Can you please suggest me Function module for Functional Location(TPLNR) and Task List(PLNTY)

I need to creat a BOM and FL report, in which user gives input through selection screen and gets some out put in ALV.
as there are many fields and tables therefore I would like to use FM instead of writing SELECT queries to fetch data to overcome performance issue.
I have already found CS_BOM_EXPL_EQU_V2 using which I can fetch something around 14 fields out of total 45 field which I need to fetch.
The rest fields are related to Functional Location and Task List , therefore I need to find out some relevant FM to fetch those fields.
If you can even suggest me some useful Function Group also, I can search the FMs in it.

    In structure list - is it possible to see (recognize by sight - without opening-checking each piece) which Functional Locations and/or Equipment units are active/inactive?

  • Week view and task list solutions? Solved: a way to sync notes to Mac.

    I've been using a Palm Tungsten T5 for years and routinely rely on the Palm's Calendar week view feature and task list. The week view is indispensable to see where I can fit in appointments. Are there any ways to achieve the same functionalities on the iPhone, whether using built-in iPhone apps or third party apps? The task list would have to include item priorities, due dates, alarms, and ideally repeating events.
    I have found a way to sync notes from the iPhone to my Mac using MarkSpace's The Missing Sync for iPhone; notes are synced to the MarkSpace "notebook" application, where you can edit the notes (and copy and paste) and sync them back to the iPhone. This doesn't sync notes with any Apple applications, though.
    If I could solve the week view and task list omissions, I could see my way to replace my Palm with an iPhone. (And when ePocrates releases a full suite for the iPhone, I'll be all set.) But in the absence of these, I'll have to keep using a Palm.

    I'm in the same boat, unfortunately.
    As a life long Palm-User the PIM-functionalities of iCal can only be described as "rudimentary". It is nowhere near DateBk6 for example. And I would be just fine if it would come close to say 50% of it's functionality. Right now it's at about 25%.
    - no repeating tasks?
    - no tasks+calendar in one view?
    - no week view?
    - no icons for event/task categories?
    Come on Apple, such a great device with the amazing screen resolution, horizontal view etc. and you are not taking opportunity of it and get beat by 10 year old PDA's?

  • Table Link between the Functional Location and work order

    Hi Gurus,
    I am stuck in a big problem and have to find a way to list down the work order with a specific user status in the system. I am trying to link it based on the functional location as the inputs will have to be functional location and the date. Can any one guide me with the tables to link these two???

    Hi,
    Depending on your exact requirement, you might be able to select from view VIAUFKST_IFLOS. This would allow selection based on order, functional location and various dates. The field IPHAS will give you some system status information - value will indicate which status the order has reached. Example value = 3 indicates order is technically completed.
    To get the exact system status (or user status) you need to read the JEST table. Read this table by OBJNR. The object number will have the format OR005000123456 (where 5000123456 is the order number). It will be available in the order tables.
    Status values in JEST are in the internal format - example I0002 = REL. Check transaction BS23 to see the link. User status values will have the format E0002. If INACT flag is set in a jest record then that status value is not active. If you want to check for a specific status value then call function STATUS_READ.

  • Email:  Workflow and Task List Notification

    Hi,
    I am wondering whether the setting 'Workflow and Task List Notification' in application settings is functionality that I can use: I would like to setup the e-mail notifications for planning. One of the tasks on a standard task list that we would like end users to be able to do is to inform a particular user/group that a particular task has been completed. I would not like this task to be a workflow task, can e-mail notifications be sent for standard task list items?
    Options that I have reviewed:
    - Custom button on a dataform - not sure whether I can send parameters through to this, however I could use the form name as a description.
    - A *.jsp page that accepts two parameters 'Description / form name' and 'e-mail address' and the page then sends off an e-mail (Lotus Notes from WebLogic 9)
    - Workflow - although this inform task is not entity driven. Also the notifications are across plan types i.e. one cube enters in Information and then informs users of the second cube that figures are required - which we then import using xref.
    Any advice would be much appreciated. I know it can be done, I am just looking for the easiest way to implement this using standard planning functionality where possible.

    The default email solutions in planning are using workflow or task lists, though the task lists are based on due dates.
    If you wanted a solution where an email is sent out when a task list is complete, then one route could be to have a business rule attached to a task list and then the business rule uses a custom CDF to send out email notication.
    If you are interested in sending emails from business rules then I did write a blog on the subject a while back.

    I have activated the required BADI's and adapter objects for func loc and equipment. but i am not able to replicate the funcloc and equipment from ecc to crm.

