Fuzzy when finished

I am using Premiere Elements 11 in Windows 8. I can edit my videos fine, and as long as they are still in editing mode, they play great, clear as a bell. But as soon as I "finish" the file in any mode - burned to disc, saved in various formats - it comes out fuzzy, blurred might be the better word. I thought at first it was because my camera was old, but I've bought a brand new HD one and the problem is still the same. I have tried pretty much every file type the program has available and the result is still the same. WMV is the closest to being clear, but even it is fuzzy when compared to the original file or the preview in editing mode. What's going wrong?

Thank you for your updated information. Let us focus on the DVD-VIDEO on DVD disc that you obtained from Premiere Elements 11.
NTSC DVD-VIDEO Widescreen on DVD disc
Based on your video properties, please set the project preset yourself. Do not let the program automatically do it for you. To do this:
Open a new project.
Immediately go to File Menu/New/Project and set the project preset for:
NTSC AVCHD HD1080i25
Make sure that you have a check mark next to "Force Selected Project Setting on this Project" before exiting that area.
Back in the Premiere Elements workspace, import your video with Add Media/Files and Folders. From Project Assets, drag your video to the Timeline.
Next right click the video, select Field Options/Reverse Field Dominance. We are doing that because your interlaced source no doubt was characterized by Field Order Upper Field first and DVD-VIDEO's standard requires Field Order Lower Field First. As alternative to applying Field Options/Reverve Field Dominance, we could have selected the project preset
NTSC
Hard Disk Flash Memory Camcorder
Widescreen
and let that project preset take care of the field change automatically.
Look at the rendered Timeline for what you have and, if it looks ok, then continue to Movie Menu and Publish+Share/Disc/DVD disc using the preset for NTSC DVD-VIDEO widescreen.
When you were still in the Edit Mode, if you thought that you saw any "flicker", you can highlight the clip, go to Applied Effect/Motion Panel expanded, scroll down to the Anti-Flicker option there, and take the slider all the way to the right (1.0).
Let us see what that looks like at playback on computer or TV DVD player.
As for the wmv, I am not sure to what SG is referring when he mentions "...much lower resolution formats like WMV...." since there is no problem obtaining a HD .wmv by customizing the export settings under the Advanced Button/Video and Audio Tabs in the Windows Media area. In that regard, please confirm if you have been adjusting your WMV settings prior to export or just leaving them with default values without going to the Advanced Button options.
Even though you started out with 1440 x 1080 HD anamorphic 16:9 @ 25 interlaced frames per second and set the project preset accordingly, for export I would recommend an export to file choice using 1920 x 1080 instead of the 1440 x 1080. Reason: both will give you a display of 1920 x 1080, and, with the 1920 x 1080, you do not have to depend on a 16:9 flag beging recognized by the player.
In the above I am assuming that your goal for your source media (1440 x 1080 HD anamorphic 16:9) is DVD-VIDEO format on DVD disc and HD file saved to hard drive. In the latter case, please defail what you are doing so that we might customized the setting under the Advance Button/Video and Audio Tabs to give you the best results possible. Specifically are you looking for a HD or SD file to save to the hard drive?
Please review and we will find tune from there.

It's something to do with the main user account (not iTunes account) on my Mac because I logged in with another account and it downloaded fine, I installed it on the HDD and even though the date in App Store was 16th October 2014, it is the full installer of 10.10.2.
To try to resolve this problem, I have copied the installer app elsewhere and deleted it but App Store still will not allow me to download it with my main user account yet just allowed me to update iTunes.
I had a brainwave last night that it might have been related to me changing the default downloads folder to one not on my boot drive (to save disk space on my main boot drive) but having changed it back, tried again, rebooted and tried yet again, deleted my App Store preferences. nothing has worked.

CUCM 8.6.2 - IP Phone 7940/7960 don´t change the time when finish DST

My Customer is having the problem about DST (date summer time) specifically about IP Phone 7940 and 7960. When finish the date summer time this model don´t change the time, only after restart logical or phisical. I simulated the problem in the CUCM with the same version 8.6.2.22900-9 and the problem too occur. I did the following procedure to try solve the problem:
1) Put the lastest version firmware about IP Phone and didn´t worked;
2) Put the lastest version dst and didn´t worked;
I search about any bug related and didn´t found nothing.
Any have idea about this?

Replace a 2003 (not R2) File Server with a 2012R2 files server and preferably keep the same machine name and IP when finished

I am wanting to replace a 2003 (not R2) File Server with a 2012R2 file server and preferably keep the same machine name and IP when finished. For the moment I just need some "high level" guidance, little details can be worked out once I know
which direction I will go. I was considering that DFS might be a way to help get through the process although when finished the 2012R2 Files server will be by itself with no other file server planned at this time. DFS can stay installed for maybe
future purposes but clearly I wouldn't need the DFS Replication with only one machine.
Here's a few details of the environment....
1. DC's are 2012R2 but it is still 2003 DFL because the old 2003 DCs are still present. But likely they will be gone and the DFL elevated before I start on the File Server project
2. Nearly all machines in the facility have a shortcut on the "All Users" Desktop that points to the existing old File Server. Editing or replacing that shortcut would be a major pain,...hence why I want to keep the same machine name at least,
and maybe the same IP if not too much trouble. This way the existing shortcut would continue to work with the new 2012R2 File Server. The UNC path represented in that shortcut is also configured into one or more of our major business applications,
futher emphasizing the need to keep the UNC path the same throughout the process.
3. The facility runs 24/7/365 but is "light" on weekends. The political environment is such that there is little to no tolerance for any down time at all.
4. Would DFS (based from the 2012R2 machine) be a good tool to get where I need to go?

