not sure what you meant by shell script in oracle. If ou want to write a shellscript that interacts with an oracle database, you ma want to refer to an unix programming book and sqlplus manual.

Don't know If I am asking the right question or not but isn't this doc. talks about the configuration part of the Oracle Ultra Search which needs to be
done once the Installation part is done.
I have oracle 10g database installed on win2k3 machine and now I wish to install the Oracle Ultra Search on it. Is there any patch/update available for
installing Oracle Ultra Search. As per the documentation, it can installed using Oracle Universal Installer but I don't have the Oracle UI.
Beside this, I was following the doc. on the link provided by you; I got an error *" Role WKUSER doesn't exist"* while executing the below mentioned
query:
GRANT CONNECT, RESOURCE, WKUSER TO <username>;
Error: User WKSYS doesn't exists.
ALTER USER WKSYS IDENTIFIED BY <password>;
Are these errros because of Oracle Ultra Search not being installed on my database.

NI Germany was correct, Testexecutive is no longer available, this was a tookit available for LabVIEW 5.1 users.
The natural replacement for Testexecutive is Teststand, which is not a toolkit for LabVIEW but rather a development enviroment by itself. So, you can look at Teststand on the following link :

I don't believe you need to contact NI USA, I strongly believe NI Germany should be able to help you on this wth no problem.

adobe products are designed for mac and windows and does not officially support linux.

If the official Apple support is through the carriers, you should go in and tell them you would like to do an out of warranty exchange.
According to the support links from the Saudi Arabia Apple web site, the carriers are responsible for iPhone support (as KiltedTim already said) but the web page indicates to contact your carrier for out of warranty (ie. for fee) options.
In case you've never heard of it, the out of warranty exchange program allows for the exchange of damaged devices that are not covered under warranty for factory refurbished units, at a fee (e.g. in the USA, that fee for an iPhone 5 would be $229).
You might want to ask specifically about that program - maybe the person you spoke with about support was simply not aware of that program since they do not work for Apple directly.

I have uninstalled 3.0 version now....??? pls pls pls ....help

It turns out that the problem had to do with network accounts, even though it was not clear at first. Redirecting the program to the local machine's cache with a network home redirector script fixed the issue. Thanks anyway.

Yes you can use earphones or earbuds. You can use iPhone or iPod earbuds and there are many other headphones that will work with the iPad - and bluetooth headphones wiill work as well.

If you go to their web site (vmware.com) with a credit card they will happily provide you with a serial number. You can also get an evaluation licence for free which will give you a serial number that will work for 30 days. Most other options that you are suggesting are likely to be illegal or infringe copyright.
