Funciona muy bajo el audio en Face Time iPhone5

El audio de Face Time funciona muy bajo de volumen (casi no se oye) tanto en mi iPhone5 como en mi iPad.
No se como subir el volumen, el general de los aparatos está ya al máximo.
¿Podeis ayudarme?.
Gracias.

  • No audio with Face Time

Can anyone tell me if they've had problems with face time.  I'm not able to hear any audio with face time.  I can listen to music and you tube clips so I know its not the speaker.  Any help would be appreciated.

  • My audio on face time won't work with external speakers plugged in

I have a fairly new iMac. My husband bought me some Bose speakers and when I try to face time with the speakers plugged in I do not get any audio.

Facetime has not been available on iPads purchased in the UAE for years.
Although Facetime can work in the UAE on devices which do have it I don't know why you have not been able to use it in iOS 7.

  • How can i change the setting for audio-video for my face time to built in only so i can have my skype camera ?

    Good evening,
The last few days my I lost the ability on Skype to be seen by the other party ... I can see them but they cannot see me. At the same time my Face Time sent me some messages error.
When I open my Skype and go to Preference and go to audio/video I see my image ... and when I go back to make a call the camera is off (no light). When I look at the bottom where I can have a drop  down arrow I have Face Time (built in).
On my other Macpro  (that work well) I have at the same place  built-in only.
Cannot change anything on my MacBook air ... no drop in.
Please Help and thank you !

There are no settings for video resolution or frame rate.

  • How Do I Improve Audio Quality on Face Time

Can anyone advise how I can improve the audio quality on Face Time?
Video is acceptable, but audio sounds like a long distance phone call back in the bad old days, lots of background noise and voices barely audible.
I don't think its my internet connection, currently ADSL2+, Line speed 4.9Mbps, download speed 617KB/s

    Welcome to Discussions, Little Eddy
Depending on whether you mean sound you hear or how you sound to others, here are some ideas for your consideration:
    (1) Call from an area with less background noise.
    (2) Use an iPhone. Its sound quality is superior to iPod touch.
    (3) Try http://store.apple.com/us/product/MB770G/B It sounds better in my tests than internal mic.
    (4) For FaceTime on your iMac, sit closer to the Mac's mic. Also test speaking louder.
    (5) For FaceTime on your Mac, try a USB mic like http://store.apple.com/us/product/T6831LL/A
    (6) Both you and your connection should test with other users to determine who has the problem.
    (7) If sound you hear from other end, ask your contact to double check that his mic is not obstructed by a case, fingers, etc.

  • Face Time Audio available? If so, how to activate it?

HI there. Anybody knows if FaceTimeAudio only is available? I can do only full Face Time with video.
My understanding was, that this feature will be available in iOS7 and when released, also in Maverics.
    Am I missing something?
    Thanks, mp

I agree, you can even find this info several places on the internet - that facetime audio should be supported on Mavericks as well.
I am in the same situation ... I can not see that it has been implemented in Mavericks yet ???
    This is taken from wiki
    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/FaceTime
    FaceTime Audio[edit]
A new audio-only version of FaceTime, named FaceTime Audio, was announced during the annual Apple Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC) keynote speech on June 10, 2013, and released with iOS 7 on September 18, 2013, and OS X Mavericks in Fall (Northern Hemisphere)/Spring (Southern Hemisphere) 2013. As a new audio-only version of FaceTime, it effectively makes the protocol into a voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP), that competes with other mainstream providers in the field, including Skype (Microsoft), et al.
Based on the same AAC-ELD audio protocol, the service provides high quality audio. The iOS 7 betas limited FaceTime Audio to calls placed on a Wi-Fi network (the same original limitation of the video version of FaceTime), but the final release has removed that restriction to allow it to work over 3G and LTE data connections, as is the case with most carriers and plans with regard to FaceTime with video. Like the video version, FaceTime Audio is currently only available between Apple devices.

  • Ipad2 face time low and static audio at the receiving end

iPad 2 face time audio is very low and  alot of static at the receiving end. Any suggestions on how to have a clear sound?

    Hi tizoast,
    Umm, Odd.
You seem to be saying that iChat has the correct Mic/sound input slected in the drop down in iChat > Preferences > Video section > Drop down.
You also see to have the setting in Sytem Preferences > Sound > Input tab.
You say that recording in other apps is ok with this set up and we have looked at the Bit rate of the MIDI device in the post above.
At this time I can not thimk of anything more to try.
I will sleep on this and post again if I think of anything.
Edit: Possibly deleting com.apple.ichat.plist will make iChat reset the readings it is getting from other sources.
Deleting this and restarting ichat recreates the .plist but you lose any saved Status Message, Font style, Bubble colours and other less visible things like Individual sound alerts.

  • Face Time voice "this audio was recorded..."

    Hi there,
I just set up my new iPad 2 and was trying to use face time. When the connection is estblished there is a female voice that says all the time in an endless loop: "this audio was recorded with using a trial vesion of wire tap?"
Who do i get rid of this?
    Thank you for help
    donalessandro

NO.  If you purchased the phone in Saudi, then FaceTime is permanently disabled on the phone and even if you go to India you will NEVER be able to get it on that phone.
You will never be able to get FaceTime on that phone and if you want it, then the only option that you have is to buy a new phone from a country that does not ban FaceTime.

  • How do I get an audio alert for Face Time?

I cannot get my iPad to alert me with incoming calls on Face Time?

there might be an app for that, but there is no built in feature already on the mac like that.

  • Face time audio can only be hear if playing a song on iTunes

When I face time I can't hear the other person speaking unless I'm playing a song on iTunes.  Has this happened to anyone else?

I forgot to add that this is on my MacBook Pro

  • WHY IS FACE TIME FAILING?!

There seems to be a problem with face time, not only with Iphone but with Ipod as well, according to my friend who owns an ipod. Either the screen stays stuck in the previous end image of face time, or it just shows a black screen for you OR the other person you are face timing with. The Audio is available, long behold it is failing greatly after the last few updates. I have tried resetting my phone countless times, but in due time it begins to happen again. Also when the phone is help vertically the face time view on the screen appears horizontal, or vise-versa. please fix this problem or tell me how to fix it.
    Sincerely
    Ashlee Bedford

But, if you can't provide any details about your situation, no one will be able to help you.
Are you using FaceTime version 1.1.1? Does it open? Does it crash?

  • Using 27 monitor for face time

How do I use my macbook pro and my 27 iinch apple monitor with face time.

    Hey there trukman,
It sounds like you are using a TV as a monitor for your Mac mini, and need to know about attaching a camera to it for use with FaceTime. Here is some info about using an external camera:
    FaceTime for Mac: Troubleshooting FaceTime
A built-in FaceTime camera, an iSight camera (built-in or external), a USB video class (UVC) camera, or a FireWire DV camcorder.
Making HD video calls requires a built-in FaceTime HD camera and a 1-Mbps upstream and downstream Internet connection.
Receiving HD video calls requires a supported Intel-based Mac. For a complete list, see this article.
    A microphone.
You can use a built-in microphone, or connect an external microphone to your computer’s audio input port.
You can use compatible Bluetooth or USB microphone or headsets.
If you have multiple cameras or microphones attached to your computer, use the Video menu to select the camera or microphone you wish to use with FaceTime for Mac.
Thank you for using Apple Support Communities.
    All the best,
    Sterling
