From where can we give the details of change layout in alv

Hi,
I am executing an ALV Grid report, and output is coming fine , if i see the print preview for some particular fields some digits or missing
so i used the button change layout there i can see that length is not sufficient i have changed that and its working fine but each and every
time i need to change the layout and then take the print............if i wanted to save my changes in chnage layout or else pls tell me from where we are getting all those details in change layout so that i can go there and change.........

Hi,
You can save the changes done in the layout.
First you change the layout , then save it by giving a name. Use / as first character if you want to make the changes global, otherwise for a user specific layout save it with A-Z as first character. Make it default so you need not have to change/choose the layout each time you print.

Mainly in the code snippet from the second URL I could find that this is nothing but a variable.
for example vWinCal above , is a local variable which points to the calendar above.
similarly gWinCal is a global Calendar-Window object and nothing more.
You were not able to find it - since you will not find much of code level variable definitions
anywhere.
It is everewhere used as a object only which has reference to the calendar window.

I am doing the data migration for Assets in AS92.Here i need to give the special depreciation 168K.We have 1 book depreciation area and 4 tax depreciation areas maintained as per our client requirement.
Kindly advice me -
1.Where can i give the 168K depreciation?
2.Do i need to give the 168K depreciation for only one depreciation area? or do i need to give for all depreciation areas in AS92?
3.How it will effect?
Kindly clarify my doubts.

You find third-party apps in the App Store. What app are you looking for? Due to problems, Apple removed the ability to record that information in Health. You can always go back to whatever you used before three weeks Health was released. Why can you not check and record your blood glucose? I would assume you check it using blood samples and a glucose meter which has nothing to do with your phone. You should be able to record it in any number of apps, from Notes to purpose made third-party apps.

e.g. the class CL_GUI_ALV_GRID , when I was going through the class and looking
at the methods, sometimes the method description is just like the method name,
and I cannot know what the method does.
so, I am wondering where I can find the detail information about the class???

Hi,
Most of the times the SAP itself provides the documentaion of the CLASS. when you click on the METHOD name the METHOD DOCUMENTATION button you can see on the application tool bar.
more over the names of the methods suggest what it is going to do.
SET_ATTRIBUTE( sets the attribute)
GET_ATTRIBUTE( gets the attribute value that is provided to the method)
GET_CHILDNODE
BIND_TABLE

Solution
Several scenarios are possible in this environment. Find the scenario relevant to your situation below and execute the steps listed or read the note(s) specified:
Scenario 1) You do not want to copy a system but only want to rename one (changing a logical system name).
           Solution scenario 1): Execute Transaction BDLS both in the client to be renamed and in the connected BWs or BW source systems. To do this, see Notes 121163 and 369758.
           Check the RFC destinations in all connected BWs/BW source systems as described in Note 524554.
           Reactivate all partner agreements that carry the new logical system name after renaming.
Scenario 2) You want to copy the entire system infrastructure connected by the BW source system connections (that means the entire system group) by a database copy. SAP recommends this procedure for copying systems.
           Solution scenario 2):
If you want to rename one or more of the copied systems, then execute Transaction BDLS both in the client you wish to rename and in all the connected BW and BW source systems. See Note 121163.
                    Make sure that an RFC destination exists with the new logical name in every connected BW or BW source system.
                    Reactivate all partner agreements that carry the new logical system name after renaming.
Change the hosts in the appropriate RFC destinations so that they refer to the correct computer. For this, see Note 524554.
Scenario 3) You want to copy a single BW system of the group by database copy.
Scenario 3)a) You only want to exchange the hardware of your system but do not want to rename the system.
                     Solution scenario 3)a): You do not need to execute follow-up work regarding the system connections, except for adjusting the IP address in the RFC destinations of the connected system.

Hi Kris,
Go to [VK13]. Enter the condition type and select the access sequence. Enter the necessary values in the selection fields and click on the condition info option in the application toolbar. Now ensure the selection values are still present and remove the validity date. Press F8 and you would get the history of the condition record.

How and from where can I download the dom API?

I'm looking to use the functionality in the dom API, to convert a html document to dom and then traverse it and pull out any information I require from the tree-like dom structure. I've been told that the best way to do this is to use the dom package, but where do I get it from? Because it is not incorporated into the standard Java 1.4 that I have on my machine.
Any help would be great.

I don't believe it works at all in 1.4 other than the simple
"get the title of the html documnent" example they show.
Bug 4803577 aggregates all the dom bug reports. There are alot.
This bug report indicates the fixes are in 1.5.
