FSCM-COL: Deletion of customers contacts in Worklist

Hi all,
I have a quick question for you guys. Do you know if is possible to delet the some customer contacts in Worklist.
I try to check in SAP and in other forumns but the only info that i got is that only resubmissions are possible to delete (program UDM_RSM_DELETE_OLD_RSMS).
Do you guys know of any feature from SAP to this for example ?
Thanks in advance for your help and support.
Best Regards,
Bruno Sousa

Hi Bruno,
To objectively answer your question there is no (standard) way of "selectively" deleting Customer Contacts.
However I would like to understand the business reqmnt leading to this, if its just performance related one or if User doesnt want to see a long list of Customer contacts in that case you have a facility of using the field - "Cust. Contacts Since" whereby you can limit the # of entries on "Customer Contacts" tab.

  • FSCM-COL: Adding a new field to Worklist

    Hi,
I have a business requirement where the client wants to have the option field of, manually, giving a new status for the invoice (on the u201CInvoicesu201D tab).
So, for him be able to do that I need to add a new  column for he be able to select the status for the invoice.
Know, my question is this, do you guys know any enhancement badi that can be used/changed for that requirement ?
For example, this one UDM_WL_ITEM_CREATE_C...Can it be used for this...?
    Thanks in advance.

Morbius - If I get you business case correctly, reqmnt is to add a editable/modifiable field on the Invoice tab where the User can enter manually/select from a drop down list for a particular field?
If ans is yes to above, please elaborate on the requirement, since I feel you could achieve such a feat either thr a P2P in Collections or in F-AR itself.
As per my knowledge of FSCM goes, you can add fields on "Invoice" tab but that one cannot be an editable field. You can add an additional field (I mean, a key figure from FI-AR document from 5 tables,  dont remember tables on top of my head) on "Invoice" tab. To implement this, you will have to implement a couple of BAdIs. Step by Step documentation to do this is embedded in a doc in the Media Library under FSCM on SAP portal. As a side note, any addtional field really impacts the performance of Process Recievables screen and is there not recommended by SAP.

  • FSCM-COL: Worklist separated by invoices and credit notes

    Hi all,
We are implementing FSCM-COL and in the u2018Process Receivablesu2019 screen, in the tab "Invoices", there is a split between invoices and credit notes,in two separate lists. The documents are not displayed together!
As a basic requirement for a collection contact, a single list is required, in order to be possible to sort all open items and enable
greater efficiency during the customer contact.
Do you know how this separation is done (by posting key for instance...?) and if we can change this....
Or this is standard functionality of the worklist ?
    Thanks for your inputs,
    Best Regards,
    Bruno Sousa

    This is standard.
Credits are normally a different colour.
The worklist should be used by the team to define what the customers owe's and what they should pay.
Total overdue - disputed items not resolved = amount to be collected.

  • FSCM-COL: Worklist functionalities

    Hi all,
I have another quick question regarding the Worklist functionality that Iu2019m hoping that you guys could clarifyu2026
In the tab u201CInvoicesu201D I have a couple of fields:
    -u201CPaidu201D u2013 That corresponds to amount paid (Data Element is BDM_PAID_AMOUNT);
    -u201CLast Paymentu201D u2013 That corresponds to the date of last incoming payment for the Invoice (Data Element is FDM_LAST_PAYMENT_DATE);
Now, Iu2019m facing some problems on understand the functionality of these fieldsu2026 I cleared (totally or partially) some of the invoices that were in the worklist for that business partner but those columns always appear emptyu2026without any values of the payments that i have done for those invoicesu2026
I try to check the SAP Help but there is no clarification of those columns functionalitiesu2026
Can you guys help on this ?
PS: Only FSCM-COL is activeu2026no Dispute Management or Credit Management in use.
    Thanks in advance.
    Bruno Sousa

