FTP access to documents on iCloud?

I have an IP Cam which I currently use to store captured still images onto my FTP server on a mac mini.
As an alternative I would like to store those images onto my iDisk or documents within the cloud.
The IP Cam supports FTP access (only). Is there a way to make the camera ftp'ing the files into the iCloud?

You can only use iOS pages,numbers and keynote to "store" office documents to the cloud and re-download them to a Mac or PC using a browser at icloud.com/iwork.
The Browser is the only "man in the middle" to bridge the gab between iOS and PC/Mac .

Accessing Pages documents on iCloud

I have Pages installed on both of my Macs, but when I try to access documents in iCloud, it says I need to download Pages to my iOS device. Pages is open and running on both computers, with a document open on the computer I am trying to transfer it from. I went to iCloud, clicked on iWorks, and all I could get was that I needed to download Pages. I already have it!
Also, on one computer, I cannot check Mail and Notes in the iCloud menu in System Preferences because it wants me to create a new email (the @me.com). I already have one established for my Apple ID and I am logged in under the same ID. Why do I need to create a new one and have 2? Why isn't it recognizing the one I already set up?

Trying opening Pages (for example) on your iPad, tap "+" then tap "iCloud". You should then be able to tap the folder you want, and the document inside it.

Accessing desktop documents thru icloud

I have some documents on my desktop and I want to access thru icloud thru my laptop or iphone.
I set up my all apple devices correctly but i don't know how to pages window doesn't lead to the document.

You have to upload them to iCloud first.

You can only use TextEdit documents uploaded to iCloud with another Mac with Mountain Lion, but you can use Dropbox to upload the TextEdit documents to the cloud and use them on your iPhone and iPad

Saving documents on iCloud

Am I wrong or it is not possible to save the same document in both iCloud and Computer? I have to choose a location and then I am stuck to it for whaat I understand. If this is true iCloud is useless because if you use, as I do, a macbook or iPad and you work on the move, again as I do and this is the purpose of a portable computer, it is not always possibe to have a wifi or internet connection available and is it is so you cannot work. If this is true I think that it should be fixed immediately if Apple wants that Pages and ICloud are used for professional purposes. I hope that I am stupid and wrong and that you may demonstrate this. Thanks

thanks to have demonstrated that I was wrong and that I am stupid. It is much better to acknowledge one's own stupidity than to have a software that has a bug. It works perfectly.
However, I find difficulties with Pages on my iPad2: while accessing to documents on iCloud sometime it freezes, other times it doesn't download the documents either with sync or trhough icloud web portal. I mean that it doesn't show them on the device. Have you heard about this problem? Do you have any suggestion?

How do I find word documents on iCloud?

I have logged on to icloud but when I click on iWork, the only tabs are for keynote, numbers and pages. There is no tab for word documents but then how do I access word documents on iCloud?

I have no idea as I am not ever going to use a Cloud system for storing my personal files. I have computers for that. Your best bet would be to use Google and type in "Uploading files to Apple's iCloud system". I bet you will get all the info you could ever ask for.

How did you save Word documents to iCloud, Word will not do that so how did you? Did you use another application or maybe drop them in the Mobile Documents folder?
Please explain the how, then it may be easier to answer your question.

Why can't I access my Page 5.1 document on iCloud?

I have been saving this one doc on iCould for weeks. Then this morning I started getting a message telling me this document can't be opened. Any ideas why or how I can get around this? Ok, so I get why Exchange isn't showing up on iCloud and MacBook. No worries there.
But for Home, it shows on my phone that it is under iCloud.... am I wrong? (see image)

Well iCloud is CRAP then. I'll go back to DropBox and Google Drive where these OBVIOUS features JUST WORK!
Whoever is running the software part of Apple's business needs to be fired. This is not even close to competitive.

How to I access documents in icloud drive from my iPad

I set up an icloud drive on my PC and stored my document. i have icloud set up on my iPad and iPhone. I can seem to figure out how to access those documents from the iPad or iPhone. I thought there might be an icloud app for access, but no.
Any help out there?

Sorry, I do not think rereading is any good. The fact is: I do not see what I "should" see.
I have checked that both on IOS and Mac I use the same icloud account, both have iCloud Drive enabled. On the Mac I have e.g. a custom folder "History"
On IOS, in Documents 5 by Readdle, after tapping icloud in the sidebar and then the iCloud Drive text, I see this: (in list view, alphabetically arranged):
So, my "History" folder does not show up at the "H" and not at the end.
I thinks there is still a fair bit of iCloud related "should's" that do not materialize in practice.
For example, this same History folder is 1.11 GB in size, and when I added it a few months ago, not all files were synchronized (I checked after a week!).
You never get a positive signal that all files have been uploaded. Thus far, iCloud leaves me with that same shaky iDisk feeling of 2007!

Using icloud, why can't i share a document created on my mac, and while out of town, access the document on my macbook pro. icloud should do this.

'Documents in the Cloud' enables you to manually upload iWork '09 documents (only) to the iCloud webpage: from there is will automatically be downloaded to iOS5 devices, but you cannot re-download it to your Mac oir to another Mac until it's been edited on an iOS device, so it's not really suitable for what you want, and you cannot do it at all with other types of file.
You will need a third-party solution. SugarySync would be my recommendation - it can do what you want completely seamlessly - this page examines that and some other options:
