Fullscreen on CD not working

I have followed instructions for creating fullscreen .swf
file as final captivate to be viewed from CD ROM.
Autorun is as follow:

I have burned multiple CD's and they all open an
IE window that is not full screen. What am I doing wrong or not
getting?
If I burn a "Standalone" copy using .exe, will this open FS?
Does the .exe run on PC without Flash Player?
I have searched the forums so if this has been asked, I could
not find a clear answer.

I was able to get it to work, but not using CP, Flash or
MenuBuilder. I edited the "..._fs.htm" web page in Dreamweaver,
adding my own info and button but keeping the link to "real" .htm
and .swf page.
As far as the loading, it seems CD ROMs cannot load large
intial files with [autorun]. At least that is my experience. My
main .swf with .swf advanced compression was only 12M.
Nevertheless, if I burned an .exe, and it added my external .swf
and .flv files, it made it about 24M. It just would not load on a
laptop.
Don't know how to post screen shot in forum. Here is the

Zoom not working and fullscreen image preview not working. !

I have updated the latest mountain lion. After this i am not able to zoom in using the control key and two finger upside slide on trackpad and also the image preview which before i could see fullscreen by spreading out two fingers is not working now. Mine is even weirder, but maybe I can help.
First, a number of people are reporting that the zoom feature seems to stop working after the computer goes to sleep. You get it back if you reboot. However, a simpler solution is that you can move the cursor to a screen corner - one you have set up to start a screen saver - and when you move the cursor away to stop the screen saver, the zoom works again. Still a bug, but fairly easy to deal with until your computer goes to sleep again.
Mine is really weird because, as I was working to try to get zoom to work before finding out this other stuff, somehow I ended up with a situation where if I turn on zoom, the screen instantly zooms and I can't get it to unzoom except by turning off zoom. However, even though zoom is then turned off, I can zoom the screen as if it is on!
So, besides trying the trick of activating the screen saver, you might try turning off zoom and see if it will still zoom.

I installed Gnome3 (with gnome-shell) and have one problem.
Fullscreen flash video (youtube, etc.) not working. When i click on fullscreen button, the video just freezes.
In Gnome2 or KDE4 I not have this problem.
Kernel version: 2.6.38.5-1
Nvidia driver version: 270.41.06-1
Flash version: 10.2.159.1-2 (mms.cfg: EnableLinuxHWVideoDecode=1)

OverrideGPUValidation = 1
to /etc/adobe/mms.cfg

Fscommand(fullscreen...not working

i am trying to use the fscammand("fullscreen", ture); to make
myvideo adjust to the user's resolution and it is not working. the
site is mortgagemaestro.net.

fscommand FullScreen is STRICTLY for desktop use and has no
apply to browser.
In browser you need to use old, regular Javascript full
screen function.

The "Best for built-in display" was already checked.
I tryed toggling the option to see if that fixed it, but it didn't work.

You're probably getting this from all angles but the newest update to Flash Player (10.3.183.7)   JUST DOES NOT WORK PROPERLY.
I keep my browsers up to date and as of today (5 Sept 2011) Flash WORKS in "small pane in browser" mode (for example, in Youtube) BUT GOES BLANK AS SOON AS FULLSCREENED.
Note that overlay captions and the pause / play graphics DO all work - it is only the video decompression that doesn't - leave screen blank and black.
This is BOTH in FireFox 7.0 and in latest Google Chrome: I have carefully uninstalled & replaced Flash form the links you posted here and IT STILL DOES NOT WORK in fullscreen.
You really should NOT release new version of auto-updating code like this that are not properly tested: this has mucked up video viewing for millions of people needlessly.
Is it because of the new accelerator support ?   who knows.    This is a mid-life Toshiba Satellite Pro   (we don't all go out and buy new PCs every ten weeks like you developers do) and it has a P4 and standard onboard Intel 82852 graphics: perfectly fine up to last week.     But it has 64MB of graphics space and I see that 10.3.183.7 now "requires"   128MB ?       You just cannot make assumptions like that : I bet there are 50 million plus PCs out there with 64MB (or less) VGA RAM.
Adobe is a lovely product, but this is a complete and utter bal*ls-up as we in the UK call it:      please excuse my anglo-saxon directness.    Sort it out, please.

Thanks for your rapid feedback.
YES - you are right - turning off hardware accelerate FIXES it on this machine.
(For anyone else trying this, note that if your PC is busy you may not be able to get the Right-click menu to work while the video is displaying, so PAUSE it first, then right click in the pane,   choose "Settings", and UNtick the hardware acceleration tickbox. Then unpause, and bob's your uncle.)
Interesting: Chris - I also notice that   Not All Videos Do it     - some are fine (adverts seem to be, on youtube) - but this (below) is an example of the one which will not fullscreen with the HW acceleration on (nice watching, too :-)

NB Might it have anything to do with the transcoding YouTube are supposedly doing, over to VP8 ?     I wonder if they change the content of the stream, when you choose fullscreen perhaps ?   And so perhaps confusing the HW accelerator which may not know VP8 ?

My own built fullscreen mode flv player is not working in Mac OS

I built a flv player, it is just a normal video player with a
fullscreen mode.
The video player is work fine in Window IE, FF, and Safari.
But not not working in Mac OS X, leopard & tiger &
May I know what might cause this problem?

