After 2114 RTFM posts,you should know how to find the error message in the online docs, and the existence of the EXP_FULL_DATABASE role you need for full database export.
But regrettably you continue to dump errors in this forum, doing nothing to resolve them.
Did you already read the 'Forums Etiquette' post?
Aren't you getting ashamed of yourself for requiring volunteers to do your work?

Hi People,
I have two oracle 10g R2 servers say s1, s2
I want to export user with data of s2 while sitting at s1
i.e (i am connected at s1 with a user of s1 and want to export a user of s2).

Obviously the correct syntax is something like
exp <user>/<passwd>@<s2_service>
If you are issuing this command on s1, the export will end up on s1.
The generic idea about Oracle is
using the @<tns service name> syntax, you can use your command line tool to connect to ANY database (so the same applies to sqlloader etc), and you don't need database links. Database links were invented to get distributed databases.
Please read up on the concepts involved.
No exp problem is at hand.

Full Exp from Linux 9i to Solaris 10g

Hello,
I am about to do a full=y exp of 9i on Linux. Then will do a full=y imp into 10g on Solaris. Are there any gotcha I should be aware, since I am exp/imp across different platforms and from 9i to 10g. Thank you in advance.

I wonder if the lower 9i system,sys schemas will corrupt the new 10g system,sys schemas? when u r doing full export of oracle database then u should always start ur export from system user (it should have exp_full_database role ).
in full export it always return some error like object already exist in system scheam.so u should more concentrate on ur schema objects,check whether they are properly imported or not.
u can also use schema level export and import if u r facing any major problem.
also check compatibility matrix for full export on diff version on 132904.1.

Exp problem ..

I am running oracle 9i on windows 2000 advanced server. My problem is while i am trying to exp full database its hanging . I thought it was due to invalid objects which has to be validated using utlrp.sql from c:\ORACLE\HOME\RDBMS\ADMIN. But this took significant time. How long should it take to validate all invalid objects ?

Popup from ALV for displaying full text = problems!!!

Dear all,
I created an ALV to display data. In this ALV, I have a text column, which just show FIRST 30 characters of the original text.
Now I want to double click on that field, and it will pop up a small window to show full text (the original text, unknown length).
I made lots of references and I decided to use FM POPUP_WITH_TABLE because of some reasons:
a) the original text is retrieved from another FM READ_TEXT. After the call of READ_TEXT, the text will be stored into an internal table. Then, it can be passed to POPUP_WITH_TABLE without more modification.
b) POPUP_WITH_TABLE can show the text more meaningfully. I mean, if the length of the text is greater than the length of the popup window, it <b>automatically break the line and displays the rest in the next line</b>. ( FM POPUP_TO_INFORM does NOT do that.)
However, I've faced some <b>PROBLEMS</b> with FM POPUP_WITH_TABLE
1) The popup window has 2 button OK and Cancel. <b>Is there any way just to display Cancel button?</b>
2) If I click on Cancel or OK without choose any line on the popup window => It will raise an exception, called BREAK_OFF. In this case
If the clicked button is CANCEL => it will close the popup
If the clicked button is OK => nothing happens. And I must click on CANCEL to close the popup.
<b>I want to close the popup windown without raising any exceptions. How can I ?</b>
3) When I enter many complex selection criteria on Selection Screen to limit the result, displaying ALV is good. But when I click on the text field to popup => the report cannot be manipulated. I have to kill the session in SM04.
<b>What's wrong? </b>(because for single selection criteria, it works well.)
Every body has any suggestions?

HP Color LaserJet CM2320fxi MFP - Full Duplex Problem

Hello!
I've got LaserJet CM232 and Win7 (x64). My problem is that when I'm printing for example 4 pages of a document it's printing only in full duplex, so 2 pages printed on both sides. I can't find where can I fix this duplex problem, I'd like to choose manually if it will be printing in full duplex or not. Help me find a solution, please.
Second problem refers to the time of printing. When I print something I have to wait several minutes to print it. Is that a RAM problem? More RAM memory will resolve this problem?

