Function Module for Revision Level.

Hi all,
Is there any function module to retrieve details of MM and PO Revision Level..
In MM it is present in basic View..in AEOI table..,but i still go for function module.

REVISION_LEVEL_SELECT
CCAP_REV_LEVEL_MAINTAIN
Also,
1.You can see this revision changes history in the version tab itself.
2.You can also get from PO - Environment - Header changes details.
3.Check the table EREV Version in Purchasing in SE16. This will give all the required details for the PO.
4.You can fetch the data from this table to appear in the PO print out.
If you want to know the material revision level as of some date then you can use function module REVISION_LEVEL_SELECT. Pass material & date and it will tell you the active revision on that date.
If you want to know the table, then AEOI where you can enter the material no in field OBJKT & AETYP as 41 (Material). You will get the list of revision levels for the material.

Bom explosion function module for bypassing phantom materials

hi,
function module "cS_BOM_EXPL_MAT_V2" is used to explode the componensts of first level only.
In my case there are components at first level are phantom assemblies so i want to drill down further to arrive at E or F part which may be at 2nd or 3rd level.
please suggest any BAPI or function module for the above requirement.

I have a requirement where a REFX contract once created has to go through a series of approvals. How do I get the dollar amount on the contract so that it can be routed to the proper level for approval? Is there a function module for this?

For the condition (amount) on contract you can get using..
BAPI_RE_CN_GET_DETAIL or
API_RE_CN_GET_DETAIL
And if you doing currency conversion there are lot of FM.

Could any one send me the sample code of function module for CDHDR and CDPOS tables for extracting the change date along with role.
Eg :

Function module for submitting order in CRM B2B

Hi Experts,
we are customizing the CRM B2B functionality. as per our reqruirement, we have 3 types of orders (docuemnts) to submit. for each order we have differnt extra fields data need to be sent to the back end system in the Header level and item level.
In this case still we can not use the standard function module to submit the document.
need to use the same standard functiona module or need to create the z function module for submitting all three orders.
Please advice.
I have another question. What the standard functiona module name for submitting the order?

We need not create any custom FM to send in extension data. Just extend the class which is called on save and overirde the
customer exits available there.
From the sales document object get header and itemlist.
ItemList itemsData = salesDocument.getItems();
HeaderData header = salesDocument.getHeaderData();
header.addExtensionData();
ItemSalesDoc[] items = itemsData.toArray();
for (int k = 0; k < items.length; k++) {
ItemSalesDoc item = new ItemSalesDoc();
item = items[k];
item.addExtensionData();
The header and item extension datas will be available in the respective place holders in the methods in BADI
CRM_ISA_BASKET_ITEMS CHANGEITEMS_BEFORE_ORDER IT_EXTENSION
CRM_ISA_BASKET_HEAD CHANGEHEAD_BEFORE_IL IT_EXTENSION
The method name and place holder in backend also given above.

Here i will recieve the INBOUND IDOCs for the Meter Reading Orders.

which Uploads the Meter Reading Results.
I copied the Same function Module into ZIDOC_INPUT_
and working on it.
Can any one suggest me, whether i am going in correct way or not.

I think you are going completely astray with you z-function module for IDoc processing.
If you look at TABLES parameter METERREADINGRESULTS (type BAPIEABLU ) of BAPI_MTRREADDOC_UPLOAD you will find many of the requested fields already:

Field EABL-ZMESSAGE appears to be custom field (at least I cannot find it on ECC 6.0). If this field was added using include CI_EABL then you probably can get these values into the BAPI using the EXTENSIONIN parameter.
Check routine CHECK_UPLOADRECORDS in the BAPI which allows two extension structures:
- BAPI_TE_EABL
- BAPI_TE_EOSB
Not surprisingly BAPI_TE_EABL contains the include CI_EABL.

Also for checking valid date:
U can specify the date field as
Select-options: s_date like likp-date(similar to ur requirement)
This itself ceck for the valid date no seperate validation needed.
