Full motion animation not displayed in preview

Captivate 3 has stopped displaying full motion animation in
its in-built preview. The 'normal' Captivate slides play fine but
for the duration of slides which are full motion, a blank white
frame is displayed. Once the normal slides begin again everything's
fine.
I have installed Flash 10 Player but that hasn't made any
difference. The most obvious thing I have done recently which could
affect Captivate is that I installed Flash 8 a few days ago.
When published or previewed in a web browser the full motion
animations play correctly.

It would be great if the Captivate team could address this

Just drag the divider line between the preview pane and the message list all the way to the edge so the preview is completely closed. Selected messages will open in a new window with a double-click or the return key.

Raw files not displayed in preview

In Elements 10, are raw files STILL not displayed in preview in Windows 7?

Thanks for your reply, Ken, but when I do the Get photos-From Files and folders thing Elements did the same thing it does for jpeg files but then I still can't see the raws. HOWEVER, this morning after reading your message I went back to Elements to get that message that Elements gave me after trying to get the raw files, so that I could quote it to you, and there were all the raw files that I had gotten and tried to view yesterday. So dawn breaks on Marblehead and I realize that maybe Elements has to be refreshed in order to see the raw files. Thanks Ken!

Animation not displaying properly in Firefox

My animation not displaying properly in Firefox. I have searched this forum and others but am only able to find outdated solutions (such as updating to the latest release of Animate). I am on the most current versions of Animate and Firefox and still having problems. Does anyone know of a solution to this, or can direct me to a discussion that already covers it?
An interesting thing to note is that only the center tree is acting differently, though the commands for each seem to be the same. Also the small mountains are fine, but not Mt Rainier.

In case anyone else runs into this issue, I was able to resolve it by rebuilding those portions of the animation.

Edge animation not displaying in IE9

I have a simple, small edge animation implemented in my muse file and it displays fine in Firefox, but not in IE9. Any ideas?

Can we define terms so we know we're talking about the same thing? When you say "capture or insert animation" I'm a little confused about several parts of that description. Is your animation a SWF file (ShockWave Flash)? Or is it perhaps a FLV (FLash Video)? Or might it be an inserted AVI file (Windows audio-video) such as you might take from a video camera?
So I guess, first, my confusion has to do with the definition of the "animation" file, since in the strictest terms, any of those might qualify as animation, but in fact, each might be treated differently.
I am also somewhat confused by your use of the word "capture". How do you capture the animation. Are you referring to a full-motion slide within the project? Or are you using some other program to "capture" something that is animated in nature?

Bridge CC not displaying thumbnail/preview large PSD (win7)

Hello!
Latest Bridge CC, will not display thumbnail or preview of many of my large (1.5-3gb) PSD files.
1) I have PURGED CACHE in Prefs
2) I've individual cleared cache for individual PSDs.
So, I just see the generic icon.
My only reason for even using Bridge is to visually select from my large PSD/TIFFS without having to open them first.
I'm pretty sure these same files previewd when I was running CS6 Bridge. Lightroom 5's import will show the preview.

It was strange since the thumbnails work in CS5.1 and 6
Then you must have set them before to a larger amount, I believe the default is 1000 MB and has been so for as long as I can remember
But I'm not sure about the generic icon because usually it shows a low quality thumb with black border, like the ones you get when using 'Prefer embedded' as quality.

WF 14500015 approvers not displayed in preview

We need to implemengt the Item level appr WF 14500015 for SHC based on the Cost centre in the SHC line items . I am trying to test the WF in DEV system .I copied the std implementationm code in a custom implem,entation "SAP_LIA_BADI_EX_SIMP" and actiavted the same.Also enabled the event linkage for the same WF. The WF gets triggered and the approval table is populated correctly in the BADI with the detaisl for the approvers from table bbpt_wfl_lia_def. Now the issue: In the Approval preview,when I clcik on the link "ITEM APROVAL",the approver names are not displayed.Under the column "TO BE APPROVED BY",I see the text "No approvers". In BBP_PD,under the work item ID,I see the foll:

There are 4 approvers(2 for each line in SC with 2 line items) populated in the badi...Suprisingly when I see the inbox of the approvers,I can see the work item in the approvers inbox.

if the SC is not yet order then only you can see the status as 'TO BE APPROVED BY' in the approval preview from first level.. if the SC is ordered then the status of the first level would be something like " Awaiting for approval since".. check any OSS notes..

