Freelance contact - anyone know how to get one?

Sorry, I don't know where else to ask this. Here's the scenario. I'm working on a very small website project and the person I'm making it for wants to make a contract. I have never done a contract before nor do I know where to obtain one... ir if I need to validate it somewhere? If you have experience , please shed some light on this...

Do a letter of agreement for this first client. Set up your first paragraph thusly:
nemci7v will provide you, [Insert Name Here], the Customer (“Customer”) with website services to enhance and grow your business.  nemci7v will work closely with the Customer, in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement, to prepare and deliver quality products for the Customer’s use, including, but not limited to, Customer’s use for Customer’s website.
The specific Product(s) and Service(s) to be provided to Customer pursuant to this Agreement are as follows:
Now state what you are going to do for the client.
Next:
Customer shall pay nemci7v the amount of $[Insert Amount here] for all of nemci7v’s products and services provided to Customer pursuant to this Agreement.   Payment in full, less any deposits made by Customer pursuant to this Agreement, shall be due upon delivery by nemci7v of the final work product to Customer. 
Next, you have to come up with something that says that the customer must be responsible for cooperation with you, including information about products, services and so on within a specified amount of time. This may also include photographs taken by the customer.
You need to provide a disclaimer saying you are not responsible for hackers, denials of service, acts of war or aggression or acts of god (like a server failure in the event of an earthquake) or terrorism.
If you are good at copywriting, you should be able to get close enough. Make the client sign two copies and pay a deposit (at least one third) and then you sign one copy, give the client one copy and keep one for yourself.
Then, with the client's money burning a hole in your pocket, along with about $2,000 of your own cash, make an investment in your business, set up an LLC and have a lawyer draw up a proper agreement.
