what are the tables and fields in Fumd Management (F.M) Module in SAP which are related to Document Number?
For Ref: Transaction FB03 (Document Number )

I think the tables you are looking for are BKPF (header data) and MSEG (item data).

    Thanks for your reply. But can you clarify me why we need to delete the row Z_LEAVE in SE11 for FMISPS table. Because here ABAPER is objecting to do this as they feel there may be some impact if we delete this.

  • Link between PO & FUnds Management

    How can I link a PO & FM document.
    In a given PO, menu path Environment --> AC Commitments --> In the pop-up choose Funds management.
    This shall display a screen with amounts.
    Can you please tell me how to link this FM section to a given PO.

    Can you please be more specific and explain me how to link them using the tables. Because, am (ABAPER) developing a report based on that condition. So I need to know how to Link my PO to those docs??
    Or can you tell me is there a to fetch the final amount that is posted in the menu path described by me for a given PO?

  • Fund Management - Issues in Upgrade from 4.6C to ECC6

    Hello,
    We are upgrading SAP Application for a client who is on 4.6C to ECC6. The client is currently using Funds Management in 4.6C. With ECC6 I understand that this functionality is moved into Public Sector and is available only on activation of IS-PS Extension Set.
    The question I have is that does this activation impact any other business processes or is just a technical activation.
    What I mean is that if I activate this extension set does the system start doing things differently and needs specific data related to Public Sector which the business users will be required to be entered while doing transactions OR the activation will not impact business processes as such and would work as earlier with Funds management active. (except where there was a change in the functionality between 4.6C to ECC6)
    I would like to know the risks, if any involved in upgrading Funds Management from 4.6C to ECC6.
    Please reply and let me know any question to get more clarity on the issue.

    Hi Kuldeep,
    There are several main issues that have to be addresses when upgrading from 4.6 to ECC6. The main ones are:
    1 - Derivations. The object are no longer connected through tables or master data entries (you may have a table that links Cost Centers to Funds Centers for example). These assignments are now maintained through a flexible derivation tool. These derivation rules have to be maintaind, or the posting addresses will have no FM values and you will not be able to post any documents.
    2 - Inventory purchases. The inventory purchases scenarios are no longer maintained through the customization (you can no longer choose one of the 4 inventory scenarios, and there's no warehouse Funds Center). These are all maintained through derivations.
    3 - BCS. There's a new budgeting and AVC tool called "Budget Control System" (BCS). You can either activate it, or keep working with the old budgeting (called "former" in the customization). The new BCS affords flexibility in budgeting and AVC, including several AVC ledgers.

    Hi All
      I am in the mid of BW implementation for FI and FM reports.
    As part of this i have to create CASH FLOW report..
    Currently the user using a SAP report from , Funds Management, FMEM which points to the structure IFMEISB , Cash Budget Management.
    Is there any datasource is available in FM to access this structure?
    Otherwise any body knows what are tables in FM has to be extracted for this puropes..

  • Funds Management related error while creating Purchase Requisition

    Hi,
    Am working in ECC6.0 system with Funds Management integration. While creating PR am getting  below mentioned error
    "At least one GL account was not derived by the budgetary ledger
    Message no. FI_E034"
    Diagnosis
    You are using the Funds Management system integrated with the budgetary ledger (BL) active for FM area .
    Postings into the budgetary ledger require a GL account for each of the budgetary ledger line items. However,
    in this case, at least one of the line items in the BL interface table does not contain a GL account.
    Use the link below to analyze the table contents before and after the account derivation process.

  • Funds Management-Replication to ECC-FPO Bdoc Error-Not known in CO

    Hi All,
    We have configured sap crm funds management integrated with sap crm campaign management.Below is the flow.
    a) Create Fund Plan & Release it
    b) Create fund for the fund plan above, post some budget, have some attributes like marketing org to determine in campaign & release it.
    c) Assign the fund plan & fund to a campaign. Allocate some amount in the planning profile and release the campaign to create fund usages for the budget allocated. These fund usages will have some fund usage items which tracks how much amount each fund has been assigned.
    d) Create some purchase requests and settle them in ECC and download the actuals to CRM which will create the appropriate fund usage for the same campaign as in c, capturing the settlement.
    e) Run the accrual calculation program to calculate the accrual & then run the accrual posting program to post the accruals to ECC.
    After step e, system creates fund postings with "posting transaction" as "accure" and which in turn creates CRM_FM_FPO Bdoc which gets transferred to ECC.
    We are getting issues on this BDOC with error as " Object not know in CO". This error is being raised from ECC and when we debugged we found out that the external object id [Fund usage items, in the fund posting transaction or in the items of the BDOC] doesn't exists or not being created in controlling table iaom_ext_obj_inf.
    By seeing these, in my opinion we seem to be missing some configuration or some important settings in either in MW or in Controlling in ECC.
    Can anyone in the group please let us know what we are missing here ?

  • Runtime Error due to activating Fund Management

    Hi,
    I had activated Funds Management in SAP. I started getting Run Time Errors. I deactivated the Fund Management. But still the Run Time Error is there. I am attaching the file for your reference.
    I enquired with the Basis consultant who is telling this is a Functional problem, hence I need to solve this. I checked all the configurations, but could not find the exact problem.
    Can anybody tell me how this can be resolved.
    Note: This error is showing in Quality Server. There was a copying from Production to Quality.

