From line on emails shows incorrectly

i belong to a group where i must send an email to the entire group at once, because it is a group mail it will also come to my inbox. the problem is the "from" line shows someone else's email, when i send the same email from my other email client the "from" line shows my email as it should... i have screenshots of both clients... the thunderbird one shows incorrectly. i have contacted the group owner and my emails are not moderated and my email shows as sender on her end.
why is my thunderbird showing the incorrect email in the "from" line... it is a valid email but it is not mine
is there a way for me to post screenshots to explain better?

Tools menu > options > Advanced > Reading and display and uncheck the "Show only display name for people in my address book" restart Thunderbird
Does that fix the display issue?

    How do I eliminate the following "Rick Cain <[email protected]>; on behalf of; Rick Cain <[email protected]>" from being inserted into the From line on my emails from my Q10?

    Honestly, I don't know off hand how to fix that. It is likely a setting or line within your Gmail setup for that account, the username or reply to line. But, it is a result of the alias you're using, not the BlackBerry doing it.

    In Plant 123 order was entered into the system by Customer care sales order 1254223.
    This has (3)three item lines but in SA38 report i can only see (2)two lines..
    what was the problem...how to slove this issue...

    Just debug the program ,i guess some condition is not satisfied while selecting the data from sales order.
    Look at the select query condition as well compare with database table.

  • Why is a .pdf saved from AutoCAd Lt 2015 showing incorrect lineweights?

    I recently downloaded Adobe Reader X1 and I saved a drawing  from AutoCAdLT 2015 as a .pdf. When I view it the lineweights
    are not the same @as the drawing. I emailed the drawing to someone who said that the lineweights were o.k. when he viewed it.
    Does anyone know what is causing this problem that I am not viewing the drawing correctly?

    There are a couple other posts here with the same issue. You may want to do a forum search on the topic to see if there are any solutions. Also, try searching over in the OTHER Adobe run Photoshop forum,  http://feedback.photoshop.com/photoshop_family to see if this has been brought up.
    I have seen this when appear when a pdf is being rendered, but not it was not permanent.

  • Email showing as 'from' another account.

    I have multiple emails accounts on my iPad.  When I send an email from my Personal account -- and I verify it's correct in the 'from' field  --- the email shows up as coming from my wife's email address (which used to be on my iPad, but I deleted it).  Have verified the email address is correct in Setup.  Can't seem to get around this. It works OK when I send from my Work email, just no personal.

    If you removed her account I don't think this should matter but Go to Settings>Mail, Contacts, Calendars and under - Mail - go down to Default Account. See what mail account is set. Tap on the arrow and in the next screen make sure that your email account is selected in there. See if that works.
    This setting is really for when you email a photos from the photos app or email a document from another app, but you can give it a try.
    You can also try a reset and quitting the mail app and restarting.
    Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.
    Close/Quit apps. Go to the home screen first by tapping the home button. Quit/close open apps by double tapping the home button and the task bar will appear with all of you recent/open apps displayed at the bottom. Tap and hold down on any app icon until it begins to wiggle. Tap the minus (-) sign in the upper left corner to close the apps. Restart the iPad. Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.

    When you get an email notification, it comes from "Adobe FormsCentral Notifications [[email protected]]". Can you change what it says in the From line?

    The notification comes when your form is has been filled out  and submitted. This email is for you, as an author. You can although customize the "from line" in emails that you send out for your clients.

    My correspondent said the mails work fine on his iMac.
    Of course they work fine on his Mac, because he's not sending email to himself. Your sender probably changed their sending format to Rich Text, as well as selecting Small from the Image Size popup menu in the bottom right corner of the compose window when they attached a PDF file; that would cause Mail to send only a .jpeg of the actual file instead of the actual file.
    Ask them to send Plain Text only, and you should change your format for sending email to Plain Text. You should also ask them to just bundle all images they send into a .zip archive and attach it, and do not select anything other than Actual Size from the Image Size popup menu when attaching any documents or other types of files.

  • Time of email shows in Date Column, Date is not showing on new emails

    Date is not showing in Date column. Only time is showing.
    I just migrated from OE - Old emails show the time & Date.

    If these are emails received today that is normal. Thunderbird assumes you know what day it is and only displays the time for messages received today. It will append the date to these messages at midnight tonight.

