Function to make line itens settlement in a Project

Hi,
We are having an issue in a development for the automatic line item settlement in a program since we can´t use CALL TRANSACTION because the standard way (CJIC - program RKPEP012) is an ALV report.
Does anyone know another way of creating a settlment to a line item besides the standard transaction and that could be used in a program?
Thanks for your help.
Best Regards,
Sandra

I don't know such a feature. On the other hand it does not make sense to do so if you have a large project with 100+ files.
Can you give a use case?

  • Line item Settlement and KOB5 for automatically created AUCs to PM orders

    Hello Experts,
    I am trying to set up line item settlement for automatically created AUCs. We would like to use line item settlement because we want to see the costs split up by either percentage or amount when settled to the AUC.  If I can't settle by percentage or amount to the AUC then i'd like to be able to temporarily block some of the costs from settling.  This is for billing not capitalization purposes since all costs will eventually settle to one final asset. The settlement is done using transaction KO88 or KO8G and automatic processing type.  I’ve configured a PM Order type as an investment order and set up the related investment profile and investment asset class.  Some of the things I've determined from my testing:
    Using transaction KOB5, costs can be split up by creating other distribution rules, but only to another object (i.e. another
    asset, order, cost center etc. by using the Preliminary) not to the automatically created AUC linked to the order
    The default settlement rule is account assignment category FXA, percentage rate 100%, settlement type AUC to the AUC
    and therefore cannot be updated/altered when using KOB5 or any other transaction.
    Once the costs are settled to another object other than the AUC, those costs cannot be settled to the final asset. Creating Preliminary
    settlement rules to a receiver IO and changing the period or fiscal year will not “block” costs from settling whether the processing type is automatic, by period, partial capitalization or full settlement.
    I’ve been testing this out in our development client and need verification that this is the way that transaction KOB5 works with line item settlement or did I do something incorrect .
    Your feedback is greatly appreciated.  Thank you in advance.

    Hi Zaid,
    Thank you for your response.  Assets are not my area so I’m not sure if I missed a transaction or step in the process.   I tested this out by doing the following steps:
    Created AUC Asset class with line item checked
    Assigned PM Order type as non-investment with no investment profile and created order number
    Created a main asset number
    Created an AUC sub asset number to step 3
    Created settlement rule to sub asset number on order
    Posted costs to order
    Settled from order to AUC with transaction KO88
    Created distribution rules for asset with transaction AIAB
    Settled from sub asset to main asset number with transaction AIBU
    When I settled from the sub to the main asset number in step 9, I found I lost the line item detail.  Is there another configuration setting I need to make to allow me to see the line item detail when I use AIBU?
    Thank you,

  • Line item settlement(Invest prof)

    Dear Experts...........
    I have one doubt on Settlement (INVESTMENT PROFILE)
    I have seen like
    Summary setlement.
    Line item settlement and list of origin.
    I have read in SAP HELP ,evn though im not clear can any one plaz expalin in simple words about this different types of Setllements.
    Lineitem,Summary settlement.....wht is the function,how it works.
    Regards
    Chandra

    Hi
    In the summary settlement you can not break down the values of line item (e.g an invoice) and distribute it amongst the receivers.
    While in line item settlement you can distribute the amount of one invoice to different receivers. Take the example given in the link below. There are tow invoices from constuction (of value X) and electrical (value Y). Now if you are using the summery settlement then all the debit (X+Y) can be settled to one or more recevires but you can not break in between X and Y
    While if you go for line item settlement then you can use distribution rule like 20% of X and 80% of Y to one receiver and balance to another.

  • Pages: Is there a way to make lines independent, like a real word processor

    There are so many things that infuriate me about Pages. Save As.. missing, autosave, etc which are NOT like 99% of other apps on the Mac.
    Specifially (today):
    I have a letter in Pages. It’s a standard business letter you have see 1m times.
    After the first line of the address, at the top of the letter, I insert a carriage return and BINGO, the tabs in the middle of the letter are suddenly all messed up.
    Grrrrrr.
    Is there a way to make lines independent in Pages? I have this crazy belief that letters are not Web Pages, not HTML, and that an extra line somewhere should not reformat following lines way down the page.
    Alternately, is there some 3rd party word processor that works like the old Apple Works, with graphics and tables you can recommend?
    Thanks

    Save As is still there, hold down the option key as you go to the File menu. This is not Pages, it is Mountain Lion.

    Grrrrrr.
    Then you are doing something wrong, probably pounding away at spaces, tabs and returns to position things. Turn on invisibles to see what is going on:
    Menu > View > Show Invisibles
    If you have strings of tabs, spaces and returns that is the problem.
    Is there a way to make lines independent in Pages?
    Yes, hit the return key. Like every other Word Processing program.

