Full OS crash twice today

Question

Hey all
I upgraded to SL last week. All's been fine until today. I got to work and after about an hour, I got a full system hang/crash - the one where the screen goes dim and the little message in multiple languages tells you you need to hold down the power button then press it again to power back on. At the time, I has typing an email into Outlook 2003 inside a VMWare Fusion session of WinXP. When OS X came back up and I logged in, I submitted the report and went on with my day.
Twenty minutes ago the same full system hang/crash happened again. This time I was typing into MS Word 2008 having just CMD-TABbed from a Terminal session. Before I click OK on the "Report a Problem" window, I thought I would paste the details in here to see if anyone else is getting this problem.

Heya
The panic's have continued on and off still with no real pattern. Well, I think I have been pushing the left or right arrow key on my external USB keyboard (a UK Microsoft Ergo 3000 - think it's 3000) in various apps (Firefox text boxes, Word 2008 or Outlook inside VMWare). That's just what I think I've been pressing so could be a complete red herring.
The crashes happen from 0 to 3 times a day. Very annoying as I usually have a bunch of apps and windows open and it's a pain to get up and working again.
I actually just downloaded VMWare Fusion 2.06. We'll see if that fixes anything.
Thanks for the feedback guys.
Oh, and I don't have Bootcamp installed and no additional passwords on the machine and I don't have the encrypted /Users turn on.