Nav bar sub menu and Slideshow not displaying in preview?

Hi,
My website, markmillerdesign.com hosted by godaddy is not displaying the sub menu or the images to the slide show.
I had to relink all of my assets because my computer was restored, but they all work until i preview in a browser or upload site.
My Nav menu is set to show all pages but the sub menu is still not working or coming up?
I have even made new slideshows and reinstalled images but they still do not come up in preview mode or on the web.
Is there a way I can diag this? Any ideas?

CSS not displaying in preview

For some reason, with one particular site I am working on,
when I preview my page, the CSS styles do not display - they show
as a default font. However, I know the file is linked and in the
correct location in the root folder. All the CSS shows up fine in
design mode and when i upload the page to my server, just not when
i preview in any browser.
it's just kind of annoying and slowing me down - any idea why
this might be happening?

Is the stylesheet linked with a root relative link? Are you
using temp
files to preview the page?

Dear Experts,
Am executing J1INQEFILE and I get 3 excel files and one text format file, out of 3 excel file one deductee file in this vendor address is not displaying in full as maintained in Vendor Master, it is fetching one one filed of vendor master, BUT I NEED ALL THE FILEDS WHICH ARE MAITAINED IN VENDOR MASTER.

Email body not displaying but preview shows text.

Hi,
I have been experiencing a consistent problem with emails from one sender. When I open mail I see who the message is from and a preview of the first few words of text, if I then open this message it displays no text at all. If I forward the message all of the text becomes present.
Any ideas what might be causing this? It displays fine on Mobileme and Apple mail on the Mac, it just seems to be an iPhone bug.
Any help greatly appreciated.

This just started happening to me. I can see all my email and I can see a few lines of preview text. But the message will not display when I tap on it.
I deleted the IMAP account from the phone and then re-added it. Still didn't fix it.
Did a restart of the phone like other poster suggested and it fixed it. Still seems like a pretty weird bug.
IMAP server is Zimbra. iOS 4 on the phone.

Some Cyrillic fonts not displaying in Preview PDF

Hi,
Times New Roman (and potentially other fonts) are not displaying in Cyrillic for me. Arial and other fonts work fine.
When I copy the blank-appearing section into Word, I can see the text.
Has anyone else had this issue?

I have some doubts that your problem is really the same as the big 10.6.7 one being reported, e.g.

You might want to check with your agency to see if they are doing anything different on their end.

Why does image animation not display in project preview or published?

Most of my slides involve 4 images. I've staggered their appearance at .3, .5, .7 and .9 seconds. All works well when I preview the individual slide. But previewing the project, or publishing it, results in them all appearing simultaneously at .0 seconds. How do I correct this?

Thanks for your reply. I checked the timelines and they look correct. Of course, I can see the timelines only in the preview of the individual slides, when the animation works fine. Capturing the slide preview timelines would therefore not help with the problem. Once I preview the entire project, the timelines are not accessible, and the images 4 images appear all at once at .0 seconds rather than sequentially at .3. .5 .7 and .9 as in the slide preview. What is most puzzling is that some of my projects, with the same settings as far as I can determine, work just fine in both the slide only and project preview.

Emails not displaying in preview pane

Lately, I have noticed that my emails are not always displaying in the preview pane.
At first I thought that I needed to wait for what seems like ages for the adverts to load. However, even when the adverts ARE loaded it is hit and miss as to whether messages appear in the preview pane when clicking on them.
Of course I can double click on them to open in full page mode but this is not supposed to be necessary.
I am accessing my emails via the BT Yahoo web page, not a thiird party client such as Windows Live Mail, Outlook Express etc.
Anybody else seeing this?

Animations not wanted are previewing.

Hello,
I'm on page 2 of an InDesign file. I've played around a bit with doing some animation on the page, but, because I'm not getting what I want, I've basically turned off all animation on the page. But, when I go to the animation menu and do a full spread preview, it continues to show a fading in of most of the objects on the page. A very, very slow fade-in as a matter of fact. This is happening even though there aren't any animations on the page! Why?
