Full content not installed ? It is !

Recently when I start PE 10, I get this warning that not all content is installed. Actually, it , so why do I get this warning ? Isn't it installed then and does it only seem to be installed ? Am I missing something here ? Your advice is appreciated.

First of all, let me express my appreciation for your replies. I'm impressed by the time, effort and willingness that you demonstrate to assist me in this strange problem. Thumbs up !
I have set up my system to have as little as possible on my c-drive. Should anything fail, then I can easily reinstall my OS. I am aware of the fact that in case of a format many settings will be lost anyway, but it has helped me out more than just once. So I install programs on D, documents on E. Having said that, you would expect to have the fun template in D: Program Files. It is not there.
This is what I have:
D:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Premiere Elements 10\DVD Templates\Common
In this directory I find several sub directories, see below for a screenshot. (image #1)
Contrary to what you suggested, it is not in Program Files (x86).
However, the Fun Template cannot be found anywhere. Isn't this strange ?
BUT: you pointed me in some direction.
I have this directory D:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Premiere Elements 10\Presets\Templates\Common\HD Templates
There we have a lot of stuff, that seems to be what we've been looking for. (image #2)
This seems to be all there, although at a different location. If we regard this as solved, then it still beats me, that the program keeps mentioning that I have not installed everything. If I try to use that scene, it is in the Scene Menu. That confirms that the installation went right, I guess.
Furthermore, what surprises me is that in Control Panel under installed programs, it shows the content, but not the program !
That is the reason why I considered reinstalling the whole product. Since I am in the middle of editing a very beautiful movie of NYC and DCA I don't want to loose my work nor do I have to be forced to buy a new key. That is, why I was asking about a new install.
If I try that, I have no option to repair, only to uninstall, although according to control panel the program is not installed.
It seems that the program is missing some pointers, both to control panel's installed programs and to the content, althouh both are present.

When you say this is that you don't see anything in t-code RSA6???
If this is the case, you can have one of the diferent situations:
- go to t-code RSA5 and activate the corresponde DataSources.
or
- You don't have installed the standard hierarchy (t-code RSA9)
Besides, you can check if you have installed the rights Components installed in you system. (menu, System --> status )

Logic Additional Content not installing for all users

I've got a MAC installed on an Active Directory domain. If I log in as the local administrator account, Logic runs fine, but if I log in as any network users, it loops around the 'downloading content' loop for ever. I've downloaded the .pkg files separately but when I go to run them, it prompts me for credentials and whatever I use, it just crashes out. Any ideas how to progress this?

I am experiencing the same problem on my LAN. Administrator account the app works fine, end users sign in with non admin accounts and it will not work.
I spent some time reading online and found the following instructions on the NET. I tried them and I thought it worked because I was able to log on as a non admin user test account and the flash player worked just fine.
Log in as Admin
2. Download the following zip file from here:

3. Unzip this folder onto your desktop.
4. Drag both files ‘reset_min_all.cmd’ and
‘subinacl.exe’ to your
desktop.
5. Run the reset_min_all.cmd file.
6. It will open a DOS like terminal and start
running through registry
keys.
7. When it is finished it will say “press any key
to continue”.
8. At this point you can install the latest Flash
Player:

I also found 6 different versions of Version 8 that supposedly does not require Admin priveleges but it does. Back to the drawing board.

Windows 8.1 (full version) Not Installing- Error Code 0x80040155

Was downloading windows 8.1 overnight expecting to complete in the morning and it did not.
Had to go to work so I disconnected and stopped the download. I went home and tried to continue the download/install and it gives me an error: 0x80040155
This is very frustrating, I tried to cancel the download and restart the download and same issue. I also tried restarting the computer several times and everything is up to date but it still produces the same error.
Very Frustrating!

This error occurs if one of your system components has become corrupted, or has not been registered correctly when installing/uninstalling service packs or other applications. Any detailed information about this failed installation that prompted for
you?
To eliminate some potential problems, I suggest you follow the tips below:
Download and run the
Upgrade Assistant first.
Temporarily disable your antivirus, antimalware, firewall, etc.
Keep enough disk space for downloaded and installed files.
Delete the temp files of the failed installation.
Perform the installation in Clean boot mode.

