Frefox prints too large. Exploerer prints normal. How do I fix Firefox

When I print web pages when using Firefox the print font too large. When I print from Explorer it is normal size (10 or 12 point)

It suddenly started to print very large print. It is normal on IE. How can I fix this? I tried resetting it but it did not change it back.

Lately whenever I print anything it is printing too large - margins are off page. I have done the align printer and cannot find anything in settings of the printer to set this to where it prints the correct size - it is not set to landscape and is set to portrait so I do not understand why it is printing like landscape. Welcome to the HP Community Forum. Most of the time, the size of the font -- the margins, the scale -- and the "whole general page" that you are printing is handled in the application you are using at the time you are setting up the print job. In most browsers (Firefox, Chrome, Internet Explorer), document editors (Word, Libre), and PDF Readers (Adobe Reader and Foxit), this "setup" is handled a program or subroutine called Print Preview. You (that is, the print job) can get into trouble when the Page Scale does not match the paper -- perhaps the margins are not (and should be) set "Fit to Page". The font sizes can be too tiny -- or too large -- for similar reasons, although it can become somewhat more complicated than that. It is also true that some documents and Web Pages are better printed in Landscape mode than in Portrait -- and it is not always clear by glancing at the Page which is best. Print too large

My printer all of a sudden started printing too large and I'm unable to adjust it.

Thanks for getting back to me and providing that detail. Were you able to make a copy of a text-document from the printer's front panel without issue? (I'm looking to determine if the problem is hardware or software related) If when you make a copy of a text-document the print size is normal, this would indicate the problem is likely software-oriented. I recommend you uninstall the printer first: Click Start Click on Control Panel Click Programs and Features Select your HP PSC 1210v All-in-One Printer from the list and click UninstallNext, click here to download and install the latest version of your printer's software. Follow all of the requisite prompts to complete your setup. Try printing from any one of the programs you listed earlier. Does the print size issue persist? Best of luck!

OS X printing too large

I have a MBP with 10.6 that is printing images to large. By printing too large, I mean that the image of the page is being blown up too big - text is way too large and elements of the page are being cut off. This happens especially with web pages. None of my other computers (Mac and PC) have this problem. Any ideas?

I just downloaded OS X Yosemite and my Kodak ESP 7 all in one printer stopped printing from Safari. I've gone through all the maintenance steps to update my driver and check internal printer problems and I get good test prints from the tests but noting will print from mail or Safari. How do I fix it?

Not sure what happend there. But ATV only streams, no HD so if you leave it too long, the whole download gets lost.

You have to change the settings in whatever program you use to open the jpg. Firefox has no control over that. What program do you use to open jpg?

What file format did you use? Some types don't allow for vector content.

iPhoto has no idea of what paper is being printed - that is totally a function of the printer and the print driver supplied with the printer - you need to look at the printer specific options and your printer manual and/or support forums

Yes, I've that and it didn't work. Today, I reinstalled printer software on one printer and the "paused" message changed to "offline". It's a three-in-one printer. I turned off and on again and it still says "offline"

While I don't listen to audiobooks on myh iPad, the following might apply in your case:
When you navigate to the player controls in the iPod app, in older OS's, and perhaps still in the Music app in iOS 5, you will see a variable speed control on the right hand side of the scrubber bar. Sequential taps on that change the speeds.
This does appear in spoken content only, I think, as I see it in podcasts all the time. It's not there for video or music content, so I'd expect it to appear for Audiobooks as well.

Using firefox, scrolling over a link does nothing, but using IE on the same link I see an .aspx file that I can open. How do I fix firefox?

Going to a state sponsored site I see a link (underlined and in blue), but scrolling over it while in Firefox does nothing. Clicking on the link also does nothing.
Changing browsers to IE, I then go to the same site and scrolling over link changes cursor. Clicking on the link opens a new page.
The link's address is an .aspx file.
How can I fix Firefox to view this link.

I tried removing the "style", but it did absolutely nothing.
I did notice something odd.

there is a link "Going to complaint", when I scroll over this it reacts normally and clicking allows me to open a new page, BUT, the page is not in the browser, rather it appears to be a new window floating over the browser. This window has no address, it appears to be a separate document rather then a part of the website. In this window document there is a link, underlined and in blue, under the heading "case number". There is no way to remove style from this window, and clicking in Firefox does nothing, while doing so in IE leads me to a PDF document.
I am a neophyte computer user, but wonder if there is something additional needed so Firefox can handle the .aspx file.

IPhoto says print too large on cover

on the cover of my picture book on iPhoto it keeps giving me the red triangle exclamation point even when there is no print in the box. I am trying to print the cover title in Nahum brush script in 24 or smaller even and it won't let me. I deleted all print from the one picture cover in the box and it still says too large with no print. I am ready to order right now and don't know how to fix this. Please help ASAP.
I want the largest print I can get in the box under the one cover picture in journal style with nanum brush script. Hope this makes sense.

That is a warning - not a fatal error
BUT if you print and the results are bad there is no guarantee since you went ahead
Before ordering your book preview it using this method - http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1040 - and save the resulting PDF for reference - the delivered book will match it.
My best guess is that you will have to do a much smaller point size - start at 12 and see if that works - it is it ok increase slowly until you get the warning and then back down one step