    Hi Mark,
    Thanks again for your inputs.
    I'm a bit confused.
I thougt that, after the clearing of the invoice (that is done after the payment, total or partial) the invoice does not appear anymore in "Invoices" tab.
The only info that is going to appear is the payment document (in "Payments" tab and in "Invoices" tab if the payment was partial).
If we do a partial payment (or better yet, a partial clearing) the invoice number will not appear in the "Invoices" tab...the only document that is going to appear is for the remain money that it was not paid for the first invoice:
Example: we have an invoice of 1000 $, and the customer paid 900$. Then this 1000 $ invoice will be cleared but, the payment document will have an open item for the customer of 100$. It will be this document (this payment document) that will appear in the "Invoices" tab...
So, i don't understand how can that colomn be for the partial payments....
Thanks again for your help and patiante.

  • I was setting up an iCloud account.  I set it up and the wanted to delete it.  When I did that, I inadvertently deleted all my contacts off my iPhone.  I don't think there was any backup.  How do I get my contacts back?

Hi.  I was setting up an iCloud account on my son's iPhone.  We set up the account, but then decided to delete it.  When we did, we accidentally deleted all the contacts from his iPhone.  There was no backup done yet.  I tried backing up his contacts in verizon backup, but that didn't work.  Can anyone help p,was.  He lost hundreds of contacts

If you deleted the account by going to Settings>icloud, scrolled to bottom of page and tapped Delete Account, then all you have to do is go to the same page an sign in using the same ID; be sure Contacts is turned on.

  • How do I delete stored email addresses in my iphone? When sending photos, I don't want to have certain email addresses  "popping up" from the internal memory, I've deleted my entire "Contact" list but they still appear.  Help please!

How do I delete stored email addresses in my iphone? When sending photos, I don't want to have certain email addresses  "popping up" from the internal memory, I've deleted my entire "Contact" list but they still appear.  Help please!

As with the Mail app on a Mac, the iPhone's Mail app stores all email recipients in a list of previous recipients which is separate from the address book or contacts. The email address autofill feature when addressing an message pulls from Contacts and from the list of previous recipients.
Different from the Mail app on a Mac, there is no access to the list of previous recipients with iOS on an iPhone, iPod Touch, or iPad to remove a previous recipient from the list, or to add a previous recipient to the address book or contacts that is not already entered - not at the present time anyway.
The only way to purge the list of previous recipients at the present time is by restoring your iPhone with iTunes as a new iPhone or not from your iPhone's backup, which will start being re-populated again with every sent message.

  • I have a contact I no longer use and have deleted it from Contacts on my iMac and iPad, but it still keeps appearing in the To: box when I enter a similar contac, obote the iMac and iPad. How do I completely delete it to prevent this from happening? Thank

I have a email address I no longer use and want, so have deleted it from my address book on my iMac and iPad. It kept reappearing when I started to type a similar email address, so I was advised to delete it by going to Mail on the iMac...  Mail > Window > Previous Recipients... and Delete from there... which worked, and it now no longer appears in the To: box when typing a similar email address in Mail on my iMac.
However, even though I have deleted the same contact/email address on my iPad, it still appears when typing a similar email address in Mail on the iPad. How do I perform a similar action as I did on my iMac, to prevent it from reappearing?
    Hope someone can help.
    Thanks, Simon.
    On the iMac..

The only way that I currently know of to remove old and invalid email addresses on the iPad is to restore back to factory defaults, which I assume that you won't want to do. You could try leaving feedback for Apple, and maybe in a future update we'll be able to edit them : http://www.apple.com/feedback/ipad.html