    In the error I see the statement before the dump comes is   PERFORM exit--entry_from_table                                                          | | 1039|        IN PROGRAM (-callback_report)     
    That sounds like an user exit from a table that is not there.
    You say you had a copy from production. It could be that a user exit which was not implemented yet in production and therefore not in the exit table. is now also not present anymore in your Q system after the copy. Were there any changes about to go to production ?
    Also in the dump I read the comment:
      | 1063|* version and guid are used by strategy -> further params for generated                     | | 1064|* routines. guid is only used for reference purposes and not returned at                    | | 1065|* the moment  
    That could possibly mean that this is a generated program. Maybe you need to regenerate it.
    I also see:  STEP--METHOD_DRULE
    That could mean that these have something to do with rules that have not been maintained.
    You could ask a programmer to debug the program and see where SAP tries to get the rules and exit information from (which table) .
    Maybe that give you a clue what is going wrong.
    If you have a table name start SM30 and click customizing. If it opens a customizing transaction then that is where you need to maintain entries.

  • Global Funds Management - Error on activation

    I am trying to activate Global Funds Management functions.  However, I notice a very strange situation.  After activating it, when I try to post a FI Document, system is saying "Enter a leading ledger".  I had already defined leading and non-leading ledgers in the New GL.  If I deactivate the Global Fund Management functions again, I am able to post the document and the same error message is not appearing.

    Please tell me about your system condition. Is your ecc 6.0 also implement Public Sector component, and the relevant consultant already activated public sector management component in SPRO? Usually de-activate leading ledger 0L cause by activated this component.
    It is the behavior system once Global PSM -FM activated it create new total table FMGLFLEXT, and customer free to use either FAGLEFLEXT or FMGLFLEXT.
    If you want to use/activate again 0L then you can programt via SE38. Run the program FMGL_CHANGE_APPL_IN_LEDGER.
    Leading ledger 0L will come back again.

    Iam creating one po at the time the following message displayed
    ITEM 010 2000 /4105200000/ COMMITMENT BUDGET FOR 2011EXCEED .
    But i opened FMBV T code and gave funds management area, fiscal year and commitment item and funds and executed , the problem automatically solved . I dont know what is the relation this t code .
    Can any one tell me the usage of FMBV Tcode in funds management ,

    Hi,
    FMBV executes a program to reconstruct AVC ledger for Former budgeting in FM (for BCS there is a similar transaction FMAVCREINIT). This transaction has to be executed sometimes in oredr to correct inconsistencies in budget control tables.

    This Standard Report in the Funds Management FMRP_3FMB4004 does not show the Assigned Values & Balance amounts. I have already carried out the reconstruction of budget values. In spite of this, I'm not able to get the values in the column "Assigned Values" & Balance budget Value" in the above report.

    You can find it via: SPRO-IMG- Public Sector Management
    If you can't see it, you need to ensure that you activated it. The first step is the activation of the SAP R/3 Extension Set in the Implementation Guide. You must have the proper authorization to maintain this table (cross-client maintenance).
    SPRO-IMG- Activate SAP ECC Extensions
    In this table, make sure the flag IS-PS is active. Without this setting, you will not see the PSM menus or Customizing trees.
    In case you do not see the menu or IMG path for Public Sector Management after the activation, please check in transaction SCPR20,
    in SCPR20 you have to choose EA-PS-IMG and then to activate it (button 'Activate BC set' on the panel or F7). Then check IMG and if no impact, then check for the error messages in SCPR20:

  • Funds Management - Reconstruct payment data

    Hello,
    I have implement Funds Management with Multi-Year Budget Execution and update profile 00101 (posting date) and realize that my commitment item for vendor account was 40 and not 60 so I have some invoices that are not updated with the payment in FM. How can I reconstruct my data? I used the report RFFMRPFI but is not working as I expect. I still have teh invoice open in FM.

    Hi Angela,
    There are only 2 ways to make a FI payment be a payment also in FM (value type 57) and it is not related to the financial transaction of the commitment item.
    1 - Run of the Payment Selection Program (report RFFMS200)
    SPRO -> Public Sector Management -> Funds Management Government -> Actual and Commitment Update/Integration -> Integration -> Define Settings for Payment Transfer
    Please check the documentation icon available in front of this line.
    2 - Payment Update Online
    You check if you are using payment update online in transaction OF29.
    It seems to be that you are not using Payment Update online otherwise the value type 57 would be generated automatically in FM table. Therefore, please run the report of item 1.
    I dont know in which release you are but from ECC600 on, customers are not allowed to use program RFFMS200 but only use the payment update online.
    Therefore, I will give you some additional information regarding Payment Update Online:

    435328  - Analysis programs for the payment update
    1234391 - Incorrect payment update in FM or in NewGL split information

    Please check carefully the notes. Since Release EA-PS 6.00, only the online payment update in Funds Management using the new general ledger with document splitting is supported. Therefore, you must have NewGl with document splitting. You will find additional information in the PDF attached and also in the notes mentioned above.
