Function Module to get Organisation Structure - HR

Hi All,
I have to get the numbers of all the sub-organisations unit of a particular Organisation unit, as per the organisational structure defined in HR.
Please let me know if there is any Function Module in SAP.Or any another way to do it.

Hi Mayank,
I'm not sure what you basically need. If you want to know JOB,POSITION and PERSON within the organization unit then you can get this info by using transaction code PPOM_OLD. Give the Org unit you are looking for. From next screen you can see the reporting structure. For POSITION the object type is 'S' similarly for JOB it's 'C' for ORG UNIT its 'O' and for PERSON it's 'P'.

Function module to get attribute and value from organisation model

Hi
I need a function module to get the attribute and its corresponding values set on the sales org stucture.The export parameter will be the Sales Org Id.

If it helps, we use FM RHGA_READ_ATTRIBUTES for that in version 4.

just befor use it check your application area.for my case it is PP01. you can find it in CS12 when you are exploding the bom the value you are giving in BOM application that is the value for CAPID.
Just go to se37 and checkout the fm it has lot of options here I am using the minimum things.

Function module for getting the open qty

HI experts,
I have a PO quantity(EKPO_MENGE).against same PO and item item(EBELN and EBELP) if Goods receipt has happened (MSEG_ERFMG) then i need to calculate the open qty.and also by netting the open quantity if multiple GRs has done against the same PO and item.
Can you suggest any function module to get this open PO quantity.

you can try this ,
when you require the number of working days between D1 and D2
Total No of Days will be
D2 - D1
No of holidays between D1 and D2 , use the FM HOLIDAY_GET
Pass the From date , to date , and the factory calendar to get the of Holidays
Total no of days - Number of Holidays will your Working days

Right now Iam using select query.But i want to use function module.

You are talking about on the OM side and obtain the perner via object P?
You can through a few method. One is using evaluation path. There is a function module called HR_STRUC_GET which allow you to pass evaluation path to get the result.
Using that, you could create a simple evaluation path from position (object s) to person (object p). The object ID of object P is your pernr.
Unless you have central person functionality, that might no longer be the case.