  • FSCM-COL program FDM_COLL_SEND_ITEMS checks business partner in KNA1

We have a requirement to create a Business partner in FSCM-COL without creating any Customer master in FI (KNA1 table).  For each Customer invoice we have populated the Business partner (UDM_BP) in a free field (BSEG table).  Say customer ABC invoice #10000 will have the business partner XYZ assigned in BSEG field XREF1.  XYZ is not created as Customer in KNA1 but is created as Business partner in UDM_BP only.
For sending FI-AR data to FSCM, we have changed the BADI logic of determination of Branch/Payer to get the Business partner from BSEG-XREF1 field not from KUNNR.   When FI-AR data is sent to FSCM using the program FDM_COLL_SEND_ITEMS, system checks whether Business partner XYZ is created in KNA1 table.  Is there any way to avoid creating XYZ as Customer in KNA1 since we would be duplicating 5k+ customer records.
    Request your ideas on this.
    Thanks,
    Siva Parvathala

    Hi,
This is kind of strange as to why you want to do this.  Anyway you have 1 customer in FI-AR for whom you are generating the invoices.  So there is already a customer ABC.  You also have a BP XYZ.  Now why not use the standard itself and link the customer ABC with XYZ which is going to save all the efforts required for custom modifications.  For linking BP and Customer, it is not necessary that both should have the same number range.
Also I don't think you can do the transfer without linking customer and BP.  Anyway I will check this and let you know.  But I am sure this is redundant work and you can use the standard itself for this.

    Ravi

  • Relationship Between ECC Customers (Contact Persons) and CRM BP

    Hello,
I am new to middleware and need some help with the relationship between ECC customers/contact persons and CRM business partners.
We are transferring via bdoc this information from ECC to CRM.
Which bdoc types are used when transferring customers/contact persons? I believe it is BUPA_MAIN but am not too sure. How is the relationship between customer its contact person transferred? Is this done through BUPA_REL? I looked at the segment fields in SBDM but am not too sure how to understand the relationship...
    Thanks for the help!
    Regards,
    Tiffanie

Thanks! With the initial load, how do I check what fields are being passed in the bdocs?
I tried to look for customer_main, customer_rel in SBDM  and couldn't find it. Instead I used BUPA_MAIN and found some segments but couldn't find all the data that was being transferred (e.g. customer name, address, etc...) Where do I find all the fields contained in the bdoc?
I see them in SMW01 when I view the bdoc contents but can not find the actual structure (data fields) that are being brought in from ECC.
    Thanks!
    Tiffanie

  • How can I delete all my contacts in Address Book?

I had syncing issues between my Entourage 2008 contacts, my Address Book contacts, and the PowerMac for Blackberry application. As a reference, I have around 5,000 contacts. I have solved the issue, but there is some collateral damage: read on.
Address Book duplicated my contacts two or three times, and it also created around 60,000 empty contacts. I have been able to clean the Entourage contacts, which only suffered from duplication but not from new empty entries.
I tried to delete the Address Book duplicate and empty entries. The easy way out, I thought, was to Select All and delete. It does not work. Given I have ended with around 80,000 contacts, after I Select All, and try to delete, the program hangs, and I have to Force Quit the Address Book application.
I tried to locate the Address Book file where contacts are stored, but I have not found an obvious name that would point to it, nor have I read anything about such file in the different discussion forums. So no success on this.
I have even used scripts in the past for deleting duplicates and merging contacts in Entourage, but I have not found one for Address Book that could take care of the massive number of empty entries with "No Name".
So, is there a way to delete all my contacts in Address Book?

There are two possibilities you can try:
    1. Delete all your duplicate entries. You can try downloading and running this Applescript Remove Duplicates, which will create a group named Duplicates in Address Book, from which you should be able to delete those entries, by selecting the Group, then in the next column to the Right, select all the entries and choose Delete Cards from the Edit menu.
    2. If that doesn't work, you can do this:
    1. Quit Address Book if it's running.
    2. Go to ~/Library/Application Support/AddressBook and delete an of these files/folders you find there:
    • ABPerson.skIndex
    • ABPerson.skIndexInverted
    • Address Book - xxxxx.abbu
    • AddressBook.data
    • AddressBook.data.beforesave
    • AddressBook.data.previous
    • Images
    • LastImport.plist
    3. Restart Address Book and see if the default cards are there (Apple card, and your Me card) and if all seems to be working correctly.

