  • Multi system scenario - ERP ECC 5.0 (or lower) - FSCM 6.0 Ehp4

    Dear colleagues,
If you are dealing with a multisystem scenario, where ERP ECC is in versión (5.0 or lower) and your FSCM system is in 6.0 with Ehp4, can you take advantajes of the new functionalities released in Ehp2, Ehp3 and Ehp4? or is it mandatory to upgrade your ERP ECC system to 6.0?
    Kind regards.

    Hi Deep,
I have confirmed this in Note 859995 - Upgrade to SAP Dispute Management 6.0 for FI AR
"If your Accounts Receivable Accounting system is Release R/3 4.6C, note that SAP Dispute Management 6.0 does not offer any more up-to-date functions than SAP Dispute Management 3.0."
This should apply for any landscape, one system scenario and two system scenario, right?

  • FSCM BADI's need to be activated for ECC 6.4

    Hi Gurus,
Could you please help me in implementing BADI's for Master data, these are the BADI's provided by SAP standard,
    MAP_PARTNER_2_CUSTOMER
    MAP_CUSTOMER_2_PARTNER
    MAP_CONTACTPARTNER_2_CONTACT
    MAP_CONTACT_2_CONTACTPARTNER
Do we need implement above ones and also help me with step by step process in achieving the distribution of data to collections management.
    Best Regards,
    Sai

Unless you have some very specific custom need, you wouldnt have to activate/implement these BADIs.
In order to achieve distribution of data as per co code functionality, make sure that all the required settings under the following  node in SPRO
FSCM -- Coll M -- Integration with AR -- Distribution of data in CM
Once all settings are in place, plz run the prog --> FDM_COLL_SEND_ITEMS or tcode FDM_COLL_SEND01 and send data according as per your reqmnts.

  • Are drawable bond issues possible in  ECC 6 FSCM - Treasury & Risk Mgmt

We have been attempting to use drawable bonds from the debt side (versus as an investment) and have been unsuccessful in making it work as category 41 does not allow for issues and redemptions like product category 40 with product types 04X and 04Y.  The category appears to only allow for purchase or sale. Has anyone found a workaround to allow for Drawable Bond Issues to occur?  If so please point us in the right direction.
    Thank you,
    Lisa
P.S.  We have walked through the link below and been able to make drawable bonds work from the investment side.

    Hi,
How are you tracking your TDS?  Through derived flows?  In that case you can have 2 different procedures and assign suitable procedure for the corresponding business partner.
you can check here for country specific settings.

  • FSCM via WS-RM (without PI) HTTP message errors

    Hi,
( I'm not sure if this is the correct forum for his question so moderators let me know if not)
I am using ECC 6 ehp 5 which enables you to implement FSCM services via WS-RM (Web Service Reliable Messaging) instead of previously having to use PI. I have gone through SOAMANAGER and created the both the service and consumer proxy as per the SAP guide u2018SAP Financial Supply Chain Management Delta Information SAP Credit Management Enhancement Package 5 for ERP 6.0u2019 but when they get triggered I get firstly status scheduled then when I try and release them from the queue they go into error with the message u2018HTTP response contains status code 401 with the description Unauthorizedu2019
When I look at the long text (in German) in the SOAP message via SXMB_MONI a translation of the error to English is
    u201CLogin failed
    What has happened?
Calling the URL http://<our PI instance>:8000/sap/xi/engine was canceled due to bad credentials. u201C
Can anyone help as it seem strange that it should be trying to call PI when specifically the guide I followed is all about making use of EHP5 functionality to not need PI because both the provider and the consumer are on the same box, ECC.
    Additonal Infomation:
The service was set up for CreditCommitmentNotification_In . The endpoint was created without communication security and Transport channel Authentication was set as UserID/Passowrd
The consumer proxy was for CreditCommitmentNotification_Out. And the logical port with reference tot he WSDL for the service was created.
    Thanks in advance.

    Hey Peter,
We are looking for the guide you mentioned to get started on configuring this scenario in EhP5. Is it possible to share that guide?? If so please let me know, I can give you my e-mail ID.

In SAP help document it is told that the data source is Available as of Release
    Financial Basis 6.0, SP05 / SAP ECC 6.0, SP05 , but we are running sp03.
So can u advice me is there any other steps to get the Datasource and applicaton component in place (without upgrading the sytem----because we dont have much time to upgrade the system)...