I've done some more reading and have a few new ideas to run past you....
Yes regular DFS wouldn't help and the Namespace would still be different than how it was with just the old server. However I was thinking DFS Replication could replace the purpose of RoboCopy and it would keep the two locations "in sync" until I was ready
to flip over to the new server. DFS Rep can exist independently of a DFS Namespace, so a Namespace is not even needed. It needs a minimum of 2003R2 for the "later & better" DFS Rep but I believe 2003 can do an "in place" upgrade to 2003R2, so I would upgrade
the old server to 2003R2 first. As long as the DFS Rep on 2012R2 and 2003R2 will properly interact I think that will work.
Thanks for the reg info on the Shares. I'm debating if editing that would reg file would really be much better than manually creating the Shares on the new server while the DFS Replication was doing its job. I'll probably export that Key as a
safety move whether I use it or not.
Once the DFS Rep is fully in sync and the Shares are in place on the new server, I figure I would then:
1. Remove the DFS Replication Object (optionally remove DFS Services completely)
2. Rename the old File Server to something else and set it to DHCP
3. Rename the new File Server to the name I want to use and give it the IP the old server had.
How does that sound?

There is nothing wrong with the OS update.
Delete ALL your email accounts.
Restart Playbook
Put the accounts back and ensure they are all set with PUSH ON. Manual (push off) will burn battery.
Similarly delete your wifi connections and add back when required.
Turn off wifi is not connected to wifi.
Any "hunting for connection" in email or wifi will burn up battery.

Display brightness dims a bit/is 'fuzzy' when using expose (F9) ??

I realise that my Macbook Pro's brightness dims a bit after using the expose function. I know it'll dim a bit when you're using it but when i go back to the selected programme i'm running, it kinda of dims like a little (probably i'd say 1/2 or 1 notch) before reverting back to its normal brightness that i've set.
So i'm asking is this normal?
Additionally, i realise that my display tends to look a bit "fuzzy" when i use the expose. It's like one corner of the selected programme in expose would look fuzzy. A screenshot is shown as in the link:

Is this normal as well?? It's like i'm running my firefox and msn and when i use expose to alternate between these 2 windows, my msn chat at the corner, i realise the words turn out fuzzy and a tad distorted.

My iPad Speakers Are Fuzzy when loud noises are played

Just yesterday I had discovered that my speakers were acting all fuzzy when the volume is over half and noises are played.
It sounds like I recorded a video running around in the wind. I doubt my speakers blasted. But for sure It was not from dropping my iPad.
IS it time for me to go ask for a repair?

There is a mechanical switch in the iPad headphone jack, this is how the iPad knows headphones are plugged in,
Insert and remove the headphones several times.
Inspect the jack, any visible debris?
Try blowing the jack out with compressed air.

Error 101 when finished download adobe assistent

hello i ve tried to download with adobe downlaod assistant the CS6 master collection (trial ) but when finished the downloading process show up the message : error 101 failed to extract files ,because isn;t enough space,something like that.but i have 380 GB free of space!!!!.i ve tried two times: first downlaod to my download folder and second to desktop folder,both of two i have the same folder.i have windows 8 x64.any solution please?

Collating all related files when finished

Hi all,
When finishing a book, I want to collate all the image files etc, so I can back this up on DVD. Is there a function where it will copy (not move) all files to a location with the InDesign files? (Note: I don't want to move all the linked files from where they are, copying would be best).
I realise this is probably in the help files for InDesign, but I don't know what ID calls it. So, if anyone could help, I'd be grateful!

Package is the way to go for backup, but be sure that all of the files you want backed up are touching the page, bleed, or slug, and that you include stuff that is hidden or non- printing (the primary purpose of packaging is hand off to a service provider, so they normally don't need anything that won't be printed on the page).
You can also use the "copy links to..." command in the links panel menu. This will copy all of the links to the destination you choose and reset the link path in the document to the new location, but won't copy the document as Package does. You can "Undo Copy Links..." afterwards to reset the paths back to what they were and the copies of the linked files will still be where you put them.

What do you mean fuzzy? I have CS4 on Windows XP but I don't understand your terminology. It is grey in color but all DW versions are more or less like this.

If you don't already have a current backup, back up all data, then reinstall the OS.* You don't need to erase the startup volume, and you won't need the backup unless something goes wrong. If the system was upgraded from an older version of OS X, you may need the Apple ID and password you used.
If you use FileVault 2, then before running the Installer you must launch Disk Utility and select the icon of the FileVault startup volume ("Macintosh HD," unless you gave it a different name.) It will be nested below another icon with the same name. Click the Unlock button in the toolbar and enter your login password when prompted. Then quit Disk Utility to be returned to the main Recovery screen.
There are ways to back up a computer that isn't fully functional. Ask if you need guidance.
If you installed the Java runtime distributed by Apple and still need it, you'll have to reinstall it. The same goes for Xcode. All other data will be preserved.
*The linked support article refers to OS X 10.9 ("Mavericks"), but the procedure is the same for OS X 10.7 ("Lion") and later.
