Question

Experts:-
1.  Who is the created General ledger accounts in SAP (this is the enduser creattion work fs00)... Or    functional consultant,
2.suppose we created Fi generl ledgers in FI area, Those fi g/l when we make the Edit costelement in creation of cost centers, its becomes Cost Elemts, or We are created additonally, Primary cost elements,
just clarrify for this as ur understanding my doubt.

Hi,
in a big company separate master data maintenance team is there. tey are responsible for masters for all modules
in meduim companies. group finance manager will create in COA and individual company code managers extent it in their comany code
Cost elements will be created by Management accounts or costing team because they have to assign cost elements createcd in groups.
