Galaxy Nexus can't upload sent images?

EDIT: This should be titled 'Galaxy Nexus can't upload received images?'
I've been getting pictures sent to me, but I can't view them on my phone..?
They're being sent to me, but when I get them they tell me: who it is from, message size, and the exp. date (5 days after I receive it) of the message.
Next to that bit of info. it has the 'Download' option. When I select it it shows it attempts to download, but it isn't ever able to.
I thought the images would come up straight away when I opened the message, but it's not all that big of a deal to have to select it to 'Download', but I can't even do that.
Anyone know what's going on/how to fix it?

Hmm.
Well, I had everything for the settings the same, other than the various things done to save battery life (haptic feedback and what not).
After I got on and was looking around for an answer to this issue I saw that turning the WiFi on and switching over to CDMA can save some battery life, so I did that as well.
I can try switching the settings around a little and see if I can figure something out.
Could you give me some direction as to what exactly you were asking me to change/check?
I can figure things out if you give me a minute to look around and give me some info. to go off of, but as far as talking about things I don't always know the terms and things people use..
With that said I Think I'm answering your question with, I had service when the messages were sent, I'm not sure if I had the WiFi on at the time or not.

Uploading images into MySQL is a bad idea, for more reasons than you mention. You should store the images in a directory on the server instead. But if you want to learn the hard way, here is the method:
The mysql data type must be blob.
The form enctype must be multipart, like this: enctype="multipart/form-data"
The form input field myst be type file, like this: <input type="file" name="upload"/>
Here is example code that prepares the variable $photodata to be inserted into the database.

I'm not an applet programmer so I can't give you much advice there.
If you want to stream the file from the server before it's entirely uploaded, then I don't believe you can treat it like a normal file. If you're just wanting to throw it up there and then listen to it, then you can treat it like a normal file.
But again, I'm not entirely certain. You might be able to stream the start of the file from the server while you're still uploading the end of it, but it probably depends on what method you're using to do the transfer.

I have a question. Following the howto on the upload/download app, and then being able to successfully upload the image into the DB, is it possible to reference this image from with the Portal tablespace. IE, can I do an <img src="whatever here"> call and be able to pull that image into a portal page. Can I reference it outside HTMLDB?

Can I upload an image using an URL for an image already on the web? (I want to do this because the image I am trying to reference updates daily)

I am using a PC with windows 7. I have a number of figures that update daily as data is automatically download that I would like to build a page to display. I am hoping that by uploading an image using the URL it will update when the image updates at that URL. I am not sure if this is possible.

Can't upload multiple images to Facebook album through Safari

I switched back to Safari on my Macbook Pro after downloading Yosemite. I heard it was the best browser for the new OS. I am experiencing problems uploading multiple images to a Facebook album. I have to go back to the basic uploader and upload them one at a time. Is there a fix?

I don't want to make a lot of duplicates of my photos. I need to upload photos to eBay, Craigslist etc. Can I upload a file by choosing the alias of that file when I'm in the 'post photos' part of creating an auction?

Uploading should not destroy the original, require a copy, or an alias, just copy it to eBay!

Galaxy Nexus Can't mount?

First off, the galaxy nexus has no micro sd card. With my past android phones, hooking up to linux was simple. The micro sd card would mount and from there, i could open up banshee and sync, or just manage the files from thunar. Worked perfectly. But with this phone, the means of access according to the options given by the phone while plugged into usb is MTP and PTP. I dont know much about either, but it doesn't mount the phone. I cant access through thunar, I did get it to show up in banshee for a second, But banshee just crashes, while running from terminal banshee says this

So this is a libusb issue? Is there a way to just allocate permissions over to libusb? Please any help would be appreciated. This really makes the phone unusable.

So i added the udev rule, and ran the command

Using Firefox, I can't upload an image to a website from my Mac. It works fine with PC's.

I'm on a 24" iMac, running OSX 10.6.8
My web developer can't replicate the issue, as he's on a PC.

Can't upload RAW images in PE6

I have PE6 on a PC running Vista and
PE8 on a Mac. In neither instance can I make the plug-in's work for uploading/editing RAW files. I've followed directions for the manual installation of the plug-ins closely (I think), and have reinstalled PE6 as a last resort, but to no avail. I believe you're saying that the PSE 6 Adobe Photo Downloader isn't downloading (copying) files from your camera to your PC?
If that's the symptoms, then this isn't an issue of ACR versions. The 5D requires 3.3 or later, and PSE 6 (Windows) comes with 4.2 builtin, and PSE 4 (Mac) comes with 3.3 builtin:

I believe Barbara and others have posted in the past that the Adobe Photo Downloader can be squirrely about downloading raw files. So on Windows, try using another downloading tool, e.g. the Canon software, Windows Live Photo Gallery (the one you download from Microsoft), not the old one builtin to Vista, or just copy the files with Windows Explorer. Once you have a sample raw file on your Windows machine, can PSE 6 then open it?

Upload .TIF images in SE78

I've currently used SE78 to upload .BMP images for use in SmartForms. Now I want to upload a .TIF image, but under the "Graphics" folder in SE78 there is only a "BMAP" folder.
How can I upload .TIF images in SE78/add a new folder for .TIF images?

Hi,
These are the steps to be followed for uploading graphics in R/3 system
1.   First save the file as BMP
2.   Open the BMP file in IMaging (Goto -> Programs -> Accessories -> Imaging) and
      make it Zoom as 100% and save as *.TIFF
3.   Open SE38 and execute program RSTXLDMC
4.   Give your TIFF file path name
5.   Select Bcol (for Color)
6.   TEXT ID will be ZHEX-MACRO-*.
7.   Inplace of * write your own logo name (ZCOMPANYLOGO)
8.   Execute the program

I don't know what browser you're using. I had the same problems with Mozilla, Firefox and Konqueror. 
Forget the Konqueror. In Mozilla or Firefox just change the Standard Language to "ENGLISH". I don't know why but it works!