    As of SAP CRM 7.0 you can replicate functional locations from SAP ERP to SAP CRM. This function is supported as of SAP enhancement package 4 for SAP ERP 6.0.
    In SAP CRM, functional locations are represented as object components of an installed base. The structure of functional locations is also replicated, and reflected in the installed base structure. If you replicate functional locations and pieces of equipment, the assignment of equipment to functional locations is also reflected in the installed base structure. The following replication processes are available:
    -     Initial download of functional locations from SAP ERP to SAP CRM in R3AS tcode.

       Table KLAH would give you all the available classes for every class type.
        FM CLAF_CLASSIFICATION_OF_OBJECT would get you all the assigned classes of a particular type for a object.

  • Table Link between Functional Location and Class

    Functional location has 'class' ( under section 'general data' in tab 'location'). Could anybody suggest the table name where I can get one to one mapping between the functional location and it's 'class'.
    I have put the functional location in KSSK-OBJEK   but when I am providing the functional location say 
    ?0100000000000838737 in this field of table KSSK, it is resulting no output. Could you please elaborate
    more or suggest something.

  • Cost Center Linkage between Functional Location and Equipment.

    Hi Gurus,
    We have found in our analysis that it is impossible to copy the cost center of a superior functonal location to a subordinate one when the cost center of subordinate functional location is changed manually.
    We intend to do a mass change for our cost centers of all our functional locations and equipments for all our plants. We need to know how do we achieve this change of cost centers.

    Actually the Master data team has to do a mass update of cost centers for the Functional locations and Equipments.
    And what we have found is that when we change the cost center for an equipment individually it changes the cost center origin of the equipment to "D" which means independent of the changes in the cost center at FL level.
    Be it IBIP or any other way what we have found that the linkage(cost center origin) between the FL and the EQUIP changes to "D"  when ever we change the cost center for the equipment.
    We don't want to change this linkage as it may have other consequences that we can not foresee at this point.
    So, my question is :
    If the FL and EQUIP linkage (cost center origin field) is changed(from H to D or D to H), what could be the effect on the FL and EQUIP relation?
    Cost center origin :
    D       Independent of changes in cost center at FL level
    H       It is dependent on the FL cost center.

    I need to know the table that contains the details of functional location and the cost center mapped to that.
    I know a table IFLOT which gives details of the functional location, however i do not see field for cost center in that.
    Let me know if there is any other table which gives this data.

    I just upgraded to Pre 2 a couple weeks ago and have been experiencing similar problems with my Verizon model and a replacement.  Apparently it is widespread; there is a lengthy (11 pages so far) thread on it in this Community forum.  Try http://palm.lithium.com/t5/Synergy-webOS/strange-behavior-syncing-Pre2-Calendar-with-Google-Calendar... or Google the phrase "strange behavior syncing Pre 2 Google" (look for a search response that references "11 pages" or you'll miss some  of the more recent posts).  Not sure there are any good answers at the moment.  Very disappointing if so; the Google/Pre sync worked flawlessly on my Pre Plus for the past 15 months (webOS v.1.4.5)

    I dont think there is any standard t-code available for distribution of functional area and equipment.  Anyway check the menu path SAP Menu -> Tools -> ALE -> Distribution in applications/Master data distribution.
    For IDOC and Message type details check transaction codes WE30 and WE81.

  • Equipment and task list relationship in PM module

    Hi Freinds,
    We have craeted 'Equipmentin t-code 'IE01' and task list for that equipment in t-code 'IA01'.
    The equipment created  is stored in table 'EQUI' and the task list is stored in table 'PLPO' and 'PLKO'.
    But in all these tables im not able to find relationship between the equipment - EQUNR and the task list 'PLNNR'. In which table can i find the relationship between EQUNR and PLNNR. This is respect to PM module.

    Hi,
    We have around 200 functional location (having 3 structure indicators) and 10,000 equipments (Having external number range) on a controlling area and on different company codes.
    Several orders have been created by this data and now company wants to change controlling area, company codes, maintenance plants and planning plants with having old data in the same system server and client.
    I want to know is it possible to create same codes functional locations and equipments on new maintenance plants and planning plants having new company codes and controlling area? (It has observed that once we assign maintenance plant, the system automatically picks company code and controlling area and these fields become highlighted and can't be changed) OR
    Is there any possibility to use old data in orders with reference of new plants company codes and controlling area?
    What will be the end solution, should I create the new structure indicators for functional locations and new equipment names that must not be matched with the old equipments?