I am running Mac OS X 10.10.1 Yosemite and iPhoto Version 9.6 (910.29). Automatic updates in the Mac App Store is turned on for my iMac and it shows no updates available. I was told directly by Apple Support on the date that I wrote this article (Nov 8, 2014) that there were no Canon drivers and photo transfer software that worked with Yosemite. I was told by Canon that the workaround was to change the communication method from Normal to PTP on the camera, which did provide a solution. At that time I was running Mac OS X 10.10 (because the 10.10.1 update was not yet available) and the most up-to-date version of iPhoto for Mac OS X 10.10 that was available at that time, at least per the Mac App Store. With the Mac OS X 10.10.1 update if the camera is in PTP communications mode the thumbnails now appear in the Import screen in iPhoto almost immediately. So it appears that there is still something not working properly between the original Canon EOS Digital Rebel and Mac OS X Yosemite 10.10.1 when the communications mode on the camera is set to Normal.

Buttons not working in fullscreen mode

Hi everyone,
I have a site where our Flash content can be sent to fullscreen by the user. When in fullscreen mode, in some computers the buttons within the content and the mouse stop working completely. It still exits from fullscreen by clicking the escape buttons.
I have a Win XP computer where it works in Firefox and IE but won't work within Chrome. They both have the latest player installed.
I have a Windows Vista where it does not work in any browser.
On a Linux box (version 10,1,53,64) it works on any browser.
On another Win XP computer with version 10.0.45.2 it works with any browsers.
On some Macs it works, on some it doesn't.
The swf file was produced with Flash CS3.
Any ideas?

For that matter, the "return to menu" which is set to a Main button type, isn't working either. that is one of the three. After i had removed the damaged button and copied it from another it worked. Then i simply edited the text of a different button (mind you one that still works) and the "return to menu" quit along with the bottom 2 buttons. I just can't figure it out. I have shut the app down and restarted and nothing seems to be working

Fullscreen video not working in 11.3

since i upgraded flash player to 11.3, videos have stopped going full-screen. on firefox, the smaller video disappears, and my screen freezes. on ie9, it just pops-up "Internet Explorer has stopped working", and i have to restart ie. why is this happening, and how can i fix it

MozCancelFullScreen() not working and firefox not exiting fullscreen even though this function was called on document

I have a container which gets into full screen mode using mozRequestFullScreen() API but I want to get back to non-fullscreen mode after one of my custom event is fired.
As soon as my custom event is fired, I call mozCancelFullScreen() API to exit full screen but this seems to be not working. Firefox is not exiting fullscreen even though this function was called on document.
I have to press "Esc" to get into non-fullscreen mode.
I am uding Firefox 21.0 version.

Fullscreen mode not working in aperture after upgrading to Lion

I recently upgraded to Lion and Aperture is not working at all in Full screen mode. I have followed the ideas in the forum (unchecking the preferences for spaces) and nothing has worked. I have reinstalled the Aperure update and this did not work either. Any other ideas?

Try this:
if Aperture is running, quit;
control click Aperture's icon in the dock;
in the menu that pops up, navigate to the Options sub-menu;
make sure "None" is selected in the "Assign To" section at the bottom.
Mine was originally set to "This Desktop", probably as a hold-over from Snow Leopard, where I had Aperture assigned to its own Space. After I updated to Lion, Aperture was misbehaving in full screen mode until I changed it to "None".

Oregon Trail does not work after update to Leopard...any thoughts?

After installing the software, whenever I attempt to open it, it opens the first "learning software" screen in fullscreen and seems to be flawless, but then it quits back to the desktop unexpectedly.
Any ideas on how to get this to work? (the oregon trail website is practically useless)

This was a major upgrade for OS X.
The "10" in 10.5 references the base underlying operating system. The "5" in 10.5 indicates that it has MAJOR changes in the software code. The "1" in 10.5.1 indicates a MINOR change.
It would be like in the WINDOWS world WINDOWS 3.1 was replaced by WINDOWS 98. Then 98 was replaced by various versions of WINDOWS 2000, then WINDOWS XP. Finally VISTA.
Each one these left some software behind that would not work with the newer version. My point is that "OS X" is the name of the operating system and the ".5" is the latest version. And even Apple has to leave some software behind when it upgrades or the operating system would become too cumbersome and probably unstable if it had to be compatible with software from the beginning of time.

My 2012 Macbook Air Keyboard and Trackpad Not Working

This all started last weekend when I installed the latest updates from Apple. The reboot and startup went fine, and nothing happened for a couple of hours, but while I was reading on the Kindle app (fullscreen), the trackpad stopped working. The keyboard stopped working too. Only the power button worked.
Since I received both a Growler and Notification Alert while this was going on, I assume everything else in the background is working just fine, but the keyboard and trackpad simply are not working. I rebooted the machine and it was working just fine. I dismissed it as a one-off occurance.
However the same issue occured a few hours ago, this time with the Safari screen full-screen. Since I was home, I've added a regular USB keyboard and mice, and that's how I'm typing this out on my Macbook Air at the moment
Like I said, this all started after I installed the OSX 10.8.4 updates onto my machine. I've never had a prior issue with the keyboard and trackbar until yesterday.
Any advice?
