G5 ten times to open the computer can you help ?

My G5 is always not working well. I have ten times or more to open it and work with him. At the beggining I saw finder with question, and after few times, nothing. It takes a long time to open Mac OS X. I did hardware test nothing wrong. I reboot with first disc, nothing change. Do you have an idea to find a solution. I bought a external hardware to save my files.
Thank you I was sure Apple was better than PC but if I don't find a solution, I'll think its equal ! If you've encountered same issue, please help.

A standard approach to this sort of problem is to delete all cache files and reboot. If that doesn't work, try dragging the iPhoto preferences to a different folder (also known as "trashing" the preferences)

How did the photos get onto the SD card that you are using ? Photos (and videos) on the card will only be recognised if the card has a DCIM directory off the root of it, and the photos are underneath that directory and their filenames are exactly 8 characters long (no spaces) plus their file extension (that should be how most digital cameras write photos to a card).

I click on the FF icon and nothing happens and some weird techniacle shows up on the screen when I open the file can you help me?

The icon wont enable and when I go to open it via "open file" some technical sentences come up that make no sense to me. I don't know what is wrong. Never had this problem before. Can you help?

Try this - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. Hi Momperi,
Error - 1712 could mean a time-out. Reason not clear.
Hold down the shift key when launching Numbers. That will stop it trying to launch a corrupted document that was not closed when you last quit.
Try launching Numbers in another user space.
Try deleting the .plist file (call back for help with this).
You may have to delete Numbers and reinstall from App Store. (call back for help with this).

Cloud programs do not use serial numbers... you log in to your paid Cloud account to download & install & activate... you MAY need to log out of the Cloud and restart your computer and log back in to the Cloud for things to work

Try this ... reboot your Mac and see if double clicking works again.
Also, you can just select the Application you like to open and hold down the Command+O to open.
Also, did you check your setting for the mouse in system preferences.

fingers crossed, it appears they are working the bugs out of this update....i was able to post a pic to my newsfeeds/time line this morning....first the picture went into the ios album but within a minute, it appeared on my timeline! im glad ...

Hold the sleep button until ON/OFF slider appears. Let go of sleep button and ignore slider and then hold home button until the app closes
Then do this
RESET DEVICE
Hold down the Sleep/Wake button and the home button together until the apple logo appears (ignore the ON/OFF slider) then let both buttons go and wait for device to restart (no data will be lost).

First thing to try, press the shift key down when launching Safari from the Dock.
(In case a previous window wants to crash Safari, this tells Safari to not reopen windows from the previous session. )
Next thing to try is to turn off all extensions and remove all non-standard plugins.
Then, you can try deleting preferences.
