Full screen mode annoyingly pops up...Help!

I usually use photoshop (cs6) in full screen mode with menu bar. Often I use the window+d shortcut to return to the desktop. From here, whatever window I open, ie my browser, explorer, etc, photoshop pops up in the background minus all the menu bars. This is very annoying because it means I cannot work with files on my desktop. Is there a fix to this? I really hope so. I've included an example below.

I know this may sound strange, but see if you notice any difference if after you open a document you float the document window and then go to fullscreen in photoshop.

Comment and Markup Toolbar in Full Screen Mode

I am not able to open comment and markup toolbar when I am reading a PDF in full screen mode. Can anybody help me in resolving this issue?
I want that toolbar should be visible. I do not want to use keyboard shortcut.
It works fine when the PDF is in normal mode(Not in full screen mode).

Figured this one out myself. Apparently if you move your cursor to the top of the screen in full screen mode the toolbar drops down. Then there's a little lock symbol you can click to make it stay down. Basically it works like the launch bar on the desktop.

'Pop-up to confirm' window in full screen mode

Hi Guys
In a SAP standard WDA application on clicking a link the application calls a pop-up(create_popup_to_confirm) window centered on the screen. I need to open the pop upwindow in full-screen mode. Changing/increasing size is not acceptable. Is this possible for pop-up window? If so , can you please help?

I tested with parameters window_height and window_width of method create_pop_up_to_confirm and they seem to be working. I tested it on Netweaver 7.02 Release ( Maybe this feature is enabled ).
yeah Manas .. it was with Netweaver 7.01 only they r not working .. search the SAP online help
Also if you have to increase the height and widht of rootelement then you have to call method create_window to call an already existing view as Pop Up

Please help: Linking from PDF to other PDF's that open in a new window... but NOT in full screen mode!?

I have a project where a PDF is viewed in full screen mode when opened, from within this I wish to link to a variety of other PDF's.
Creating the links is simple, however I can not work out how to control the new window so that the new PDF opens with the toolbars and menus, ie not in full screen mode.
Any help would be apreciated, google is not my friend on this one.

I thought I had, but what seemed to be happening was that the Linked PDF was
adopting the full screen property of the original PDF. I'll give it another

Please help, cannot compare images in full screen mode

I am not able to compare 2 images in full screen mode. I am using a MBP and a ACD 23". The main image will remain in the ACD while the image being compare is being shown in the MBP.
I am able to compare images in the viewer mode.
My main display is the ACD 23 which I selected using the display preferences under 'Arrangement' with the menu bar located on the ACD. In Aperture, Secondary Viewer is set to Blank.
I had also tried different combinations of Main Viewer and Secondary Viewer settings but was not successful.
Am I missing something? Anyone have the solution?Thanks in advance for any help.

Anyone have any suggestions to using Aperture to edit images using a MBP and ACD so that it best utilize Aperture full screen mode in comparing and narrowing down to the pick.
I am now trying to use the MBP as the main display and ACD as the secondary. This way I am able to compare images with the MBP in the Browser mode and the ACD display the compare images full screen. It work with the secondary display - ACD set to mirror, span and alternate mode.
It would be best if only one screen is use and hence save energy consumption (reducing global warming and bill, if it help).

Cannot get slide show in full screen mode to come up on secondary monitor regardless of how I set up show it always opens on primary screen. Need some help here.

Slide show in PowerPosint for mac 2011 on iMac will not open full screen mode on secondary monitor. Regardless of how I set the slide show preferences it always opens on primary monior with secondardy monitor having totally balck screen. Need some help if anyone else has run into this problem.

Having trouble streaming NBA league pass from my MBP to my TV in full screen mode, help please.

So i have the Moshi mini dp and the apple hdmi cable. I cannot stream from my MBP to my TV in FULL sceen mode cleanly with 720p resolution. When NOT hooked up to my TV the MBP has no problem going fullscreen perfectly, then, when I connect the mini dp to the MBP and TV it gets messed up on both the TV and MBP. The last caveat is that it streams PERFECTLY in NON full screen mode, but, the second I change it to full screen, blamo! It gets all messed up. One thing I did that is really just a 'work around' was decreased my resolution, no longer 720p >:( and this is not satisfactory to me. Any suggestions?

For faster editing iMovie 08 & 09 uses single-field processing. This means every other horizontal line of the video is thrown out, which reduces the sharpness of the footage. iMovie 06 uses all of the image, I think you will find it looks better.
iMovie 06 and iDVD 09 is a terrific combination.

Safari doesn't include a Home page, but does allow for a multitude of book marks. In addition, there numerous other browsers available in the apps store. Some of them will allow for setting Home page if it is that important to you (personally, I don't miss it).
The bookmarks bar can be be hidden from the setting app. There is no real tool bar in Safari.
You might want to take a look through the User Guide and learn a little more about how the iPad works, if you haven't already.

I can't play videos (youtube for example) unless it is in full screen mode. The audio works in either, but the video only shows in full screen. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

OK. I misstated this. I have a number of Smart Mailboxes with their specific rules in which to route certain topics to specify mailboxes. I am trying to not have to create each Smart Mailbox on each computer.
The problem is that when I am on the road I add contacts, bookmarks, keychain items, contacts into my laptop and vice versa when home. I would just like to have those Sync on both computers. Seems like it should be easy, but it hasn't been.
I really don't think I have anything "non-standard." A few Smart Mailboxes, a couple of signatures, thats pretty much it.

Aperture full screen mode has an annoying imperfection.

Hello I wonder if anyone can help?
I use Apperture 2 for creating a catalogue of my paintings. On the viewer window, when in full screen mode, there is a bright white tiny window on the bottom of the selected image. This little window has two arrows on it.
Is there any way of eliminating or at least fading this window, so that it does not detract from the image?

Every time i try to enlarge a video to a full screen mode, my Macbook reboots! This started to happen after i upgraded my firefox to 4.0.1. ! This is really annoying.

I have a Mac-book, i always use Firefox and never Safari nor anything else! I had it on for a long time, never done any sever crashes! but just a few days ago, Firefox asked for an upgrade which I've done. Now every time I try to run an online video "through the Firefox page" on a full screen mode, my mac reboots! Just when i click full screen :@
It never happened before.
I shall mention that this fault happens from time to time! and most videos run slow most of the time.
I am very sure that it's not my laptop!
