From the Community: Overview of requested additional functionality

Hello,
I believe it makes sense if we have a more structure feedback thread in order to request specific functionality to the Microsoft Project Siena team so they can process it more easily.
Some simple rules:
1 post or reply per request, Always check if a function isn't alreay requested or present in the application
Follow the structure as in the first post: Name, Description, Reason
Avoid replies like "yea I second", "would love to see this", etc. This is a functional thread not a discussion.
If someone from the core team could make this sticky it would be highly appreciated

DESCRIPTION
Ability to directly draw on the app screen, highlight or select text using the Surface Pro 3 Pen.
REASON
Apps can be used in instructional settings.  Often, it is useful to circle or point to specific objects, or to highlight text.
ETA
What I mean by the above, is for the Pen to perform in Siena based apps the same way it does in One Note.  Touch would be used to select things, swipe, and click; while the pen would be used to "draw" over the app. This wouldn't need to
be savable, as I'm imagining it in an instructional situation, where the SP3's display is mirrored on a projector.