    Time to learn Pages. AppleWorks is dead. Stop pining for it. This is a case of user error and instead of blaming Pages, it would pay to find out what you have done and stop doing that.
    Pages, except for the fancy DTP features, tables and charts works like most other Word Processing apps. Just a case of learning new tricks. My guess is you have other stuff going on.

  • How to make line-in come out rear speakers? (SB Live! 5

    Card is SB Li've! 5. DE and OS is XP SP2:
    ================================
    I have tried everything that I can think of. It was working fine until I installed a program which screwed up my mixer settings. I have loaded the default mixer settings. Now my rear speakers only work for wave devices, but not line-in.
    Is there a way to make line-in come out both the front and rear speakers, or set the rear speakers to duplicate the front speakers (losing the surround feature)?
    Failing that I will have to resort to plugging both sets of speakers into the one socket via an adapter - I don't wish to do this as I had this working for many months.
    Please help.

    Weird. I just installed Creative PlayCenter from the driver CD and after the reboot, line-in now comes out the rear speakers again. Must've been some system files updated or something, because CMSS is still off according to PlayCenter. When I turn CMSS on, the line-in stops coming out rear, but turning it off makes it work!!!! So it's sorted, but still have no idea why it screwed up and why I needed PlayCenter installed to change the CMSS settings.

  • FBL1N - Limit display line itens for some vendors

    Hi All,
    I have a request from business to limit the access for some vendors in FBL1N.
    The idea is to limit the users to do not see the line itens for some vendors.
    Is there some standard configuration? Any suggestion?

    Ricardo,
    My suggestion is to involve a Basis person for this. You need to check the authorization object attached to Vendor line item display transaction FBL1N.
    Then explain to the Basis person the conditions in which certain line items should not be displayed. I am sure this exercise would be of help.
    Regards,
    Vishal.

    Sir,
    i am running a matlab code in mathscript of labview but getting an error
    Error -90032 occurred at Error in function centref at line 5 column 8:  The indexes are out of bounds for the variable you specified

    May I see you have 6 inputs to your Mathscript Node. When you test it in Matlab I suposse that you're using some values for this inputs and everything work as expected. Then, run it in Labview using highlight execution, retaining wire values and using single stepping. Check the values which are being inserted to your Mathscript Node and ensure that they are correct. You're having an "indexes out of bounds" mistake, so it probably means that there is something  wrong with the inputs according to your expectations. You can also put the MathScript alone in another VI and insert the inputs you're expecting manually and check in the same way.
    Good luck!

  • How to execute a procedure and function at command line?

    I tried to execute the following function at command line.
    CREATE OR REPLACE FUNCTION FN_IS_SYSDATE_TICKING
    RETURN BOOLEAN
    IS
    ls_value     VARCHAR2(100) DEFAULT 'NONE';
    BEGIN
    SELECT value
    INTO ls_value
    FROM V$PARAMETER
    WHERE name = 'fixed_date';
    IF ls_value = 'NONE' THEN
    RETURN TRUE;
    ELSE
    RETURN FALSE;
    END IF;
    EXCEPTION
    WHEN OTHERS THEN
    RETURN TRUE;
    END FN_IS_SYSDATE_TICKING();
    At Command Line, I entered
    var v1 BOOLEAN;
    exec :v1 := RSSC.FN_IS_SYSDATE_TICKING();
    print v1;
    It is giving boolean is not declared.

    Works for me:
    SQL> CREATE OR REPLACE FUNCTION FN_IS_SYSDATE_TICKING RETURN VARCHAR2
      2  IS
      3    ls_value VARCHAR2(100) DEFAULT 'NONE';
      4  BEGIN
      5    SELECT value
      6      INTO ls_value
      7      FROM V$PARAMETER
      8     WHERE name = 'fixed_date'
      9    ;
    10    IF ls_value = 'NONE'
    11    THEN
    12      RETURN 'TRUE';
    13    ELSE
    14      RETURN 'FALSE';
    15    END IF;
    16  EXCEPTION
    17  WHEN OTHERS THEN
    18    RETURN 'TRUE';
    19  END FN_IS_SYSDATE_TICKING;
    20  /
    Functie is aangemaakt.
    SQL> var v1 varchar2(5);
    SQL> exec :v1 := FN_IS_SYSDATE_TICKING;
    PL/SQL-procedure is geslaagd.
    SQL> print v1;
    V1
    FALSE{code}Note that I had to specify a length for the varchar2.