  • I took my daughter's new Iphone 5 to shop and they replaced it with a new one.  Today she logged on to my ICloud account and deleted all my contacts and just kept the ones she wanted.  Can I retrieve my contacts, please help

My daughter has a new Iphone 5 and we share an ITunes account.  She logged on to my Icloud Account and deleted all my contacts this morning.  Can i restore this as I now only have her friends as my contacts?

No, data like Email, Contacts, Calendars, Reminders, Notes are only synced between devices and not included in icloud backups, so unfortunately you won't be able to restore them. Please see also: iCloud storage and backup overview: http://support.apple.com/kb/PH12519/

  • IPHONE 4 – UPDATE ISSUE – IOS 7 UPDATE DELETED ALL THE CONTACTS : PLEASE HELP! PLEASE HELP!

    Hello Everyone,
Following are the seemingly essential details in regards to this discussion :
    iPhone Model = 4
    Purchase Date = 05.Jan.2011
Initial Activation Remark = I used my gmail email account to add contacts initially. But phone always failed to sync (back) with gmail after the initial setup. As in if I make any changes in the iPhone’s Contact List, it won’t automatically be saved to my gmail account. But I thought to keep a full phone back up on my MacBook Pro will be safer option as well.
    Latest Full Phone Backup Date = 19.Sep.2013 [via iTunes-11 on MacBook Pro-OS X 10.8.2]
    iOS 7 Update Date = 20.Sep.2013
    >>>[It went "On" Automatically when I touched to read the details, and could not stop once it got initiated - Actually I wanted to wait until some reviews were out. ****.]
Problem = iOS 7 update deleted all the Contacts that were originally saved on the iPhone.
Tried & Failed = I tried to restore from the available 19.Sep.2013 backup from my MacBook Pro. It restored everything but still NO CONTACTS. If I add email [orginal gmail] account's contacts then it does not show the contacts that I saved on the phone locally; around 1100.
I am in the great trouble because my 1100+ contact list just zeroed by this new update.
[Also, my iCloud all got screwed up. I had earlier used my wife's credit card to register for iTunes, and now my account got her name all over it. There is no option to change the name on icloud.com. I will start a new discussion for this problem.] Though I am trying not to lash out on Apple (for now), but I think that it is seriously getting into my nerves.
Could anyone please help me to get my contacts back? I will be eternally grateful.
I still got the Full iPhone Backup on my MacBook Pro that I did just before the update.
    Please help. Thank you!

    Yes, I did.
It restored everything [incl. photos] but phone contacts.
And, after restoration the iOS was still 7.
I tried twice but still no phone contacts.

  • How do I delete all my contacts at the same time?

I want to delete all my contacts from my iphone 4s. I know how to delete them one at a time, but I want to know if there is a quicker way?

On the iPhone I'm afraid you are not able. I would suggest you go to the address book you are syncing to on your computer and delete them there, then re-sync. It should delete them from your iPhone.

  • How do I delete all my contacts from my iPod Touch?

I'm giving my iPod touch to my grandson and want to delete all my contacts from my iPod Touch. These have been synched from Mobile Me (.Mac). I've unchecked the synch contact box in the setting section of iTunes, but the contacts do not get deleted. (Also, I want to be careful not to accidentally delete them from my .Mac contact list in the process.) I successfully removed my music and photos in this manner, but the contacts are not being deleted. Advice would be appreciated.

Connect the Touch to iTunes and click the Restore button. After the Touch is erased and the OS is re-loaded, you'll have the option to load your last backup or set it up as a new iPod (which is what you want).
Alternatively, you can simply use the built-in utility. On the Touch go to Settings/Reset/Erase All Content and Settings. That may actually take longer than Restoring though.
