT?
If yes, then how come? and how can I / can't I change this?
My disappointment is great.

This sounds correct. The price seems wrong as its somewhere in the region of £26 with a bill credit for the same amount. You will find you bill becomes very messy with charges and credits.
You will get free installation, broadband but not phoneline so this could be the charge and any contract will be for the phone. However the FTTH Broadband only trial has ended and as long as you order was before 11 November the you will be fine. BT will be charging for the service after 31 Dec.
There is no 'contract' on the trial but read the conditions carefully!
For some users the trials are continuing due to certain other issues and services you will know if that applies to you.

Free goods are not copying in credit memo from invoice

Dear Gurus,
I have made a invoice having two line items 1.normal goods with sale price and 2.free sample goods(part of promotional scheme) without any sale price.
but while making credit memo for receiving goods back in cancellation of invoice , i am facing problem for free goods. system is not copying the free goods in credit memo and copying only normal goods.
what can be problem for not copying? whether i am following some wrong procedure or some configuration is missing.
please advise me with your valuable suggestions.

hello, friend.
first of all, the free goods are not relevant for credit memo since the customers never paid for these in the first place.
however, i observed that after cancelling the invoice, you still issued a credit memo? this may not be the proper process. when you cancel the invoice, entries into the customers Accounts Receivables are reversed as well (we are assuming no payments are posted yet). so there is no need to issue credit memos.

Generally if you want to issue free goods then you need to create a sales order and you have to deliver the stock from the storage location also. The inventory level will come down
But if you are doing the rebate settlement. then you will be using a Dummy material to create the sales order and then you will be doing billing . Finally only the rebate value will be settled to the customer .

If you make a call then tap the Facetime button to connect Facetime, the duration of call up to Facetime connection will be charged under your regular airtime. However, duration during facetime conversation will not consume airtime.
But if you tap the Facetime button on the Contact Page, then the whole duration will not consume airtime.
For Facetime to work, both parties must be connected to wifi.

The link that rmgman gave has instructions for how to create an account without giving credit card details - if you use them when creating an account then you will be able to download items from the store without having to give card details.

Depends upon what you mean by 'it failed'. If it's that you are getting a message to contact iTunes Support then no, you will have to contact them (the 48 hours should be the maximum time that it takes for them to reply).