8.1 full screen problems landscape

Since updating to 8.1 Tapping to view videos in full screen goes to portrait full screen instead of landscape full screen while in landscape position. There are also problems trying to full screen in portrait position.

Your statement is a bit vague as to where you see this behavior.... In the Videos App, Safari, YouTube? Every video In every app? WIthout more details, try the basic troubleshooting steps. Clear Safari, close all apps, reset your iPad. If that doesn't help, reset all settings.
Go to Settings>Safari>Clear History and Website Data
Now close all apps. In order to close apps, you have to drag the app up from the multitasking display. Double tap the home button and you will see apps lined up going left to right across the screen. Swipe to get to the app that you want to close and then swipe "up" on the app preview thumbnail to close it.
Next, reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up.
If those three things made no difference, try this. Reset all settings. You will not lose any data, but most of the device settings will have to be entered in the settings app again. Settings>General>Reset>Reset all Settings.

AE CS6 trial to full version problem

I have a problem with my After Effects CS6; at first I downloaded and installed a trial version of it, but after a while I decided to get the full package. So I upgraded my CS5.5 Master Collection to CS6 Production Premium, but After Effects CS6 continues just being the trial version, even after un- and re-installation of the whole thing. And now that trial version has expired. The Production Premium serial number doesn't seem to work on After Effects CS6 alone. Please help me - After Effects along with Photoshop are the main reasons I spend a concideral amount of money on these program suites.
PS: I use the Mac version.

Correct. Suite serials only work with suite installs. If you haven't already, run the full installer. Otherwise try some of the stuff listed here to erase the trial lock and activate your suite properly.

Macbook Pro connected to HDTV full screen problem

I connected my Macbook Pro to my TV via HDMI. When i have an application on the TV (safari) and press the full screen button (upper right corner with the 2 arrows) my Macbbok display shows this grey area. If fulscreen an application on the Macbbok display the same thing happens. Aslo when i navigate through the full sceen apps in one display hte other display also changes. Is there something that solves this problem?

This is just an educated guess, but I think your problem may be distance. It sounds like you've got 60' of cable running to a splitter, then more cable to two TV's that are 50' apart. This article seems to indicate HDMI distance isn't reliable with that much cable.

An easy test would be to try it with shorter cables. If that works at least you know where your problem lies.

.Swf file full screen problem

Hi, i'm using FMS 4.0 to perform an rtmp stream and an .swf player, built in Flash professional to open the stream!
My problem is that when i embed the swf into my site (www.livezone.gr), all the buttons work except of the full screen button! To embed the swf file i have uploaded it to my web server first in a folder which also includes the Skin.swf file and
i use the following code to embed it :
<iframe src="My Video.swf" frameborder="0" width="610" height="480"></iframe>
The problem is only when embeding it,otherwise when i open it directly from my webserver or my pc everything works fine!
.That's my only problem,if you can help me solve it everything will work like a charm!

open the fla that published your swf. click file>publish settings, tick html if it's not already ticked. click the html tab>click the template combobox and select flash only - allow fullscreen.
then click file>publish.
you should see your swf file (re)published and an html file in the directory with your fla.
put the flash published swf and html in the same directory with your iframe containing html file and change your iframe tag to:
<iframe src="Live%20Streaming%20player1.html" frameborder="0" width="610" height="480" ></iframe>
assuming that's the name of the html file published by flash.

