G502 Steam Wallet Card?

It's still showing the $50 steam wallet card is availible as a gift w/ purchase of logitech G502. I even went into two retail locations to show that on the website it says it is still availible as a special offer and got shrugged off. What gives? Id love to blow $80 atm.

If you were still seeing records of the offer on BestBuy.com on Sunday the 30th, then it was most likely on promotional pages that have since been removed from the site.

    Guevara813- it appears that your card was ordered for in-store pickup, so it would have needed to be activated in-store.  If you need assistance, regrettably, you would need to return to the store for help.

  • Steam Wallet Card Purchased from BestBuy's Ebay store cannot be redeemed

    Hello,
    I recently purchased a $50 Steam Wallet Card from BestBuy's Ebay storefront. The card was ordered on 14 November 2014, and was shipped from Findlay OH. Despite countless attempts to redeem the code and quite some time with Steam Support, I was told that it may have been incorrectly activated. If this is the case, what can be done to correctly activate the code? I can provide any additional information necessary to make this happen.

    That's no good! Prepaid cards should be activated by our fulfillment center prior to shipment, so I'm sorry to hear you're having difficulties redeeming yours.

  • Steam Wallet Cannot be Activated

    Hello. I tried to buy the Razer DeathAdder online (the one that is bundled with a $50 Steam Wallet Card). I recieved my Steam Wallet Card yesterday but when I tried to activate the code through Steam, it says it cannot be redeemed. I raised a ticket to Stream and they said I have to get back to the retailer for activation, hence this message.

  • Poor quality/customer service from Digital Services LLC (Microsoft's provider of Wallet Cards and etc.)

    Hi All,
    I recently chatted with MCP support to inform them of poor shoddy service by their provider of Wallet Cards.  Has anyone else had any problems with quality/service with the below provider?  If so who can I contact to report the problems I had with
    them?
    Below is a copy of the statement I provided to MCP support:
    I ordered a wallet card quite awhile back.  Upon delivery I discovered that it was very poor quality and some of the lettering "Solutions Associate" was very faint. 
    I contacted arvato digital services LLC to report it.  They requested that I send them a scanned copy of the wallet card. 
    They then agreed to replace it.  I was told that it would ship 12/17/2013 and after a month or so of not receiving it I contacted them again and Daniel apologized and said it had gotten lost in production. 
    I was then promised a ship date in January.  I had to contact them again and I finally received it today 2/7/2014. 
    The papers that came with it said my credit card would be charged. 
    To summarize:  I was shipped a poor quality card which took them over 2 months to replace, 
    no improvement on the card still looks like the first one they sent me and finally they said my card would be charged .... AGAIN? 
    I want Microsoft to know what very poor service arvato digital services LLC is providing to their Members and how I can get a quality card replacement without any additional charge. 
    I offered to  send the second poor quality card received and also the back and forth emails requesting that they resolve the problem. 
    By the email time stamps they will see the very long length of time it has taken to resolve this issue and the fact that it is still not resolved.

    Same here. I just received them today (21/02/2014). Very very disappointed.
    I ordered the Solutions Expert & Specialist Card. Both are terrible beyond all recognition.
    Both photos in the cards are blurry, unlike the ones I previewed in the design page. Just like you said, the lettering ('Solutions Expert' & 'Specialist') on BOTH cards are very faint.
    I even ordered the 'Specialist' card in German just for curiousity's sake.
    On the bottom at the back of the card where you find the "Download the Tag reader app at: http://gettag.mobi" sentence, I found this incomplete (and perhaps just to show their level of incompetence) sentence:

    Missing the first "L" and the incomplete "http://gettag.mobi"
    First, you discontinued the MCM/MCSM program and the whole works last year. I know this is a very different thing and has a very big difference (and revenue). Now you showed the (lack of) care even for the tiniest bit of a Microsoft Wallet Card.
    I see no use of contacting Arvato, just another time-wasting effort, third party subcontractor and all that.

  • Connection Wallet Card Wizard

    Hi All,
    I am just wondering if anyone has been able to get the "Connection Wallet Card Wizard" from the Cisco unity tools depot to work on a 64bit machine.
    I have downloaded the Informix drivers from both the unitytools site and from IBM, but I still get the following error when i try and install.
    “You must first install the IBM Informix Database drivers.  See the download page for this tool for a link to the setup”
    The windows installer log shows one message “Error 2732.Directory Manager not initialized”
    Any help would be appreciated..

    Yep. Win7 64bit here also. Same error.
    You need the entire client SDK for some reason.

    The promotion for a free $50 Steam wallet card with the purchase of select Razer products was a pretty big success for us.  I can certainly understand why you would have been interested in that promotion!
    I located the order using the email address you attached to your forum profile and saw that the order was placed on 6/25.  Unfortunately, this promotion was a Deal of the Day for 6/24, so any orders would need to be placed by midnight CST.  Any orders placed on 6/25 would not qualify for the promotion.

    I'm glad I'm not the only one having the common problem with the Razer Mouse + Steam Wallet card order. I too am in the boat of a non active steam wallet card. I sent Matt a private message, but in case he's too swamped, I figured making a thread would help alleviate some of his work load. Please help with this as soon as feasible.

    It has now been nearly a week since I ordered my Gamers Club card off of the website. The workers in the store tried to activate it but I cannot tell if it worked. I was charged online and in the store for the same item which I believe has already been fixed but I still can't tell if my subscription has been activated. My previous post has been up on the fourms for a few days and no one helped me so I am trying again I am starting to regret even buying it in the first place this process has bee so frustrating.

    I’m sure you were incredibly excited to use your Steam Wallet card, so I can imagine that excitement soon turned into disappointment when you found yourself unable to redeem it.  
    Upon review of your online order through our EBay store, I found that your particular purchase failed to fully activate prior to shipping it your home. Please know I’ve manually finished this process through our systems, and you should now be able to redeem it at your leisure.