Alert Inbox :: Full contents not visible

I am working on Alert Management & everything went fine. But when I am getting Message under " Long text " & user list under "recipient" tabs in Alert Inbox, they are not completely visible.
I mean only the message within one tab is coming.
It seems that BSP coding for this page need to be changed, which can increase the width & length somehow.
One of my colleague who knows BSP tried to change the code of this "alertinbox" but he said that width is already 100% & he cant increase more that that.
Can someone tell me where do i need to make changes & what needs to be done.
Pls. Suggest.

Problem can be found within the SEND method of the CL_ALERT_MANAGER class. In this method it executes the following code:
 CALL METHOD alert_cat_man->get_short_text
 EXPORTING
 ip_cat = l_cat
 ii_container = li_container
 ip_langu = l_langu
 IMPORTING
 ep_text = ep_textstring.
li_container has an attribute mt_elements which contains the values of the containers of the alert category, the recipients and the logical system.
ep_textstring is an ordinary string.
I have an alert category which has 1 container, a char160 field. I want to put a char140 field in it:
XIDCLNT050 : Testtype on 20070419 / 103154 interval of 30 min, less than 1 received!
This char140 field is put in the &ERROR_TEXT& container.
The ep_textstring is the finalized string (as defined in transaction ALRTCATDEF).
and in my case should look like:
Alert IDOC_MONI: &ERROR_TEXT&
If we put in the actual value of &ERROR_TEXT& we get:
Alert IDOC_MONI: XIDCLNT050 : Testtype on 20070419 / 103154 interval of 30 min, less than 1 received!.
However the output of ep_textstring looks like:
Alert IDOC_MONI: XIDCLNT050 : TESTTYPE ON 20070419 / 103154 INTERVAL OF 30 MIN, LESS THAN 1 RECEI
ep_textstring is 97 characters long and the correct string should be 101 characters long so both should fit easily in a short text.
In my opinion it's a bug in SAP so im trying to get an answer from them.

edit: got an answer. all texts are 80 characters long. So if your texts are longer than that, they will be truncated.

Based on the description, only some of all users are affected by this issue.
Please check if it is the same issue in OWA and try to check this issue on another computer.
Besides, please recreate a new Outlook profile to check the result.

Premiere Elements 8 Editor closes after clicking OK on "Full Content" message

I downloaded the 30 day trial of Adobe's Premiere Elements 8 and installed it on a Dell Optiplex GX620. It installed and opens certain modules fine (like the Organizer, for example). However, when starting a New Video Project (File -> New) or by clicking on New Project, it loads the module and then I receive a prompt asking to install the Full Content from the DVD/Setup.exe. If you click OK, it closes the Editor. I ended up downloading the Full Content, and installed it as well on the same computer. I tried it again and it failed like before.
Note: I installed PE8 on a different machine (Dell Latitude D600) and the PE8 Editor is launching. I even received the same "Full Content" message, but after I clicked OK, the Editor stayed open and I could continue to use it.
So, it seems to be isolated to just that Dell Optiplex GX620. The answer was QuickTime. I changed version down to 7.3.1 which I got on www.oldapps.com and I am finally able to use Premiere Elements 8.

It now seems that Apple has had two recent series of QT upgrades, that just kill certain Adobe applications, the 7.4.x and the 7.6.x. Not sure what the deal is, or why the QT upgrades are not tested with Adobe products, but it seems that both NLE's, PrPro and PrE, plus AfterEffects can be adversely affected. Some have put forth a conspiricy theory that Apple wants to kill use of PrPro on the Mac, so Mac-users will go with some form of Final Cut. However, this does not play with me, as AfterEffects seems to be affected and there is just no competition (from Apple, or others) to replace it. It is used on many, many Mac machines. I think that Apple is trying to improve QT, and is just not testing their updates on machines with enough software, especially from Adobe.
Still, with the ability to roll-back QT, the user does have a workaround. Personally, I hold off upgrading QT, until enough Adobe-users report that all is stable.

Solution Center program will not install with D110 full feature download

I had a bug where my system kept searching for SolutionCenter.msi in a loop. I was forced to uninstall my printer software completely to fix it. Upon reinstall, the Solution Center is totally missing. I have lost the CD and downloaded the software from this link:

I read in several message here that the full version of the software included the Solution Center, but it did not install for me.

