Function Module for book Training Program for an employee

Hi All,
As we are having the Standard function module "HR_INFOTYPE_OPERATION" for PA infotypes.
So is there any function module by using that function module in program we can Book,Cancel, Rebook , Prebook a training program for an employee as we can Book,Cancel, Rebook , Prebook through transaction code PSV1 in Training Module .
And i want to know the table names where the data insert / update when we book a training program for an employee through transaction code PSV1 in Training & event Module.
can anyone help...?

I have to use a function module as driver program for sapscript and there is no any value in the form (the data are not transferred)...
but if I call the sapcript from a report with the same code as in my function module all the data are transferred OK.

Hi,
first of all it is possible to use a function module to process a SapScript form.
The mistake on your side is probably the definition of the variables that you want to pass to the form. Please make sure they are defined as global (via SE37 --> Goto --> Global Data) then it should be working.
In addition you could take a look at e.g. function module "PRINT_DUNNING_NOTICE". This is SAP standard and they are using it to print a SapScript form.

LSMW or ABAP Program:- I need BAPI function module or Direct input program

hi experts,
I have to develop the program which uploads the transportation pricing data for freight cost management.
the transcation code is XK15 for the application A.
There is a program called RV14BTCI which will uploads for the application V or M not for A.
So i can use lsmw or direct input program in both lsmw and abap program so plz help me if there is any BAPI function module or Direct input program for Application A.

Am not really sure if RV14BTCI can not be used for other applications apart from V and M.
You can try using BAPI: BAPI_PRICES_CONDITIONS. Over the forum you can find few example coding.

How can I book an employee for a training program from PD?

HI One and All,
Hope all of you Doing well...
I configured Personal Development and Training Event Management.
When I go for Profile Match-up, I found that One employee is lack-off some skills. I have a training program to fill those skills. How can I book that employee for training program from Pofile match-up screen?
Or is there any other way to book an employee for a training program from PD?

Thanks for your response, I check the option Generate training Praposals before running the profile match-up. I have created one training Event type (D) and i assigned qualification through A-028 relation.
Here one employee is lack of MS Office excellent skills for Assistant Manager position, I created Training Event (D) called MS Office training and assigned the qualification for this training program.
when I run profile match-up I got an Icon Training praposal (Tree symbol).
and also I have a column called Training , but it is blank.
I want to book that employee for that training progam (MS offcie training program), from Profile match-up screen.
I have selected the employee and I click on the Icon called Further Training. But the message is like Choose a valid line.
How can I send employee for MS Office training from profile match-up screen?
Please guide me...

Make use of the same find function with the keyword "Select" to know the database tables used.

No show of attendee for a training program (Training & Evnt Mgt)

Hi All,
I have firmly booked the Business Event with 10 attendees and the it has been conducted. But there were few absentees (say out of 10, 4 were absent for the training program)
I am able to go to Business Event and cancel. But I want to maintain records of these employees that they were scheduled and did not attend. Could anybody suggest me as to where to maintain that (remarks).

In the screen cancel attendance PV04. there is column called cancellation reason , here you can maintain remarks as reason.
Or you can add extra field column for remarks with the help of ABAP person, - Z development.
You create cancellation reasons in Customizing for Training and Event Management under Day-To-Day Activities -> Canceling -> Reasons for Attendance Cancellation. In this step, you specify whether cancellation may be free of charge for a given reason or what percentage of the event price is to be proposed as a cancellation fee per cancellation reason.
You have standard report available S_PH9_46000424, (Cancellations per Business Event). Here u will have data for each employee who has been cancelled along with reasons.
Check out these it will solve ypur problem.

Yes this is possible.
In the asset itself you have the fields Last inventory on and Include asset in inventory list
From SAP you can print barcodes (asset and asset sub number) that you can put on your assets TC S_ALR_87010137 - Bar Codes . There is a standard SAP script for this, but you can create your own one.
The date you want to use for your tracking you can get ot ouf the table ANLA
For all the barcode's reader there is software that can create a file. This file you upload with an LSMW in SAP that updates the field Last inventory on.

You can either use the standard way of locking by using :

As mentioned above create a lock object via transaction SE11.
Go to transaction se11:
--> Enter lock object name e.g EZ_IFLOS
--> Click on create
--> Enter description
--> Click on tables tab
--> Enter 'IFLOS' as table name
--> select lock mode
--. click on save and activate.
2 function modules will be created as DEQUEUE_EZ_IFLOS and ENQUEUE_EZ_IFLOS .

In each perform, doing what you wrote ; select (needed fields) from complementary-database-table into an internal table with a for all entries. sort the table. LOOP and MODIFY on i_t_data.
In some case i had to insert lines of i_t_data to an internal table of DS_structure when entering subroutine and back at exit. (on 4.6C PI 2003 if i remember)
Some optimization done when reading small tables (T001 society and the same, these are filled once and not for each packet of data.
Your idea of creating different FM is of interest, but the cost of passing i_t_data between two programs (two function groups) may overcome the gain of performance. In a job only one DataSource is processed so only one routine is actually called.
