this transation can give you which all tables are updated when a SC is created.

I wanted to catch up the changed date and changed role from CDHDR (base table) and CDPOS(cluster table - item level).

Search for a function module for deleting document originals (DMS)

Hi,
I'm searching for a function module to delete originals in documents (like manually with transaction cv02n). I'm only able to set an delete mark with the module 'BAPI_DOCUMENT_DELETE'.
The module 'BAPI_DOCUMENT_CHANGE2' can only add new originals to an existing document. I need a possibility to delete all originals in an document without deleting the document itself.
Has anyone an idea?

If you are looking for the fm here it is.....
you can check this CHANGEDOCUMENT_READ_POSITIONS fm and its documentation.
If it is suitable for your requirement copy the same fm and make it remote enabled.
I think it should work for you.

Function module for FI document change with G/L line items

Hi!
Does anybody know how to change FI document with G/L line items (fields like XREF3, SGTXT, ZUONR - generally speaking, all the fields can be changed with FB02)?
FM FI_DOCUMENT_CHANGE has needed functionality and works well for account payables and account receivables line items, but it doesn't handle general ledger line items.

The function has some mandatory fields to use:
I_AWTYP -> get value from BKPF-AWTYP for the specific document;
I_AWREF -> number of the document to change;
I_AWORG-> concatenate document's company with respective year;
Then, only one of the following fields should be filled:
i_lifnr,
i_kunnr,
i_obzei,
i_buzei.
You can find the relevant data for this fields in BSEG.
The structure I_BSEGC should be filled with data you think appropriate. I didn't tested it, but i think the first fields are sufficient.
Then, add lines (1 for each field you wish to change) in table T_ACCCHG.
However, you should notice that you're not allowed to change all fields. For instance, KKBER is one of the fields that is forbidden to change in this FM.

Need SMD function module for business partner in SRM

Hi Gurus,
I am looking for standard Master Idoc create SMD function module for business partner in SRM.
I need to send an Idoc from SRM to ECC based on change pointers i.e. whenever a business partner is changed in SRM. So there are standard function modules *smd* available for other data but i am not able to find any FM for busienss partner.
Please suggest if anyone has came accross such scenario.

I want to retrieve data from vbfa table..while making query to retrieve data from vbfa tabl,its making performance issue on production server.

Please add check condition to check internal table is blank.
if not i_billing_main[] is initial.
SELECT vbelv
vbeln
INTO TABLE i_ref_data
FROM vbfa FOR ALL ENTRIES IN i_billing_main
WHERE
vbelv EQ i_billing_main-vbeln AND
vbtyp_n EQ c_vbtyp_n.
endif.
This is the best possible way to retrive data from VBFA table.
Other method you adopted will take more time since you are calling the FM in loop.
Please check ST05 trace for your above query to see if primary index is being used. Else contact Basis to help you out.

Standard BAPI or Function Module for FB01posting

Hi Experts,
My requirement is as follows.
Invoice details would be sent across from Middleware to SAP and for which I have developed a Custom Remote Enabled Function Module. The Function Module needs to post the data using FB01 Transaction.
I had planned for recording a BDC for FB01 and post the data, however, we are on the verge of getting upgraded from 4.7 to ECC 6.0. To avoid problems that we might face for change of screens in ECC 6.0, I would prefer using a BAPI or Function Module for FB01 posting, if available, instead of BDC.
Data coming from Middleware are as follows.
HEADER:
BKPF-BLDAT : Document Date
BKPF-BUDAT : Posting Date
BKPF-XBLNR: Reference (Invoice#)
BKPF-BLART : Document Type
BKPF-BUKRS : Company Code
BKPF-BKTXT : DocHeader Text
BKPF-WAERS : Currency
LINE ITEM:
BSEG-LIFNR : Vendor no
BSEG-WRBTR - Total amt -Debit/Credit -Vendor

You can use RFBIBL00 program for FB01 postings. Go through the program help on how to use this program.
This program requires a file to be on application server in a certain format.
You may also refer the program RFBIBLT0 on how the file format should be.

Not quite sure if these BAPI's work for service orders in CRM (cause that is probably what you are looking for), but here is some code for retrieving documents for service orders (or business transaction in general):
DATA : lr_crm_document           TYPE REF TO cl_crm_documents.
Get header info object.
    SELECT SINGLE * FROM crmd_orderadm_h
           INTO lw_orderadm_h
           WHERE guid = iv_guid.
Retrieve all documents linked to current business transaction.
    CREATE OBJECT lr_crm_document.
    ls_business_object-instid = lw_orderadm_h-guid.
    ls_business_object-typeid = lw_orderadm_h-object_type.
    ls_business_object-catid = 'BO'.
Get info documents.
    CALL METHOD lr_crm_document->get_info

Hi,
Locks are usually appliend on Tables. So you could find the table names affecting.
Then you could goto SE11 and n Lock objects search for table name
Once you identify the lock object. Display. Goto->Lock Modules.
You will get 2 module names one for enqueue and 1 for dequeue.
e.g. Lock object EBKK_ACCNT.
and FMs are DEQUEUE_EBKK_ACCNT and ENQUEUE_EBKK_ACCNT