Hi,
From the Start menu type SolutionCenter.MSI into the searchbar, the results should appear within the search results.
Note: if there are several results locate the one which was modified latest.
Right click the file and select Install, you should see a dialog apper...
Once the dialog completes reboot your PC and check if the HP Solution Center was added to your PC.
If there are no results type %temp% into te search bar abd open the Temp folder.
Open the latest HP installation folder, its name begins with 7z (ex. 7zS1234)
Open the Setup folder.
Open the SolutionCenter folder.
Right click on SolutionCenter.msi (if the file type is hidden it tye appepars as Windows Installer File) and select Install.
Reboot your PC and check again.

"Attempted to load Java content, but Java is unavailable or not installed"

Got a weird error message "[web window name] attempted to load Java content, but Java is unavailable or not installed". This came when -immediately after having done a shutdown and restart- Safari tried to open a web page that had never caused any problems before.
What worked for me was:
Make sure that an alias named "JavaPluginCocoa.bundle" was located in [StartupDisk]/Library/Internet Plug-ins.
That alias should link to its original file by that exact same name located in [StartupDisk]/System/Library/Frameworks/JavaVM.framework/Versions/A/Resources.
The version of the JavaPluginCocoa.bundle should be 12.3.0 - that is: when using OSX 10.5.7 and Safari 4.0.2. (Check the version number by selecting that file and Get Info / press Cmd-I.)
That 12.3.0 version comes, as I understand it, as part of either the Safari 4, or of the Java update that came out simultaneously (I think it was Java 5.2 but don't recall the exact version number).
From other web posts I understand that older versions of the JavaPluginCocoa.bundle may sometimes be left around in various other locations after the Safari 4.0.2 and Java updates, and may cause Safari to get confused about which one it should use. Anyway, the JavaPluginCocoa.bundle setup I mentioned above should be the correct one.

Other threads have suggested to update Java. There is now an update "6".

I already had this. The notes for Update 6 mentions " J2SE 1.4.2 is no longer being updated to fix bugs or security issues and is therefore disabled by default in this update. "
I went into /applications/utilities/Java Preferences.app and:
1) turned 1.4.2 back on.
2) made 1.4.2 first (by dragging to top)
3) I also switched Run applets to Within the browser process (which should be the Default but was not set)
I am not sure which of these are needed, but doing all of them made it work. On the web page in question.

You won't be able to install your original Acrobat 7 at all, or use your original serial number. The server which used to allow this was switched off.
But assuming you have a compatible system, like Mac OS 5 or Windows XP, licensed users of Acrobat 7 can download a replacement and get a replacement serial number.

Alternative content ignored if player is not installed

my website has a flash header, that needs player 10, so the alternative content is shown if conditions are not met: http://seosumo.com
It shows the alternative content as intended, but ONLY ONCE. If the player 10 is not installed, it won'd ask for it again for that session, which I think is fine, but IT WONT SHOW THE ALTERNATIVE CONTENT EITHER.
I'm using the default code from DreamWeaver CS4 (swfobject_modified.js)
Any idea how to solve it?

I think we need to know what "loaded in a client machine" means. The two primary delivery mechanisms for Flex are browser and AIR and both have built-in mechanisms to warn the user. Usually if you have another delivery mechanism, you'd install the player as part of the delivery.

I am new to SAP Basis Team, Consultants are saying that standard business contents are not installed in BI system. What package should I install or what is the steps I should Do. Following is the content of SAINT

Firefox could not install the search plugin from "chrome://tnt2toolbar/content/yos.xml" because an engine with the same name already exists.

That is a problem with an extension that tries to install a search bar. The tnt2toolbar should give you a clue about which extension. You didn't add troubleshooting information with the list of installed extensions, so I can't give a suggestion about which extension is causing this.
You can check for problems with preferences. 
Rename or delete the prefs.js file and possible numbered prefs-##.js and user.js files to reset all prefs to the default value.

THe message is misleading. Save the file to your desktop, even though all you see is the message. Then, open the saved file in Reader.