    There isn't an email address associated with the contact name who appears as the "from" in Mail. It used to be a shared email address and I already had updated the contact to list only the phone number in case that was causing the problem.

    We used bursting for sending out AR statements. We want to email the statements and ftp the same to another server for backup copies. When I have my delivery as just email, everything works as expected. When I add 'ftp' delivery in addition to 'email', I see strange behaviour.
    If an element in XML is null, and this element is referenced in the email body/subject line, this element shows values from another element that has a value. For example, we have an element 'comment' which is referenced in subject of the email.
    This 'comment' can be null, and when it is null, the value shows 'party_name'. Any ideas on why XML Bursting program would show values from other elements when the referenced element value is null? And this happens only when I have more than one 'delivery'.

    I am also facing a similar issue, I try to burst the xml file and email it to email address. for records with email address it works fine and when the email address is null, it has taken value from different records (though i don't see it against the respective XML group).
    Did you get a chance to identify the issue?

    I checked your suggestions after week end today and found that
    the suggestion of Nalla did not provide the result in my required format

  • After upgrading to Mountain Lion, when I reply to an email from the Global Inbox it incorrectly selects the reply to address.

    Ok, since upgrading to Mountain Lion, when I reply to an email from the Global Inbox it incorrectly selects just my main business email account, even if the email was sent to a completely different persoanl address. This use to work without issue in Lion. I have at least a half dozen accounts that all come into the "Global Inbox" and I never worried about what account I was replying from as it always matched the account the email was originally sent to.
    Now in Mountain Lion, this is broken and no matter what email I select it defaults to my main account and I have to remember to manually select the proper reply address from the drop down menu. So far the only way to avoid this is the keep all the separate account Inboxes showing and then selecting the account that I want to view. Then when I repy it is to the correct address, but having to do this makes the "Global Inbox" view completely worthless! If I have to select teh correct Inbox to get the proper reply address every time then what is the point of having a Global View?

    When you compose a message right click on the attachement and choose "View as Icon".
    I know there was a Terminal command to set all attachements as icons by default but never tried it :
    - You can also use the Terminal (in your Applications folder > Utilities) quit Mail, and type in the Terminal :
    defaults write com.apple.mail DisableInlineAttachmentViewing -boolean yes
    - To restore the original settings type :
    defaults write com.apple.mail DisableInlineAttachmentViewing -boolean no

    That's what I would assume. Like I said, the Archive is really just a copy of the AddressBook folder which contains everything related to Address Book and Mail's previous recipients.
    Now, the Address Book contacts and Mail's previous recipients are different entities--they just share the same storage location. So, if that is what you mean by there are some missing, they should still auto-complete in Mail since the previous recipients also is used for auto-complete.

    I've made a huge report with Crystal Reports for Visual Studio 2005, and sometimes the Report Viewer show data with errors.
    If I see all pages of my report in order, 1 first, then 2nd, 3, 4... until the last one.... The report is always correct.
    If I see all pages in reverse order, 1 first (shown by default), then last one, then last one-1.... until 2nd.. All years show incorrect, except first one... 
    In an outer section, for every year, there is a final row which shows summarize calculated data. The error consists in that every value of the row is 0.
    It seems that Crystal Report calculates while showing, that's good.. but... Why does it ignore the data before when I see directly the last page?? It forces me to see all pages one by one in ascendant order to ensure data is correct.. I must fix that error.
    The way I calculate data in the problematic summarize row is a bit complicated, but I'll try... Let's focus in one only column (the other ones are similar). The summarize value is a formula which simply show a global value :

    In the inner section I reset the actual value (this value always go fine):

    That code refers to a SWC file. Apparently it wants
    marketData to be a data provider. If I change the dataProvider
    reference above to "MDATA" (the ID of the HTTPService) the App
    compiles, but I get two errors at runtime:
    TypeError: Error #1009: Cannot access a property or method of
    a null object reference.
    ReferenceError: Error #1081: Property @age1 not found on
    mx.rpc.http.mxml.HTTPService and there is no default value.
    What should I change this reference to? It won't compile if I
    use the variable I made for the e4x results and it is reading
    gibberish if I have it read directly from the
    HTTPService....?
