Full list of deployed portlets - how I can get it?
I need to get the full list of deployed portlets by me. I work with PS 2005Q4 for Windows. How I can get it.

One thing you could try, if you are using Sun Webserver as the Web Container and
installed it in the default path:
/opt/SUNWwbsvr/bin/https/bin/wdeploy list -i <portalserverhostname> -v https-<portalserverhostname>
will list all deployed web applications, which include your portlets.

I want to sync tasks in Outlook with my iPhone. I have tried Toodledo (not good) and Todo. Todo works, but it cuts off most of the text. I only get the beginning of my (long) lists. Any ideas how I can solve this problem? I starting to regret that I switched to iPhone...
Usually if you have some kind of hardware failure there is some beeping during POST or most motherboards now have LED indicators to produce and error message based on the type of failure
So if its bad memory, not place properly, mismatched, processor not inserted properly, mismatched voltage or voltage connector not present etc it beeps or generates the error id.
Power supplies can be tested for failure. There are some walk throughs for testing just them with a switch, paperclip or a jumper (I'd suggest not doing this if you are not familiar with the dangers of electricity).
Memory can be tested with memory diagnostics programs like Memtest+
Processors can overheat if the proper precautions have not been taken usually you will get a POST beep or error code for that.
If the motherboard has no response then do the basics first:
Check power connectors and power supply. Once you determine that is not the case move on to other items like graphics cards in all the way or memory. -

I turned my macbook on and all the emails of inbox were gone. In time machine, only the inbox option does not shows option to get back old back ups... how I can get my inbox emails?
I figured it out. I couldn't see the old backups because the sparsebundle had not been properly unmounted in a previous session, so it kept giving an "already in use" error. The problem was solved by restarting the Time Capsule through the Airport Utility, mounting the sparsebundle by double-clicking it, and then going through the "Browse other backup disks" option in the Time Machine menu bar icon.

I have a first generation iPad and the screen went completely green on me and locked up. I was able to unlock it, but now there's a green haze all over the screen. Anyone know what the issue could be and how I can get it fixed?
Try this - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. (This is equivalent to rebooting your computer.)

Your i-device was not designed to be a reliable unique storage for your media. It is not a backup device and everything is structured around you maintaining your media on a computer which is itself backed up. Sync transfer is one way, computer to device, matching the device content to the content on the computer (except purchased content as mentioned below). For transferring other items from an i-device to a computer you will probably have to use third party commercial software unless you have an older model iPod. Not sure which driver you mean when you say "the driver in the Mac's list". Apple does not provide a driver for this device, so if you mean one of the default printers that are included with 10.6, like the Generic Postscript or Generic PCL, then these will only work if the optional PS or PCL print kits were installed in the machine. Given your inability to print then it would seem that you have neither kit installed. So this would require you to install the Canon UFR2 driver, which you can obtain via this link.
With the UFR2 driver installed, you add the printer using IP > LPD. Enter the IP address of the iRC2380, leave the Queue name blank and change the Name to iRC2380. Leave the Location field blank and in the Print Using menu, browse to the "Canon iR C2380/2550 UFR II (UK)". Click OK and then Add to complete the queue creation. You should now be able to print. Please reply if it does not work. -

I want to listen to internet radio as I used to do. The selection "Radio" has gone from my list under "Music". How do I get it back again?
I don't know if this is what you really want, but I created a Playlist for Radio, and add some of the stations I like from websites. (If you click on the web-links they load into iTunes in the Sidebar). And you can also add individual Radio stations from the top right,(under Apple) to a Playlist. That's the only way I know to have them in the Sidebar.
Z_ZS-B, You also helped me to find the old Radio list! I didn't even know it was up on the right, under Apple. I haven't liked this version of iTunes so I hadn't even bothered to try and figure it out until now, but because I just bought a my first iPod Shuffle I'm determined to bend this version to my will. ;-) -

I cannot see the Source List in iTunes. How do I get it back? I am trying to eject my ipod classic, and there is no option to do so, because I cannot see the ipod, let alone the source list in itunes. I'm also unable to restore my ipod, and I get a message saying it is corrupt,and now I can't even eject it! What do I do?!? Thanks!

You can use the steps in this article to view the device list in iTunes and eject your iPod. The steps are slightly different for the different version of iTunes:
Locate and view your connected iPhone, iPad or iPod touch in iTunes - Apple Support
I know it can be frustrating to have a device that isn't working as it should, and this link may also help with restoring your iPod classic:

If your iPod can't be restored normally, try placing it into Disk Mode. See the instructions under "iPod devices with a Click Wheel" in this article:

Suddenly I have problems moving files to the trash... get a dialog saying Finder wants to make changes and I must provide the password... Any explanation or ideas how I can get this to stop?
Please take these steps if you're prompted for a password when moving items in your home folder to the Trash.
1. Triple-click anywhere in the line below on this page to select it:
~/.Trash
2. Right-click or control-click the highlighted line and select
Services ▹ Show Info
from the contextual menu.* An Info dialog should open.
3. The dialog should show "You can read and write" in the Sharing & Permissions section. If that's not what it shows, click the padlock icon in the lower right corner of the window and enter your password when prompted. Use the plus- and minus-sign buttons to give yourself Read & Write access and "everyone" No Access. Delete any other entries in the access list.
4. In the General section, uncheck the box marked Locked if it's checked.
5. From the action menu (gear icon) at the bottom of the dialog, select Apply to enclosed items and confirm.
6. Close the Info window and test.
*If you don't see the contextual menu item, copy the selected text to the Clipboard by pressing the key combination command-C. Open a TextEdit window and paste into it (command-V). Select the line you just pasted and continue as above. -

Although Apple does not have a process to track or flag lost or stolen product, you can use My Support Profile to find a list of serial numbers that have been purchased or registered with your Apple ID. -
Anyone know how I can get an audio file imported into my iTunes' podcast directory, rather than the music directory?
I downloaded a series of podcasts recently. They were imported into my "music" directory instead, making it more difficult for me to recall where I left off with the last podcast I listened to before having to stop it for whatever reason. Thanks in advance for any help.You can do it, though the result isn't ideal. Import your episode, then select it in the Music list and hit command-i to bring up the info panel:

Webcams not working in Chrome for Ubuntu, despite having permission.
Not a too complicated issue I think: I've given my webcam permission through Flash to operate on a particular website, but it won't work anyway. For whatever reason the webcam is just not turning on. I use Google Chrome for Ubuntu 12.04 if that helps
