G/L Account Veiw.

Dear SAP Guru's,
When we run the TCode FS10n for the G/l Account Display.
The Transaction line items are showing but in the Column of the Customer an d the Vendor the entires are Missing.
We can only see the customer/Vendor when we Drill down the same.
What config have to be doen to get the customer/Vendor in the line items display of the G/L Accounts

Hi,
We can see GL Account balances in FS10N including Recon Accounts which are assigned in the Vendor/Customer Master Records. But if we want see Vendor or Customer Balances (Sub Ledgers) seperately there are different transaction codes.
Vendor Account Balances - FK10N
Customer Account Balances - FD10N
And we can see the line item reports for Main Ledger and sub Ledgers. the T Codes are
GL - GBL3N
Vendor - FBL1N
Customer - FBL5N

Difference between cost center & Responsible cost center in asset master

I want to know difference between cost center & responsible cost center in asset master on following perspective.
1. Financial accounting veiw -
2. Business & report veiw.
I have read through F1 help
Cost Center
Key uniquely identifying a cost center.
Use
The SAP system uses the cost center assignment in the asset master record to determine the cost center affected when the following types of asset posting are made:
Fixed asset depreciation
Gain/loss from asset sales
Cost center responsible for asset
Cost center that is responsible for the asset, but which does not carry the depreciation for the asset.
Example
For example, the cost center "vehicles" can be responsible for all vehicles, while other cost centers carry the depreciation for the vehicles
I can understand from F1 what will be the impact on finance accounting. My question is how it helps in reporting etc & business logic for using responsible cost center. Which report will be usefull to see data at responsible cost center.

Profit Center Clearing Account Line Item not possible to display ?

Hi
All Experts ,
I want to see the line items for Profit Center clearing account ( Zero Balancing ) in FS10N but after double clicking in system
shows no line item possible for this account.
Please suggest some T.codes or reports through which I can see line items for Profit Center clearing account.
Is there any different configurations made for Profit center clearing account ?

Dear Sharvari,
You are not able to see line items because "line items" field in master record must not have been selected. To check it goto
FS00, enter your GL account. For documents which have already been posted, you will not be able to see line items even after selecting Line Item in master record.
To veiw the line item record for this GL account use table BSEG in SE16.

In FS10N you can veiw the line items of bank account. But in that list yon cant get the offset line items against the bank account.

Two account's confusion needed help!

I have two iTunes accounts one is for my computer (A = email) and the other for my iPod - (B = email) I made a mistake by buying a song on my (A) one and then sending it as a gift to my (B) one. but I stayed logged into my (A) one now I can’t download the song with out it showing up with this warning.
I don’t know what to do? I own both of these accounts and i shouldn’t be blocked just for making a stupid mistake.

If you turn off the iPod service running on your PC prior to connecting the iPod to the PC, then iTunes will not automatically start and you will be able to access the music files directly from the iPod. You will need to enable veiwing 'hidden' folders from your Windows folder options to locate the folders containing your iPod's mp3 files.
Turn off iPod service:
Right-click on My Computer and select 'Manage'. A window will open with a left and right pane. From near the bottom of the left pane click on 'Services and Applications'. From the right pane double click on 'Services'. Scroll down in the right pane until you find 'iPod Service'. Right-click on it and select 'Stop'.
Access music files on iPod:
After connecting the iPod you should see it listed in the My Computer window showing up as a removeable disk or mass storage device. Open it and you will see several folders. You music files are located in a hidden folder called 'iPod Control'. Open it and then open the hidden folder 'Music'. Next you should see numerous hidden folders each containing a portion of your music files. Each folder is named 'F00', 'F01', 'F02'... etc. Open one of these folders and you will see some strange file names, but each file represents a single track of music. You can now copy all of these files to your hard disk. Once the copy operation is complete, safely remove your iPod, reboot the PC and re-import the files into your iTunes library.

Where do i go to log onto my account?

I set up an I tunes account and need to know where I go now to sign on to my account and veiw the songs that I have downloaded.

On your computer's iTunes you can sign into your account via the Store > Sign In menu option - if you are using iTunes 11 then control-B should get the menus to show

Would not take the moving wheel as indication that account is active. There could be other reasons for it. From the menu Window, choose 'connection doctor' that will show you how each account has connected. Next, from the Window menu choose 'activity veiwer' that will show you exactly what activity is causing the moving wheel.

Fixed Assets GL Accounts

Hi,
We have uploaded the fixed assets and after uplaoding the same ran the Asset Balances Report to veiw the details of the acquisition costs and accumulated depreciation in respect of the uploaded assets. The Report is running fine, however, when we view the GL Accounts, using the T Code FAGLL03, the account does not show any balance and the message appears "No items selected". Also when we run the GL Balances Report using the T Code FAGLB03, the message appears "No data found for fiscal year -
". Could any one advise as to why this is happening and what could be the remedy for this ?

Also Follow the below steps to complete your legacy data upload for asset accounting.
When the asset is uplaoded from legacy only the asset account gets updated and not the GL.
To update the GL you have to go to T.code-OAMK reset your Asset recon accounts and take the balace in total for each GL and do posting maually via T.code-OASV.
After completion of posting you have to again reset the recon accounts via OAMK.

Those files should be being created in folders of the form:
<User's Music>\iTunes\Album Artwork\Cache|Download\<GUID>\<##>\<##>\<##>
The <GUID> in your case is 0CDB362F24AD473A...
If they are appearing anywhere else I would suspect a permissions problem. iTunes just spits them out where it can. Similar problems can sometimes cause it to drop files on the desktop.
Repair Permissions
Right-click on your main iTunes folder and click Properties, then go to the Security tab and click Advanced. If necessary grant your account and system full control to this folder, subfolders and files, then tick the option to replace permissions on child objects which will repair permissions throughout the library. This is the XP dialog but Windows 7 shouldn't be too different.
Once you've repaired the permissions search for all files of the form *.itc2 in the music folder and delete them, then start iTunes. iTunes will rebuild the artwork cache in the correct location as you scroll through your library.
