From Where can i install ABAP plug-in in SAP Netweaver Developer Studio 7.3?

Hello,
I have Installed SAP NetWeaver Developer Studio 7.3 and I was trying to install ABAP plug-in but i couldn't found the link to install.
Later i found SAP Development Tools for Eclipse this link but its not working. As i came to know it will work only for Luna (4.4) or Kepler (4.3).
Would you please let me know how to install ABAP plug-in in SAP NetWeaver Developer Studio 7.3.

Error while installing the EHP 1 for SAP NetWeaver Developer Studio (NWDS)

Dear All,
I am trying to install the EHP 1 for SAP NetWeaver Developer Studio (NWDS) 7.1 .It got installed once but when i was trying to deploy the application i was getting an error sayind that we need to have JDK1.5 Update 14 or higher for the installation.
Now i have JDK 1.5.0_14 installed in my system.So i Uninstalled the EHP 1 for SAP NetWeaver Developer Studio (NWDS) and i am trying to reinstall it but i am getting the following error
ERROR:
Unable to complete action for feature "SAP NetWeaver Developer Studio Facades" due to errors.
Execution failed! Dear Nishita,
I hope you have removed the older version of jdk before installing the new version of jdk. Also after un installation of NWDS, did you delete all the temp files and also the directories created during the original installation of NWDS. Also did you restart your system after the uninstallation of NWDS EHP1 and older jdk before reinstallation of the two softwares?

P.S. The first thing you can try is restarting the PC and try resuming the installation, if it doesnt succeed, please remove all traces of NWDS and JDK, restart pc and then resinstall both of them.

For windows, you can download "SAP NetWeaver 7.01 SR1 SP3 ABAP Trial Version" and "SAP NetWeaver 7.01 - ABAP Trial Version ". Only 7.01 trial is available for download for Windows. 7.0 trial is only available for Linux.

Where to download entire SAP NetWeaver Developer Studio ?

I'm a rookie ,I have searched all the internet ,but couln't find the correct download address for entire SAP NetWeaver Developer Studio .
For example ,
I use a new windows xp professional to begin develop,
my target product is sap netweaver 2004 with EP and KM.
where to download the environment.
I'm downloading the Patches for service.sap.com/swdc:
"SAP Netweaver Developer Studio 7.00 SP11 "
and
"Patch for SAP Netweaver Developer Studio 2.0 SP12 "
but which is correct ,what is the deffrence between version 7.0 and version 2.0 ?
this two archive is the entire software or is only the patch?

NWDS 7.0.0.8 = NWDS SAP NetWeaver 2004s Edition SP8.
So, there's basically no difference in installing any of these.
The problem might be in the fact that you extracted the installation into some subfolder on your filesystem. The installation contains a very deep folder structure, which Windows cannot handle if you extracted into some subdir. You will not get an error about this though, the installation just thinks it's finished although it has not copy all files yet.
I suggest extracting to the root of one of your disks and retry the installation from there.

MaxDB error while installing SAP Netweaver Developer Studio

Hello friends,
I installed SNDS and later uninstalled but MaxDB is not removing from control panel - Add/Remove Software.
then I used cleaner tool (walong with setup) to remove MaxDB but its still shows in control panel - Add/Remove Software.
Now I am installing SNDS again but it gives me error on step 3. log says....
MOSERROR 2009-11-12 17:28:34
MOS-01011 'C:\usr\sap\J2E\SCS01\exe/sapstartsrv.exe' returned with '-1'.
can anybody tell me what should i do next and how can i install SNDS back?

Installation error during installing SAP NetWeaver developer studio 7.0.11

this message was shown to notified me that my installation failed.
The following program files could not be registered:

and this are some of the error i found.

You should have sap logon installed(710)...Looks like their is some version conflict with librfc32.dll file between the ones installed by sap logon and nwds.
So do the following.
delete librfc32.dll from system 32...(take a backup..may need if anything goes wrong)..
Then install NWDS..
Should be done !!!!

Cannot deploy from netweaver developer studio to application server

I am trying to deploy a simple EAR (ConverterEAR) to my application server.
From NW developer studio, right clicked on the SAP server that I have configured and try to a publish. It gives me the below exception. For some reason its trying to contact my old IP address. Is there a file where I can change this setting. My Laptop is set to use DHCP so my IP changes when I reboot my laptop. I also have configured a Microsoft loop back adapter.

Hi,
you could change the connection settings to the server in the preference page in the Developer Studio. Check <a href="http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nwce10/helpdata/en/45/0cf28fb4d01f23e10000000a1553f7/frameset.htm">this</a> page in the documentation for details.
In your case, you can also use the host name of your laptop, or even just localhost, in the Message Server Host field in the preferences page. This should overcome the problem with dynamic IPs.

Where to Download NetWeaver Developer Studio

I am looking for the best/quickest way to get a bunch of Java WARs deployed to NetWeaver. From what I am gathering, it appears that they may need to first be packaged as EARs? Then, I have read that NetWeaver Developer Studio can be used to deploy applications. Is this the preferred/quickest option? Are there alternative ways, such as through NetWeaver's administration console or via a Maven plugin?
I am trying to download NetWeaver Developer Studio, but it is proving difficult to find where to download it from on sap.com. If I go to http://www.sap.com/platform/netweaver/components/index.epx --> SAP NetWeaver Developer Studio this will take me to SAP NetWeaver Visual Composer, which doesn't seem to be right? Or is it? Can you please provide me with the correct location for a SAP NetWeaver Developer Studio (preferably for Linux).
Also, as a follow on question, how or where can I configure NetWeaver to have a JNDI data source?

Deploy war via telnet:
1) Just open a telnet connect to your J2EE by "telnet <hostname> 5<systemnumber>08
2) Connect as admin
3) deploy <path/filename>
Additional to the telnet u can use the deploy view from the nwds to deploy a archive, currently iam not sure if ist also for wae files but for ear it´s possible.
