FullScreen always support in FlashLite 2.x enabled phones

I was wondering this. is the fullscreen options a matter of the device or the the flashplayer installed. i guess its a matter of the device because i have read that sony ericsson doesnt support fullscreen which would mean that a flash application design for full screen would look awful in none fullscreen modus.  does anybody know about this?

A nice cheap phone is the Nokia 6630. You can find them on
eBay and install FL2.1. Also...

  • Track nokia gps enabled phone from pc

hey, im starting this post to get info for me and for others because i believe that this is such an important feature in our nokia phones that we must maximise.
my question is, are there any programs where users can track there gps enabled phones from their pc?? Im sure all you nokia lovers would love to feel safe knowing that if your expensive smartphones go missing or stolen, you can track it down very easily.
i have heard of a shareware app called "phone guardian" for phones where the phone can be tracked via gps, however this can be removed via a hard reset. there must be a FREE way to access gps info of our phones at anytime from our pc without our phones needing to connect to any networks whatsoever and just the free gps satellite.
if ANYONE on this forum who knws anything about this topic, plz comment below because im sure every nokia user would want to knw the answer to this question.
    thanks
If iv helped in anyway, hit the kudos button

Mate no one got offended in any reply. i said his tone seemed negative because i was up for possibilities, not impossibilities. haha dont know how this line could ever started something like this
Anyways, since we are all grown ups here, when you want to act as a peer mediator, try to exclude statements such as "I don't think there was anything offensive in Psychomania's 1st reply" because statements like these dont solve anything, they just show that you're being biased and taking sides... and so if i were you, the only post i would remove from this thread is your own
plz anyone feel free to comment on this post, and i hope the comments arn't gonna be about sissy talk but actual answers to my question because isnt that the reason why there is a discussion board for nokia users?

  • What happens when an internet enabled phone...

    ...encounters a website using Flash?
Basically, I'm wondering how web-enabled phones handle Flash
if they don't have Flash Lite 1 or 2.
As a North American, I'm wondering what the impetus is to
develop mobile Flash content if the phones can't use it.
    Thanks.

Well if it's the only remaining channel link, the port-channel goes down.  If not the only remaining channel link, the port-channel continues without it.  As you note, you lose bandwidth and I believe traffic will be rehashed across the remaining channel links, which can result in less optimal load distribution.
Protocols like STP or a routing protocol shouldn't see a link outage or flap.

  • Java enabled phones?

This is probably a very rudimentary question, but how many phones today are java-enabled (in the sense it can run midlets)? 20%? 50%? 90%? Is there a list of manufacturers and models somewhere?

I think only 5-10% of the phones today are Java enabled - only applies to GSM Networks. Motorola's iDen has bragging rights about deploying Java enabled phones since they introduced the i50sx. Japanese network also has been using Java enabled phones.
Anyway, the top GSM phone manufacturers, Nokia, Siemens, Sony-Ericsson, Motorola, will be releasing Java enabled phones soon. Nokia 7210, 7650, Siemens SL45i, M50, Sony-Ericsson's P800 are all Java enabled.

Adding some tiles to my Band shows the 'Notifications are not supported in this version of Windows Phone' error.
The affected tiles include calls, mail, Facebook, Cortana and Facebook messenger. My Lumia 630 is running on the version 8.10.14234.375 of WP8.1 Preview for Developers. Microsoft Health is Version 1.3.10424.1. Microsoft Health is allowed to run

Never mind. It's actually working now.
The health app wasn't presenting me with a request to access notifications. Strangely on the 4th or 5th time opening the app it did.

  • Performance testing of gateway of GPS enabled phone

    Hi All,
We have a GPS enabled phone which uses Apache/Tomcat as the gateway server. We want to do Stress/Load testing on this gateway server for say 500,1000....users. This web server (Apache/Tomcat) is the phone gateway that allows coomunication from & to the phone. This server typically handles communication with the phone like GET POSITION, SEND MESSAGE, SHUT DOWN....
We are told to use the Motorola iDEN Emulator for i730 to emulate a phone. We have the GPS position information for the tests in a txt file.
    (1) Has any one in the forum done this type of testing? If yes can you please send me ur e-mail ID so that I can discuss things out.
    (2) Does the above mentioned emulator have the capability like we feed the GPS position of say different users & the emulator can transmit the data to the Gateway server or Will we have to write some piece of code to make this happen?
    (3) Can anyone let me know of any load testing tool that can be used in this scenario?
Anyone willing to get in touch with me directly can send a direct e-mail to me at [email protected]
An urgent reply from all you techies will be appreciated.
    Warm Regards,

  • Change to Wifi enabled phone?

With my Nokia Lumia930, if I am inside someones house, i.e my own, friends or relitives I will not get signal; and are dependent on wifi messages apps such as Facebook or Whatsapp.  Obvisouly I need to be able to recive calls from other people and not just my friends and family, which I cannot do.  So would it possible to change my Lumia930 for a wifi calling enabled phone? From the EE website I see a grand total of 6 phones that are compatible. would I be able to switch to any of these? Or am I bound to a phone that practically doesn't work....

    Hi,
EE don't guarantee any coverage indoors or 100% of the time.
Unless you buy another phone then EE will not exchange your phone.
    Thanks,
    Stuart

  • Site to Azure replication - always get errors when trying to enable protection for a virtual machine

I just setup my Azure account with Storage and Azure Site Recovery.
All the servers are registered and I can see my host server configurations in Azure.
But as soon as I can try to Enable Protection, after about 10 minutes I always get this error
Unable to complete the request. Operation on the xxx.xxx.local server timed out.
Try the operation again. (Provider error code: 2924)
(But the way the xxx.xxx.local server is the name of the underlying Hyper-V host running SCVMM and my test machine to be protected. Is that the right machine Azure should be communicating with?)
This happens if I initiate the protection from Azure or from SCVMM.
The server I want to enable protection for is quite small and there appears to be no problem with my Internet connection.
    Prerequisites check
    Identifying replication target work okay
And after the failure, Updating Provider states also completes okay
Would folks have an idea where else I could be looking?
    Thanks

Hi, can you please check if network proxy settings configured in the Microsoft Azure Recovery Services Agent are correct. This agent running on the Hyper-V host needs to be able to reach Azure. (You can find more details about this here: http://blogs.technet.com/b/virtualization/archive/2014/07/07/azure-site-recovery-authenticated-proxy-server.aspx)
If that is correct, please look at event logs at “Applications and Services Logs->MicrosoftAzureRecoveryServices->Replication” and
traces at a location like C:\Program Files\Microsoft Azure Recovery Services Agent\Temp.