Full Screen problem opening PDF on PC projector

Using Flash CS3 on Mac - creating both Mac and PC projector files to go on a CD presentation
Ok I have come across the following problem.
When the CD is inserted the presentation starts automatically (on PC) and gives a list of PDFs which can be opened using EXEC fscommand. All works fine with the Mac version but on the PC version the Flash projector opens in Full Screen Mode and runs ok until I choose to open a PDF, then the presentation changes to Windowed Mode!!!
Is there any way to stop the PC version of the projector leaving Full Screen Mode when a PDF is selected
Any help would be appreciated

Full Screen Problem With Dual Monitor Viewing

I have a 64 Bit system, Chrome browser and with flash player built in. I am attempting to view videos on a 2nd monitor while working on the primary monitor. I have tried this on various sites, TNT.tv, USANetworks.com, etc... I select full screen viewing. A message is displayed to exit full screen press escape. However, when I attempt to do anything else automatically exit full screen on the second monitor. This should not be an issue and with the way most people view video online, they are doing so on a 2nd monitor or TV. I have done a google search and it is a common problem, but there is no solution that seems to work.

I have just posted the same question - missed yours.
Adobe could you take a look into this - I think solving this problem can't be that hard.

Full screen problem in firefox

Hi there,
I have (nearly) completed a project in which i have used a
full screen technique which has worked fine.
Unfortunately, when I open the html file in firefox the swf
is not displayed properly (ie its all squashed at the top of the
browser window).
When opened in safari & explorer etc it works fine, is
there any reason for this and if so how can I overcome this
problem?

Any chance your video card might have "video" related settings that might be interfering? While I'm not suggesting that you switch browsers, trying to reproduce this on another browser will give us a datapoint to see if this is firefox specific. I would recommend giving both IE or Chrome a try to see if it still occurs.

.EXP problem with library .JAR

I would like to create a javacard library to import it in a new project. Unfortunately I have a problem when I import my library and build in the new project. This is my process:
1) To create my library I generate a .JAR with my .class files
2) Seconde step I generate an .EXP file with interface desciption.
3) in my new project I import my library and I put .EXP file in 'export' directory
4) I use my library in new servlet
BUT when I build my new project, i have errors with my .EXP file. Errors are:
class com.sdk.StringUICC not found in export file sdk.exp.So i have used exp2file to read my .EXP file and this .EXP doesn't decribe all my classes but just my package:

IDVD, jerky when played + full screen problems

Dear all,
I'm new to iDVD and am not sure what I've done wrong.
I made QT movies from FCPx and imported them into iDVD. First I had problems with keeping it widescreen but have seem to have sorted that out. However now I have 2 more problems that have come up:
1. Everything is widescreen but when I click on the chapters to view the video's, it automatically stops being full screen and goes down to a smaller screen and then you need to click 'full screen' for it to go back, this only happens on a few of them.
2. Some parts of the DVD don't work, the footage goes all funny like ghosts and it jumps around and doesn't play nicely, then all of a sudden it works for a bit, then back to not working. This is the same on TV or MacBook Pro
I tried using 2 different themes and the same thing happened. Any thoughts?

• One can not go back to movie-project for any alterations and then go back to
the iDVD project. It will notice and ask You to either Up-date or Cancel. Neither

Medicine - Start a brand new iDVD project.
Use of Chapters
• I only use a to z and 0 to 9 in naming them. NO other symbol/letter !
• NO Chapter-mark at very beginning - iDVD NEEDS TO set this by it self
• No Chapter marks in or within two seconds from a transition
(Way around this last one - Export movie as QT full quality and NO Chapter marks
Import this into a new Movie-project and now You are free to set C-Ms where You want
them except at very beginning - still)
Material used to build movie
• video - I use streamingDV (or convert all other to this eg .mp4, .avi, .wmv etc)
• audio - I use .aiff 16-bit 48kHz or from Audio-CD (44.1kHz) - no .mp3 or direct from iTunes
• photos - I use .jpg - no .bmp etc
Trash iDVD pref. file and run Repair Permissions - and have a re-try.
Run a CLEANING-DVD from tiome to time

May not be relevant, but I had the same problem with iDVD, where burned DVDs showed a green screen. It was cured by quitting Quicksilver and Quickeys as well as disabling sleep and screen-saving