  • FSCM 6.0 and PI

    Hello Experts,
We are planning to implement FSCM 6.0 Credit Management and in our scenario Credit Management ,FI-AR,FI-CA and SD are on same system and same client.I have gone through the installation Note 859998 - Installing SAP Credit Management 6.0.According to the note we need PI 7.0 or higher, regardless of the system in which Credit Management is installed.
I would like to know why PI is required if every thing is sitting on the same box.I can understand PI will be helpful if the components are on different boxes or we need to communicate Credit management with multiple FI-AR or SD backend systems.
    Thanks in advance.
    Akram

    Hi Akram,
as of release 6.0, the SAP Credit Management is part of ECC and the PI is no longer required (as it was for lower releases).
The configuration guide can be found at http://service.sap.com/fscm . There you follow the path SAP Financial Supply Chain Management -> SAP Credit Management -> Media Library -> Documentation -> Configuration Guide, mySAP ERP 2006 . In this document on page 11 you find more infos about where to find infos. Please check this out!
I hope this help you! ;D

  • FSCM in Multi System Scenario

    Hi,
We are doing the ALE configurations for Multi System Scenario and found
that during testing Dispute case creation is not happening in the
Dispute Case Processing System but happening only in Accounts
    Receivable system.
Here is the brief of what we had done so far:-
    In Financial Accounting System(System - ID6 - R/3 4.7) - We had done
basic FI, CO configurations. Also we had done the steps of Creation of
Logical System, RFC Destination for BAPI Calls, RFC Destination for
dialog calls, created Distribution Model and distributed to Dispute
Case processing system. Also Partner profile created and Outbound
Message Type SYNCH assigned. We had tried to activate business objects
in outbox for the object type BUS2022. But the when checking the
Consistency Check - Serialization using object type, the same is shown
    as Inactive.
In Dispute Case Processing System(EC6 - ECC 6.0) - We had created
Logical System, checked the availability of Distribution model,
activated business objects in inbound for object type BUS2022. Here we
are having an error in consistency check - Serialization using object
type - that No partner destination found.
Please help us in resolving the same and let me know if you need more
    information.
    Regards
    Hari

    Mark, Thanks for your reply.
Can you brief how this works?
I have company code set up in FA system. The customers in FI are called Business Partners in FSCM
This company code is not there in ECC 6.0 system which is FSCM system.
Now, how will the customers in R/3 system will be created as Business Partner in FSCM system?

  • Advantages using FSCM-CM to classic Credit Management AR/SD

    Hi,
I am interested to find out the advantages it has to use the new Credit Mgt under FSCM compared to the one in 46c..
I have read the blurp in the SAP Lib but it is not very clear.
What are the restrictions of the old one?
    Can we still use FD32?
    Is the update real time?
Do we really need to have XI for the new one?
    Thanks in advance
    Hein
P.S. Good pints like always will be rewarded

    Hi Hein,
i dont know much abt but i am still learning the same at my place we have just upgraded from 4.6 to ecc 6.0 now with ecc you get the patch Dispute mgmt by default where we made dispute cases for the longterm openitems and linked those openitems to the respective cases so that we can keep track of them and some one can take care of these dispute cases...

  • Best Practices for FSCM Multiple systems scenario

    Hi guys,
We have a scenario to implement FSCM credit, collections and dispute management solution for our landscape comprising the following:
    a 4.6c system
    a 4.7 system
    an ECC 5 system
    2 ECC6 systems
I have documented my design, but would like to double check and rob minds with colleagues regarding the following areas/questions.
Business partner replication and synchronization: what is the best practice for the initial replication of customers in each of the different systems to business partners in the FSCM system? (a) for the initial creation, and (b) for on-going synchronization of new customers and changes to existing customers?
Credit Management: what is the best practice for update of exposures from SD and FI-AR from each of the different systems? Should this be real-time for each transaction from SD and AR  (synchronous) or periodic, say once a day? (assuming we can control this in the BADI)
Is there any particular point to note in dispute management?
Any other general note regarding this scenario?
    Thanks in advance. Comments appreciated.

    Hi,
    I guess when you've the informations that the SAP can read and take some action, has to be asynchronous (from non-SAP to FSCM);
But when the credit analysis is done by non-SAP and like an 'Experian', SAP send the informations with invoices paid and not paid and this non-SAP group give a rate for this customer. All banks and big companies in the world does the same. And for this, you've the synchronous interface. This interface will updated the FSCM-CR (Credit), blocking or not the vendor, decreasing or increasing them limit amount to buy.
So, for these 1.000 sales orders, you'll have to think with PI in how to create an interface for this volume? What parameters SAP does has to check? There's an time interval to receive and send back? Will be a synchronous or asynchronous?
Contact your PI to help think in this information exchange.
Am I clear in your question?
