Frustrated with iTunes app download

FOr the past week I've been unable to download new apps. Be it free or purchased. I tried changing my cc info n it won't let me because I don't have a none button. I called apple help support and they were unable to help me there too. They said iTunes might be upgrading or updating. It really ***** to be unable to get apps. I can't even upgrade the ones I already have. So is anyone else having this problem? I'm so stuck right now. HELP! HELP!

When ever I try to download an app a blue note come up saying go to billing so I hit continue button wich takes me to billing n there it say enter code from the back of ur cc which I've been doing and it keeps saying wrong security code. So I try to enter a new card n it still won't take it. I can't even delete the old card info either.

Oh my gosh I had the EXACT same problem, and for ages I couldn't figure out how to fix it until today. Here's what I did:
First I went onto my computer, opened itunes, and un-installed tumblr, vine and kik. These were the apps I was having problems with (it said I had them on my phone but, like you, they didn't show).
Then I went to the itunes store, searched for each one, and it said I could update them so I did (just FYI: for tumblr a window popped up saying "please click ok to confirm you are 17 years or older", so I did that also)
When I went back to my phone and tried installing them again (still on my computer), it worked!

I updated the phone before backing it up on iTunes, now the update wanted me to connect the phone with iTunes and it says the phones in recovery mode and it must be restored before its used with iTunes. I go to click restore and it says it will reset it to factory default and I'll lose all my current data. I have all my sons pictures and videos along with this notes. I can't lose all of this data! Please help!

You have to restore the iPod, no ifs, ands, or buts...
After iOS is installed you will be asked if you what to set it up as a new iPod or if you want to restore from a backup.
If you have a good backup you can restore that and you're good to go.
If you don't have a good backup, then you end up with a "clean" iPod....

I had heard that these switches didn't stack unless everything was identical.
I only tried it at all out of pure desperation.
I've applied and tested every version 3 firmware in standalone mode via a console cable and xmodem.
They either never come up properly receiving decompression errors and reboot constantly in a loop.
Occasionally they stall / jam and stay there displaying the same error with no rebooting.
And twice out of 80-100 times I got it to boot to the username and password screen in standalone mode.
But as soon as I made a change it crashed and started the rebooting cycle again.

For Mac App's, you need to go to the > Mac App Store.

I am using latest version of iOS (5.0.1) and iPhone 4.
My question is stated in the title. I wish to sync iTunes according to my current iPhone settings (i.e. backup my current settings from my iPhone to iTunes), not reinstall apps which I have already deleted.
But when I "sync" my iphone with iTunes, apps which I deleted since the previous backup suddenly appeared in my iPhone.
Any advice is appreciated, thanks.

When you sync your phone check the Apps tab in your iTunes sync settings (not the Apps folder under Library on the left sidebar) and confirm that the apps you don't want on your phone are unchecked prior to syncing.

By 'not happy' you mean ... ? Whether you might be able to get a refund or credit from iTunes Support depends upon the reason e.g. does the app not work as described, does it abend (have you tried deleting and redownloading it via the Purchased tab in the App Store app on your iPad and contacted the developer ?) ... ?
If it's not working as described or abends and the developer hasn't replied to you then follow the instructions on the page that you posted from for contacting iTunes Support or use http://reportaproblem.apple.com

You are in recovery mode, you need to restore it through iTunes on your computer. Follow the article you linked from.

If you are really running iOS 3.1.2 as your signature suggests, that is likely the issue. Many apps now require iOS 4.3 or higher.

Error with iPhone app download, now can't find or open app

I recently tried to download an app on my iPhone 4S. There was an error with my phone mid-download. After a restart, the app is nowhere to be found on my phone, but I cannot re-download the app, as the app store thinks it is already on my phone. When I go to the store to re-download, the "Open" button is present (instead of the "Download" button), but when clicked, nothing happens. Syncing iPhone to a computer with iTunes also does not solve the problem, as the app doesn't appear in iTunes either.
I've tried restarting, hard resets, etc. to no avail. Suggestions?

Hi all you iphone fans. (Im definitely one too!!)
I have a question for you.
I have been selling the iphone 1st generation on ebay for a couple of months.
Ebay have taken my listings off saying I am infringing copyright laws by selling my iphones with apps and games on them. I definitely have No music or No videos on them. Only apps and games. All are free from itunes.
Could an Apple representative please confirm if this is correct or not??
I am a reputable type person and I certainly dont want to infringe any copy right laws. The apps I have on them are the free ones installed by itunes. That is why I am contacting Apple. I really want to do the right thing. If it is against apples copyright laws, I will wipe any apps off any 2nd hand iphones I sell in future.
Any information you could help me with will be gratefully and cheerfully accepted. If Im in the wrong Im sorry and I wont do it again, but if these free apps are public domain and are free ware, can apple write to ebay or write me a letter on a letter head saying I can sell my iphones with their free apps??
As a result of all of this...my 7 year account with ebay and my feedback of 584 positives with NO negs has just been suspended and they have made me a not a registered user over all of this. Its only a temporary suspension, but its still bad good will on their part. Im guilty until proven innocent!!

Not I've been trying to sell my 1st generation iPhone on eBay so I can purchase an iPhone 3G. The way this was provided, I incorrectly read this was some profit making side venture for you.
And since Apple never sold the first generation iPhone in Australia, is it safe to assume these iPhones you are trying to sell have been hacked to be unlocked for use with any provider's SIM card? If so, this is against Apple's license agreement for the iPhone (which is illegal if Apple wanted to pursue a legal remedy), is not supported by Apple, and voids the warranty.

Which you were given Mate, but you seem to have focused on one sentence only that includes the word profiting with the advice provided.
I suggest that you forget about including any free apps, which anyone that purchases an iPhone from you can download from the iTunes Store with their iTunes account (they are free after all), which if they sync the iPhone with iTunes - which 99.99% of people will do which is the only way to transfer their music to the iPhone, they will need to download the apps again - but under their iTunes account.
